He gave me his honest opinion about what will work based on his experience and also what he has tried in his own home. -When Harun came out (he wore a mask), he was spot on with his recommendations and provided me with 4 great options. I later received an email quote from Brandon in the office for all 4 and was advised that sample fabrics were being sent through the mail. -I opted for the Hunter Douglas Vertiglides for the doors. - Be advised that due to Covid, the Hunter Douglas factory is operating with a reduced staff so the treatments were delivered a little after the 5-6 week timeframe. Harun was great with calling to keep me updated. -The installer, Kirk, was professional, prompt and friendly. The doors look beautiful! Third, don't believe the dates promised once they get your order, we were told 6-8 weeks but ended up taking closer to four months. Fourth, terrible customer service. The sales person was of no help, all he did was to tell me to call the company. Overall a very disappointing experience except for the installers, they were the only positive part of the process.

I had an absolutely awful experience after having Colin Grant come to my residence to give me a…read morequote, and it was so beyond disgusting and unprofessional that I cannot go without leaving a review so that hopefully this never happens to any innocent person requesting a quote for their home ever again. I requested a quote for shutters installed for the whole house. Colin Grant came at 11:30 am to give us an estimate, and showed us the samples after sitting down at my dining room table. When he got up to measure our windows​, I noticed that the fabric seat of my dining room chair was soaking wet after he got up, and I quietly informed my wife. I wasn't sure why he had soaked the chair or how, but I digress. He continued, measuring two windows before asking if he may use the restroom. He went to our guest bathroom and came ​out about 15 minutes later and said thank you, and continued measuring. Nothing was too abnormal at this point. He gave us our estimate, we thanked him and he left. He also pushed the chair back into the table before leaving. We noticed this, and in hindsight it is clear he was trying to hide how he had soaked our dining room chair. Later, when my wife went to the guest bathroom, she finally saw the worst of what he had done. We don't know if he had an accident, or what his excuse may be, but what's most disgusting is his lack of acknowledgement of what he had done to our bathroom. The bathroom had feces all over the toilet cover, toilet seat, on the walls, on the floor, and on the surface and sides of the toilet paper roll to the point where we had to throw it away. You cannot make this disgusting scenario up. We could tell he had attempted to hide this, smearing the poop and staining everything even more. Colin Grant left his fecal matter all over my guest bathroom and completely ignored it, acting as if nothing had happened when he left the restroom. A simple "I'm sorry, I had an accident" or "I didn't mean to make this mess, what cleaning supplies do you have for me to clean it up" would've been better than what he did. Complete radio silence. My wife spent hours angrily cleaning our now disgusting bathroom of the mess he made. We have both tried calling him separately to demand an apology and retribution for the cleaning required for this disgusting mess. He did not answer all day. My sister in law called him later in the day and he did answer, only for him to hang up on my wife when she angrily told him about how disturbing this situation was and how nasty he is for coming into what he said was a "beautiful home" (his words) only to paint our bathroom with his poop. We do not care what the circumstances of this accident was; it is disgusting that he would not acknowledge his mistake and own up to the mess he made under our hospitality. We demand acknowledgement of this situation and we warn you to never request a quote from this company, especially not from Colin Grant, until this is resolved and this company takes care of the lack of accountability present in its employees.
