Our kitchen countertop project started in May 2025, and what should have been a simple project turned into months of delays, frustration, and disappointment. After so many calls and setbacks, we honestly felt defeated and were ready to give up. Then we met Jackie, and everything changed from night to night today. Jackie is, without question, the EXCELLENT customer service professional I have ever worked with. From the moment she took over our case, she treated our project as her own. She was professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, transparent, and incredibly dedicated. She worked tirelessly to help resolve an issue that had been ongoing for months and successfully secured our refund when we had already lost hope. Learn from my mistakes- don't shop at Lowe's. I bought a refrigerator from Lowe's and had it…read moredelivered. The delivery people damaged my doorway and some of the drywall in my home. They acknowledged the damage before they left and told me to file a claim with Lowe's, which I did. Lowe's referred me to the insurance company of the delivery company, but the company denied causing any damage. They lied and said they took photographs before they did the delivery and that the damage was pre-existing. They only took photographs after, and they weren't even of the damage that they caused. Lowe's refused to help with this. They just referred me to their (Lowe's) insurance, who just turned around and referred me to their delivery company's insurance again, and again they refused to accept responsibility. Lowe's doesn't care if they cause damage to your home. They won't make it right. We're realistically looking at less than $500 in damage to my house. To save that $500, they're willing to lose a lifelong customer (Lowe's is across the street from my house) and the $50,000-$100,000 I would have easily spent there while doing backyard and kitchen renovations over the next couple years. I hope it was worth it, Lowe's.

I went in for a simple return, but the associate named Tracey was rude and unprofessional during the interaction. The attitude and behavior were not acceptable and completely ruined my experience as a customer. I have already reached out through text and email but have not received any case number or response yet. I also called the store, and an associate manager answered, but there has been no follow-up so far. As a regular customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism. I hope store management, including Store Manager Shannon Johnson, takes this seriously and ensures better customer service so others don't not face similar issues.

Screws were too short for the handles (what installation company doesn't have screws?), handles were left off, and no one told us this so we could purchase them while they were still there. We had to constantly follow up, coordinate the different parties, and push to get work completed. There was very little accountability or meaningful customer support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Lowe's for a cabinet remodeling project. Once you purchase from them, if there is anything wrong with the cabinets, you're screwed. There is no expediting. It takes weeks to get on the installation schedule.
