This place is awesome I bought $2300 worth of kitchen granite and cabinets and it was for my mother in law

I Sincerely DON'T recommend this place!! (If there was a negative 1K I'd click that!) Two emails ahead of scheduled appointment at the Tracy location reminding us to be early or our appointment would be forfeited. Also required completion of all measurements and project info etc. ahead of our visit, which we excitedly did ahead of our scheduled time. Showed up for our appointment 10 minutes early and checked in so the team would know we were there. Our consultant was assisting a customer with what appeared to be a small purchase when another individual walked in and asked a question. We watched as he proceeded to assist the other customer until 35 minutes after our scheduled start time. At that point we walked out. During this time we asked another one of the Sincere team members if they could assist and were told we had to wait for our designer. No effort was made to take care of us. No one offered an update on when we would finally have our appointment. To add insult to injury, the AC was not working and the place felt like it was 100 degrees inside. Absolutely horrible!! We were prepared to spend thousands on a kitchen remodel and am glad we didn't spend a dime here!! I'm sure their service once they had our money would probably have been worse! Sales rep Sarah was great but many of my cabinet doors came with missing parts like the soft close pistons. I called them, they said they were closed due to Covid, I will try calling them again since the pandemic is winding down. But most definitely open your cabinet boxes when they arrive and check for defects, three out of approximately 20 of my cabinets were damaged and many missing the hinge soft close pistons and three of my cabinets were lost in transit. Also one of the delivery trucks showed up at my house at 11 PM to deliver the Lost Cabinets. Their delivery company is much to be desired. read more

Oh my lord! What a terrible experience at this store. Im local to tracy. Own my home and a few rentals in town. We are in the process of remodeling our primary home and shopping for flooring, bathrooms and kitchen. There were 3 people at the store when I walked in. No one bothered to ask of they could help me. When I approached the main desk to ask if someone could help me with making my choices and help me understand what options were available, the guy at sales looked at me like im from another planet. His response was- we have everything on display. You pick what you want and place an order. Just wow!! Im probably shopping for $20-30k of items. This dude could not be bothered to help a bit. I asked for a store manager. Could not get a name or number. Im never coming back here. So much for trying to shop locally. The stores in stockon/modesto look like they want business. Even bay area stores want to sell. To the owner- you need to be in charge if you want to run a business. This is crazy stupid customer service. I can only imagine how your post sales support is. read more

We'd recommend Sincere Home Decor to others that might be considering kitchen or bathroom cabinet replacement or upgrades. I can't believe this place doesn't have hundreds of reviews, because they are AWESOME. We ran into an issue with our renovation and needed new counter tops in a hurry. Anna at Sincere is a counter top super star, an angel in my opinion. She's so helpful, even went above and beyond and sent me links and prices via text. They have an amazing selection and we found exactly what we wanted for a great price. Do yourself a favor and check this place out for all your home renovations. read more

My experience with this place is so bad , I heard about them from two of my friends whom remodeled their kitchens there First time I went to see the place and what they can do for me, the man in the front office asked to schedule an appointment and bring my kitchen measurements and so I did. I chose the color, kind of cabinets.the top granite and accessories and everything and he put them into his computer and gave me the print out then I asked if they have any seasonal discount because it was a Black Friday time he said rudely "no" only they give discount for contractors. Then for personal reasons I didn't show up again and he didn't bother himself to follow up with me Then I want back in December to finalize the deal having my husband's contracting license but the man said he must come by himself and bring his license and he gave me a lot of issues that made me hesitate to deal with them: I have to silver the granite by myself so I must find a professional people to do this and I have to cut the island granite because their piece is larger than mine, no returns or refunds if anything is wrong, finally the cabinets above the stove is not available and the alternative is another quality of all the kitchen otherwise I have to wait for three more months to have them Again I left but this time I was soooo upset and I decided never go there again even if I will pay double their price in somewhere else.really the man there was rude and unprofessional and I can see most of the bad reviews from Tracy branch I'm so sorry to have this bad experience with a place like this read more

I am so glad they opened this store in Tracy. I usually get supply from another supply store in Hayward, but this location is great when I need to do remodeling in the central valley. Great showroom and friendly staff. Pricing is good when they have sale. Make sure you checked the website for the monthly specials. read more

I to was ready to spend thousands on a new kitchen, floor ,cabinets counter top.. all drawings and measurements in hand... got to the counter and showed the sales guy what I had.. told him I need Everything for my kitchen. ..he looked at ONE of 6 paper's , that I had payed for professional measure. . and said " we dont carry this one side cabinet " handed me paper's back to me... ok So no salesmanship or knowledge of what they could offer as far as an alternative or nothing. So I packed up my paperwork and walked out this is my second experience at this location with the same sales guy. He seems to just stand at the counter by the computer doing nothing. This place is amazing and well put together! Has a lot of examples set up, lots of stuff in stock, and a great variety to chose from on just about anything you need for your kitchen/bathrooms. The response time on email is great and Lien, my sales lady was great to work with. I recommended this place right away to a friend who lived in the area and she went down as well and was just as impressed and made a purchase too. We remodeled our Kitchen and got our new Cabinets from Sincere. We dealt with Lien and received excellent Customer Service from her. There was one time when we had to order additional Back Splash, and she delivered the box to my house. Next year we are remodeling our Bathroom, and we will only go through Lien again. After numerous attempts to find a contractor for a kitchen remodel, I finally gave up and decided to do most of the work myself. When it came to the counter tops I shopped numerous home improvement and tile stores but found none to be very helpful. I ended up at Sincere and had a great experience from day one, Kathie was so helpful with all my questions, understanding my design plans and making recommendations. I even changed my quartz color after ordering and making a trip to the Oakland showroom, they had no issues with my changing and had my new quartz re-ordered in minutes. I made three different trips to the showroom purchasing in stages, even purchasing a sink and each time my experience was really great. The installers were very respectful and made sure the job was done correct. If you plan on doing some of the work yourself they will even instruct you on the prep needed. I appreciated all the help and definitely Kathie putting up with all the questions and changes I had to complete the kitchen I wanted in my home. read more

We love Sincere! They had a very beautiful and wide selection to choose from, much more extensive than Home Depot or Lowes. Their customer service was on point, and their design tools were amazing! Only down side, is they don't cut countertops, but they did give us a few numbers of people they often use to cut countertops, so easy fix. Very beautiful place, we will be going back for all of our future projects. read more
