Def one of the better lounges I've been to - this lounge is beautiful, spacious, and has good food and drink as well as ample space. That being said, be sure to check your Amex app early to see if there's a waitlist to get on. On a Thursday afternoon, I had about a 15 min wait. Food here is tasty and varied and better than the Delta Sky Club down the hall. There's also a Reserve and with higher quality liquor and cocktails. Outdoor area was closed when I was there but a nice space. There's also booths and rooms if you need some audio privacy. Showers as well. read more

Although it took us an HOUR to get in..... it was well worth the wait I've been to a few Amex Lounge's and the food offerings, dessert options, non-alcoholic to craft spirit menus always meets every tastebud I'm in the mood for. This one had 2 bar locations and the drinks were a bit strong, but I'm also not a regular drinker. My favorite spot in the Lounge was the outside patio!!! This is probably my favorite Centurion Lounge so far. I believe they just opened this year and it probably one of the largest ones I have been to. I usually prefer Delta's Sky Club but I had to check this one out while my layover in ATL. They had lots of places to hang out at and their bar and food area is spacious and large. The food selection was great and service was on point. They also keep up with cleanliness. I love the openness feeling of this lounge. They have large windows and you can even sit outside to get some sun. However, chatting with some people there they were attacked my mosquitos outside. Like most lounges these days, overcrowded and I found the food selection to be lacking (brunch time). The bar was good and they made a strong Bloody Mary. I like the quiet / soundproof call rooms. So beautiful, Amex is actually doing lounges that you will like! I travel a lot and for the most part the lounges are not worth your time, but Amex Centurion lounges are really making it worth the effort to find them. This is the second one I have visited and I like the feel, the look, the smell, and the over all feeling. At this one they have self serve, but the food is fresh and good and you can lounge in a sofa or get a proper table, all up to you. Thank you Amex! read more

While this lounge is very large with plenty of seats and places to relax or work or just sip on a cocktail, it doesn't have the same food offerings that the lounges in LGA or Las Vegas have. Some of the food offerings were not of very high quality. They do offer a wide variety of beverage choices without the same upcharges of the SkyClub. The service level is very good from the bartenders to the folks making sure the lounge is clean. They have an outdoor area, but not smoking or vaping allowed. They keep it warm with some heaters. Good if you want some Atlanta fresh air. This will be my "go to" lounge once my Sky Club visit countdown starts. read more

This is the best Amex lounge I've been to. In fact it's the nicest lounge at ATL, and I have been to Delta lounge at B and F concourse. Thai lounge have a lot of outdoor seating. It's nice because sometimes all you want is fresh air. The staff is really nice. It's not fake nice either and the management actively asks you to so surveys while you're in the lounge. The atmosphere is very light, there are lots of plants in area and it's so spacious. read more

I had been wanting to try the Amex Centurion Lounge for a while, but it was always so crowded that I couldn't get in. This time I tried the waitlist and went to the nearby Delta lounge to wait. I'm glad I got a little food in that lounge because they had better options there. The ambience was lovely, especially outside! I also really love the whiskey bar and the service there. The bathrooms and amenities were nice, too. However, the food was mediocre at best, and I never found service inside. Food selection was limited and there were not many vegan or vegetarian options. I had some tomato soup with my main course being a couple of stalls of cauliflower. I had heard to expect sushi and music and elegance, but maybe that was early on. Next time I am going to skip this lounge and just go to the Delta lounge. read more

Beautiful airport club. Good offerings of food, deserts, coffees, soups, salads, hot and cold offerings. The food quality was good. 7-8/10. There are Large areas for seating including private areas for business/phone meetings etc. there is a nice outdoor area as well that is attached to the Bourbon bar. YES! I said "BOURBON BAR!" They have a separate bourbon/whiskey/rye bar that stirs up specialty cocktails and even will give you tastes of a wide selection of quality whiskeys. They also have select beers, wines and other spirits but less than the main bar. The bourbon bar staff was phenomenal. Overall Ambiance is fabulous and I truly enjoyed my stay. They also have private meeting rooms and showers as well (15 min limit). A few things that I didn't like: they don't have to-go coffee cups which the Delta club has as it's always nice to grab a coffee to go. I also thought the bathroom could have been larger. read more

This Amex Centurion Lounge at ATL Terminal E by Gate 11, has just opened the morning (I think at 6am) when we flew in from Buenos Aires, to change flight home. The place is huge, easily double the space to other centurion lounges. A gentleman in suit showed me around - thank you. They've two outdoor terraces, one whisky bar with 34 (?) American whiskeys. Chef Deborah Vantrece curates nice layouts, from fruits to bakery to sausage ... my most favorite is the pinkish cheese grit with a hint of spicy - the most delicious grit I've had salty and spicy The decor is modern. With green-wall at the entrance, to books and luggage to enclosed meeting spaces. Staff are fresh, friendly and energetic - do keep it up. The only speck is the lacking of tea spoons - love their utensils by the way. "No worry," I told the gentleman: the cruise ships use regular spoons for their desserts - is this the trend or what? The shower has 15 minutes limit. It's a sunny day and I got a few sunrise videos and pix, before they put down the shades. read more

ATL's Centurion lands where you'd expect. Way above the Priority Pass types, but not on the level of the lounges that require you to actually have international business or first class tickets. It's quite spacious, as it should be for the busiest airport in the world. The greenery, the outdoor garden area, the viewing area-- all great touches to elevate the space. I think the food is solid though not exactly mindblowing. Two different stations to choose from, make your own coffee area, and always a line at the bar. Anytime I have at least an hour to spare before my flight departs, I will stop by here for sure! read more

Definitely a premium experience and a step up from the traditional Delta lounges at the ATL airport. Friday morning - no wait to get in! This is a huge upside as the Delta lounges at ATL all seem to always have a line to get in. Further, it was relatively easy to find a seat and I wouldn't call the space crowded. There is both inside and outside seating. While the food is standard and similar to if not the same as the Delta Lounge/Sky Club, the bar is a premium experience. There is no additional charge for premium cocktails and there are no cheap rail libations. The cocktails are properly mixed and or shaken in a craft cocktail manner. Couple picky nuances, while the staff is attentive in terms of cleaning the common areas, the general neutral (nice touch)/family/handicap bathroom was out of hand soap... and several the stations in the men's room were out of hand towels. However overall I'd rate this as a premium and much welcomed experience. read more

I actually usually enjoy this lounge and thinks it's pretty with decent food however today's interaction has upset me a lot to say the least. We just had flown over night and were tired so we moved two couches together and proceeded to try to fall asleep. We were woken by multiple staff saying we can't move furniture and that we can't sleep in the lounge and that we couldn't have our shoes off and feet on the couch. Then they made an overhead announcement.. The announcement was unnecessary and the way the staff spoke to us was disrespectful. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and persuades me away from getting a card myself considering my fiancé has two and that's how we entered the lounge. read more

Beautiful well thought out lounge in terms of ambience, decor, vibe seating, private rooms, and spaces to work, relax or just have a nice photo up. Definitely raise the bar on that end. Food I felt was extremely lacking, there were a few options for protein, snacks, salad, and desserts. But it felt very boring and bland I give them B+ for effort and trying to include different types of cuisines, including Peri Peri chicken and some dish. Think that was Turkish. They tried to keep the buffets clean, but overall I felt the options. Kind of lacked variety does brownies and that's it there was a cool water station where you could add different flavor syrups. The bar was another level of lots of cocktail offerings and options, including mocktails. there is also a separate whiskey bar if you're into that which is adjacent to an outdoor patio that's a little bit quieter. the bar staff however at the main bar could use an etiquette. they were not friendly, they were not welcoming, and it seemed like anything you asked for was a problem. I ordered a Mocktail, which was on the cocktail list and they kept asking me if I knew it didn't have alcohol. And I smiled and said yes. And then when I ordered it again, a second time I felt it was being , chastised for ordering a drink without alcohol. Strange experience, but nonetheless, I enjoyed the Mocktail. I just to sit on the outdoor patio facing the runway and yes, it's a bit noisy and it's warm, but it was the evening so I liked the temperature I imagined during the day it would be too hot to sit out there. There are quiet rooms and cubicles so if you need to do work, there are spaces for that , there's even like a living room with a TV couch that's a little bit more private but it's obviously limited to maybe one family. Overall, in comparison, the centurion lounge didn't impress me. I'm much much prefer the Delta lounge. read more

Recently visited the new centurion lounge for the first time this week and had a great experience. Food: I was between breakfast and lunch. The croissants and biscuit selection was great. The eggs were just okay, similar to any other lounge eggs (powdered or something similar). For lunch I tasted some of the pulled pork and the cucumber salad mix. Pulled pork was great! I'd say the food is much better then the Delta lounges in the airport. There were a few details that stood out that I really appreciated. The le creuset serving utensil holders were a nice touch. The cleaning service in between meals was very prompt and warm. There are espresso type coffee machines through out the space, good touch there. As a frequent traveler that flys out of ATL, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to go to the club considering I can just go to a delta club at the gate my flight is at. read more

The lounge was crowded but much less than I have experienced lately in the Delta lounges. This Centurion location is fire *pew pew* Very expansive. Good food and cocktail and wine selections as per usual. I was there close to closing time and I will say the food portions were meager. Other centurion lounges will still keep their food stocked up until they close. So this is something the location needs to work on... Other than that, this will be my lounge of choice. I'm tired of a Delta lounge every 10 feet and it being the only lounge of choice. Nice to finally see some diversity in lounges at ATL. This longe is located on the E concourse next to gate 11. I arrived at 8.45 pm and there was no wait line to get in. The lounge is spacious and exceptionally well designed with a number of bars, work areas, and relaxation spaces, and even some out door terrace seating. The food buffet was quickly replenished soon after I got there, and drinks are freshly made at the bar. Attendants come around frequently to collect plates and see if you need anything. Rude people wouldn't let my ESA cat in a carrier in that has been in there several times. I fully believe service animals should be allowed, which they are legally, but it doesn't make sense that they don't allow cats in a carrier for food contamination reasons, but allow service animals which are obviously not in carriers. The lady was not nice about it either. :( read more

We were blessed to connect via terminal E so got to try the new lounge today. The space is beautiful and the service was excellent, maybe the best since DFW back in the day. The only critique is the food; good options, however the chicken sausage, egg bread pudding dish and grits were not hot enough. The sausage and grits were a little too spicy. Let's start with the most important question: how's the space? The answer is plentiful. I arrived on a Friday afternoon with a line and within a reasonable amount of time, I was admitted. I'll confess to have concerns about finding a seat, but they were quickly abated when I realized I could sit under the very real olive tree (Olivia?). This is my second time visiting this lounge and I'm sure I'll be arriving to the airport earlier going forward to ensure I always get a chance to experience it. Delicious food. Fantastic drinks. Dominique was an excellent communicator upon welcoming us : this centurion lounge is phenomenal and only been open since Valentine's Day 2024 / read the sign before entering and You'll find out more if you wait in the line / here's what you need to know / with our Platinum American Express card we can get in limited amounts of guests but only if we spend $75,000 a year also you can fly any airline you want and still get in : with our SkyMiles Reserve American Express Card (purple one) you must be flying Delta with a Sam's day ticket but must pay $50 per guest no matter how much you spend a year. This club has a solid policy of only 3 hours : and that's to Take Off ; not boarding so think 2.5 hour limit / it's Atlanta and you will want to get to your gate before boarding. Domuniqie at the front desk was awesome and stayed kind while dealing with hundreds of people back to back : in fact the entire front desk has a kind and welcoming energy and appeared to help people without giving attitude at all and didn't feel like gate keepers but instead friends that wanted to help. The line is long at times but the welcome desk is staffed well to allow this line to move. I'm happy you're here and in one of the busiest airports in the world you would never know between the two terraces, bourbon bar and incredible bar staff to ground you during your travel day. Great lounge in the ATL airport. Beautiful decor and atmosphere, with the terrace providing a nice view of the airport, and a second outdoor area providing a nice courtyard. Everyone I encountered at the lounge was very friendly and looking to help. Food was great - I visited in the morning, and there were a number of breakfast options, from a variety of fresh fruit (including more exotic options such as dragon fruit, figs and kumquats) to more unique heavier options (such as biscuits and crawfish gravy). The Centurion Lounge was better than some of the other airline lounge options in ATL, at least on this visit, where it was not crowded. read more
