Nice facilities! Friendly staff at the reception desk! Like the hardwood floors - no carpet! PBA members bowl for $1 a game. #GoBowling

We got a discount because we are PBA members! Great staff. Great group of senior league bowlers who make this place their home away from home!

These kids are bowling up in here

Rocky start with the cashier but she regrouped and the night was great. Other staff members were very pleasant. Will go again.

I really enjoyed them offering unlimited playing time. The service was great as well. We made a reservation but also wanted to dine in for food. The hostess suggested that we eat first and then play since the kitchen was going to close soon. The hostess quickly took us to our seat where we were immediately greeted by our waitress. She was very kind and attentive. She gave some drink and food suggestions as well. For food we ordered 18 wings (buffalo, bourbon, and garlic parm). The wings were delicious. Very flavorful. For drinks I ordered a punch with rum and my friend ordered a blue moon. The ambiance was great. I really enjoyed the different themes of the courses. Also, I like that we did not feel rushed going to each hole. Sometimes if it is crowded or the holes are not spaced out too well it can cause a bottleneck of playing time between groups. At Puttery it seemed like they spaced out the holes appropriately. It was a great experience. It is a great place for a cute date night or just meeting up with friends. I recommend checking them out. Cheers!

What drew me in was Great deals on mini golfing and the happy hour specials…read more As a Walk in for the special golf price . It was crowded. It was a 40min wait. With the manager dedicating it to memory and we had to be in the location to keep our place in line. There was no pager system. Just an honor system. Not sure how legit the process was. We came back 40min later and got our golf clubs. HH special is pretty great! BUT a bait and switch! Not very "happy" about that. Happy hour draft beer were NOT on happy hour! The menu was deceiving. It said drafts for $3. I was very excited cause that deal is probably the best in DC. When we got the bill, it was way over what we expected to pay. It turns out the fine print, which was never printed on the menu. Seated the draft beers were limited to three options. Or bartender never mentioned it. I do feel duped on that. Which worries me that the rest of the menu has other bait and switch options. To the mini golf, which is why everyone goes here. The courses were appropriate. Not too many obstacles or anything interactive. At times it got pretty crowded so there's a long wait. After drinking a few full priced beers we ended up having a lot of fun. I'm not sure how I would've felt if I paid full price for the 3 courses. I would recommend this place when it's not super crowded. And ask your bartender server to clarify the prices on everything before you order.

Topgolf: My Uncle's 63rd Birthday Get‑Together -- Family Fun, Fierce Competition & One Terrible…read moreDrink Takeaway: Amazing family celebration, great food, great vibes... and one White Russian so bad it should've come with a warning label. The Birthday Get‑Together To celebrate my uncle's 63rd birthday, the family decided on the perfect trio: drinks, food, and golf swings that could either impress or injure. The lanes were set, family members started rolling in, and the energy was exactly what a birthday get‑together should feel like. A waitress arrived -- friendly, patient, and weaving through our group like she had trained for a family reunion obstacle course. When she got to me, I ordered a White Russian. She gave me a look... a look I should've paid attention to. But I missed the warning. The White Russian Catastrophe She returned with drinks, and everyone else lit up with smiles. I took my sip...and immediately felt betrayed by the beverage gods. This wasn't a White Russian. This was cold brew with an identity crisis. The bartender must've dumped half the bottle of coffee liqueur in there. It tasted like someone tried to make a cocktail using instructions they found on a crumpled napkin. Easily the worst White Russian I've ever had. ‍‍ Women vs. Men: The Golf Showdown We split the lanes: women on one side, men on the other. Women's Lane Supportive. Fun. Encouraging. The kind of environment where you hear:"Nice swing!""You're doing great!""Try again, you got it!" Men's Lane Started friendly. Then evolved into competitive trash‑talking warfare. At some point, it felt like we were fighting for honor, bragging rights, and possibly the last wing on the platter. Every swing came with commentary. Every miss came with jokes. Every win came with a victory lap. The Food: The Redemption In between the trash‑talk battles, the food arrived: Two Farway Feast Platters Smash burgers Wings Fries Everything was hot, tasty, and exactly what you want during family chaos. The food was so good it made me forget about the White Russian tragedy. Almost. The Birthday Champion The birthday guy -- turning 63 -- won every single game.Didn't matter who he played. He dominated the lanes like he had been training all year. Final Verdict Topgolf delivered: Great service Great food Great family fun One White Russian that should be studied by scientists I'll definitely be returning -- and next time, I'm bringing a better golf swing... and ordering anything except a White Russian.

It's a bowling alley on Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, so first of all, don't come with expectations…read morethat it is going to be like one of those crazy disco bowling alleys. This place is simple and straightforward, as bowling alleys ought to be! (Seriously the neon strobe lights at mid-day that some bowling alleys use is just sensory overload, and if you're coming with kids, you know it's best to keep it simple!) There's thirty lanes of bowling fun, plenty of balls in stock, a friendly staff, and clean shoes. I'd say that hits the mark. 4 stars because it's everything you need at a great price. It's $2 to bowl a game/person, and $2.75 to rent shoes. Dare you to find a better deal in the DC area. The food isn't spectacular but again you shouldn't be expecting anything Tom Sietsema would write home about. We've gotten snacks here before and really I'd only recommend 1) beer and 2) sweet potato fries. There are leagues that bowl here so make sure you call in advance to make sure there are open lanes!

I knew this bowling alley was going to be boring, just based off the location. First, let me say…read moreI like to party...good music...networking...etc. So this place did none of that for me at ALL. It was supposed to be Cosmic bowling. They played all genres of music, but back to back. No mixing it up...just all rock n roll together, all rap together, all country together...you can see where this is going I'm quite sure. Also the music was loud...I mean extremely loud, where I almost had to use sign-language to speak to the person right next to me. Next on to the food. I have never been to a bowling alley...where the menu had no prices. I mean like WTH...so we ordered a half a pound of wings....when I picked up the order there were 6 wingetts in the basket. Just 6 little lonely wings. Now the pizza.. So since we were still hungry after our tick tack sized wings...we decided on the Hawaiian pizza. I knew something was wrong when the pizza was done in 3 minutes. The flavor was ok, but there was no pizza dough...it had to be crepe mix...it didnt look like pizza..you literally had to roll it up like a spring roll to eat it. I will never order that again...and I know this because I'm not going back. My suggestions: A menu with prices and better decriptions of the food...for example...Six buffalo wings instead of 1/2 pound (I know darn well they did not have a scale). That way customers are not upset when their food expectations are not met. Better music, not just a basic playlist. Tone down the volume a bit. Now if you plan on bringing you children, parents, etc this place is nice for that. Just bring your own food.
