Nachos

This is a sports bar with a fun vibe and ambiance. It's a lovely spot and has plenty of space and games (giant jenga!). The food was large portions but pretty standard bar food. The nachos had a decent amount of toppings and the pretzel was fine. The service was quick and efficient. The wine was pretty good (liked the Chardonnay). I would come back for drinks and apps.

This was my first time at the National Harbor and I live only 13 minutes away. My friend recommended we meet here for a quick bite and drinks while catching up. I'm glad he met me at the front because I would have been lost trying to get there. The restaurant was huge with plenty of seating. Once we sat near the TVs, our server Lorena greeted us with menus and some water. She took the time to recommend drink and food options to try. I tried the lagoon margarita and crab cake sliders. The margarita was refreshing and the sliders were filled with crab meat and the slaw added a nice crunch. My friend had a Miller light and hummus. For $20, I was not a fan of the hummus since it was very bland. Our server Lorena was very attentive and constantly checked on us. I noticed she was from El Salvador from her name tag and her her I just visited the country. After a brief chat, we thanked her for a great night. I'd definitely return again and request to sit with her.

We come here pretty much when it's time to go to ICE! It's starting to feel like a DMV tradition. They always have a holiday themed menu and we start our night off with pre-event drinks. You can't go wrong stopping here for a cocktail.

It took us several circles around the area searching for seats before we were able to find somewhere to sit. It's a "Fend for yourself" seating scheme. The food was good. We had no complaints about the food as it was "bar-type" food. The burgers, wings and fries were all flavorful. It took quite a while before we could order. The whole concept is quite difficult to deal with during the holiday season but we did it. Once we were waited on, the wait staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I wanted one of each slider-- they gave me 4. Overpriced but they tasted yummy. Crab cake and bacon cheeseburger.

I had so much hope be said this was in the Gaylord. Our waitress was great I have zero complaints. However the taco salad was a bit frozen. I asked for no meat and they still sent it out with chicken. Then when it was plain it was frozen. Not fresh at all. The ambiance was decent. They had bowling, darts and a few other game options with some large TVs to watch sports. Probably won't be back but it's a decent option.

Located on the atrium floor of the Gaylord hotel Harbor Social is the perfect place to grab a drink, a seat and watch the premier game of the day. Last night it was a bit chaotic as I believe there was a cheerleading convention happening at the hotel. There was bowling available as well as another game off to the far right of the restaurant but I couldn't tell what it was because of all the kids. For bowling you have to make a reservation and the other game was first come first serve. The tables are located in front of two wall sized TVs which is cool for but limited if you wanted to come on a Sunday and catch multiple games. Not sure what the bar had to offer but I'm sure it was more variety there. Tables are self serviced so locking down one can be a bit tricky if you're not the aggressive type. Being serviced is even trickier. Our group consisted of roughly 11 people ordering at random so I can't even fault the waitress too much for being in and out. I wish I could remember her name because she really did try her best. Gratuity is tacked on once your party exceeds 5 so keep that in mind. We had a round of shots and I got the West Wings which were a dry rub and were really good and about the most adorable thing on the menu which is 12/$16. If I were in the area and needed somewhere to watch a game I probably would opt for Tom's watch bar instead. Parking at the harbor is terrible so be prepared to pay $20 at minimum if you're there for 3hrs or more.

This was a nice little spot to grab a quick dinner after getting to the hotel. It's definitely a sports bar vibe, but they also have duckpin bowling (not sure what that is) and I think I saw a pool table too. The place has TVs all around, it can get a bit loud, but the food was pretty good overall.

Family Meal Menu

Great food, lots of games, popular place. . Harbor Social at National Harbor is a very cool and fun restaurant located on the lower level of the Gaylord National Resort atrium. It has a lively atmosphere and is a great spot if you are visiting with a large group or family, especially if you enjoy games or watching sports. The restaurant offers many games, including cornhole and bowling, which makes it more than just a place to eat and helps keep everyone entertained. When we visited, it was very busy, and because of that, the service was a bit slow, which is something to keep in mind if you are on a tight schedule. One highlight of our visit was the $110 family meal deal, which came with two orders of fries, six sliders, six crab cakes, and wings. It was a great value for the amount of food, and I highly recommend it for groups. The food overall was excellent and well prepared, and everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. While the crowds made things a little hectic, I think on a less busy day this would be an even better experience. I would gladly come back to Harbor Social again when it is not as crowded.

We connected with another family for an event at the Gaylord in National Harbor and took all the kids (4) to Harbor Social to get something to eat and play some games. The kids got chicken tenders and fries which went over well for them. For the adults we shared the sliders, guacamole and chips, and some truffle fries. Since I was not that hungry I just sampled the guacamole and chips which was good. There were a number of games there including air hockey, pool, darts, cornhole, bocce ball and duckpin bowling. The bowling cost extra but the others were free (you just need to check in with the gamemaster). My oldest (11) and I played a couple rounds of darts then we joined the rest of the crew for bowling. Overall I thought it was a great family spot as there was something there for everyone (including the big screen TVs which had live sports).

TLDR; decently priced wings, sub-par sliders Harbor Social is a restaurant opened only during the evenings/night at the Gaylord National Resort Hotel. They pretty much just serve two things: wings and sliders. I got the buffalo wings and the OG slider. The buffalo wings was well priced ($15 for a dozen which is even better considering this is inside a resort hotel) and was well sauced, but was quite salty. The sliders were not good -- the buns were not toasted, the meat patty was smaller than the bun (these buns are hawaiian-roll sized), and were lacking in flavor (for both salt and sauce). They have some local beer though that was nice, and the servers and ambiance was lively. A fun place to be for sure, but the sliders were disappointing.

The house cocktails were sometimes better than expected. This was some type of berry margarita.

The food is great here as well as service, not a single bad server. The atmosphere is wonderful, and LeRoy is the best.

How did I not know TAP Sports Bar existed?…read more TAP is basically what happens when a stadium, a fryer, and a casino have a baby; loud, chaotic, and somehow exactly what you needed. I was fully invested in the Duke game because if they won, my bestie would be back in DC. So yes, I was out here cheering for the Boozer brothers like I was trying to get their mama a plane ticket. Not wanting to deal with the National Harbor side, my friend suggested TAP and honestly, clutch move. The struggle: a 30-45 minute wait for a table. The plot twist: the to‑go line was just as long, and they'll shut it down if the kitchen gets overwhelmed. But it was available. The pivot: the outdoor area was wide open. No bar, no servers, no crowd, just sunshine and empty plush seating and tables. So outside it is. This worked perfectly because we both weren't drinking! We ordered at the bar, grabbed our food, and watched the game outside like VIPs who chose peace over chaos. Inside: TVs everywhere, sports blasting, people yelling at screens like the players owed them money. It's chaotic in the best possible way. Service was friendly but slow but still, the staff somehow kept the whole place running like a well‑oiled machine in the middle of a sports‑fueled tornado. Final verdict: Come hungry, come casual, and come patient. TAP is fun, filling, and exactly the kind of place you go when you want comfort food with zero pretension. Now... let's get into it! I went straight for the TAP Burger, as any self‑respecting burger monster would. And honestly? It understood the assignment. Juicy, messy (in a sexy way), and stacked like it's trying to win a televised food competition. The fries were crispy little overachievers, especially impressive considering they were trapped in a plastic container. No pics because to go food isn't picture worthy out of the containers. Highly recommend. This is officially my new spot for all things sports. Plus, free parking. A no‑brainer. Find me here on game days! Perfect outdoor place to be!

We ordered quickly and got an order of skillet cornbread, a crabcake, and shrimp and grits. Omg- so good. The cornbread was served with honey butter that made it almost desesert like. But the cornbread itself was savory, so there was a perfect balance. So good! The crab cake was unbelievable. So good. (Similar to what you would get at a pappadeaux for context.) Literally a showstopper. The shrimp and grits were really good too. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and were sweet and juicy. The grits were good, but personally I like more cheese in them. But adding the crystal hot sauce made up for it. Just an amazing meal! Our server Luna was super friendly, hard working and we so enjoyed her! She is a real asset to this place! Great job and great food!

I'm disappointed to be writing this review about Succotash National Harbor because it has been a…read morerestaurant I've enjoyed and recommended in the past. My cousin and I stopped by on Friday, June 12, 2026, craving one of our favorites--the pimento burger. As usual, we grabbed two open seats at the bar that had just been vacated. A waiter greeted us and said he would return after cleaning the area. Another staff member brought us water, and we waited to place our order. While waiting, I noticed a couple sit down at the bar near us. To my surprise, the first waiter immediately went over to them, took their order, and prepared their drinks while my cousin and I continued to sit there without any acknowledgment. I eventually asked the waiter if he was assigned to our section, and he confirmed that he was. I then asked why the couple had been served before us when we had arrived first. His flippant response was, "Because they're regulars." I replied that, with good customer service, I could become a regular too. He then shrugged and said, "They know management." Thinking I must have misunderstood, I asked him to repeat himself. He again said, "They know management." What bothered me most was not that regular customers were recognized. Great hospitality includes making loyal guests feel appreciated. The problem was the message that seemed to be conveyed--that some customers are more deserving of attention than others because of who they know. When I expressed concern, the waiter appeared dismissive and uninterested in addressing it. Instead of clarifying or apologizing, he repeated the same explanation and shrugged off our concerns. At that point, my cousin looked at me and asked, "Are you ready?" We got up and left without ordering anything. This experience was especially disappointing because it was so different from the positive visits I've had here before. We came expecting good food and a welcoming atmosphere, but instead left feeling ignored and undervalued. I hope management takes customer service seriously and addresses situations like this. Every guest should feel welcomed and respected, whether they are a first-time visitor, a regular, or someone who knows management. Unfortunately, this experience makes me reluctant to return anytime soon. I can't say that I wouldn't recommend Succotash National Harbor, as I've enjoyed many good meals there in the past, but this visit left a lasting negative impression. To make matters worse, my cousin and I never even got the chance to order the pimento burger we came for .
