They are literally pricing out their customer base. That aside the west Springfield location has a beautiful large building, and it seems clean. Unfortunately the theatre was very cold. It's February, and I would guess the temperature was no higher than 58. I was in a sweatshirt and winter jacket, and it was still chilly. That's my biggest complaint. TIP: If you go to Costco, you can get a 50 dollar gift card for 40 bucks.
