    Philly Cheese Steak
    Trent H.

Love the vibe of this place. Feels like I'm actually in NYC. Staff is always friendly as well. I tried their pizza once and the sauce was a little too sweet for me. However, their sandwiches are great. I've tried the chicken Parmesan and the Philly. The Philly is TOP NOTCH. I couldn't believe I was able to get a sandwich like that in Canton.

New in town, so decided to try the neighborhood Italian pizza place. Was very sad to see that their pizza is nothing but dough - very dry, hardly any cheese or sauce; I asked for pepperoni & mushrooms to be added at an extra charge of $7.00. While I don't mind paying extra for extra items , I do want them to be evident. As you can see from the picture hardly any cheese, hardly any pepperoni and hardly any mushrooms. This pizza cost me $24. Save your money and order from Domino's. Will NOT be frequenting this place again.

We really enjoyed the sausage Parm and eggplant Parm. Friendly staff and high quality food in a laid back casual setting. The canoli were exceptional as well.

The dining area in here is...small. We got here right after the church crowd let out, and there was a very large family that beat us there, so we got stuck in the corner and had to do some acrobatics to maneuver around them, and the had several young children and the acoustics are not favorable to whiny babies (nobody's fault, but something to keep in mind if you decide to visit). I would say their prices are a little high for the calzone toppings ($1.25/each) considering you get a little bit more than an ounce per addition, but the calzones are borderline perfect. Our food arrived within about 15 minutes of ordering, which is impressive considering we had so many people that had ordered before us. The marinara they serve with it is not like your typical pizza joint marinara; this is the real deal. The thickness of the dough lends itself to giving the calzone a gently crispy exterior with pillows goodness of mozzarella & ricotta on the inside, I just wish that the amount of toppings would be proportionate to their price tag. Give me more of them or reduce the charges. My wife got the meatball parmesan sandwich, and let me tell you, from the ciabatta to the sausage to the sauce, it's a very good sandwich...the sausage has that snap and Italian seasoned flavor, the sauce has the zing, the ciabatta is light & crispy in a way that doesn't leave the roof of your mouth all scraped and cut up. The next time we visit, I just hope it's not with a crowd present.

Wow! Definitely the best pizza here in the Bridge Mill area. Get an extra small side of marinara sauce, for dipping. Amazing.

As of this writing, it's $14.50 off an entree and a spumoni ice cream! They check ID so be honest. We were sat right away by the hostess. The dining room is separated into alcoves of sorts. Each alcove has 8 or so booths. They also have a dining room with tables for larger parties. I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce and two meatballs. The birthday boy ordered the eggplant parm that comes with a side of spaghetti and marinara. Both portions were generous! My spaghetti was delicious! The sauce grips the noodles & is flavorful. I'll preface this with my husband's family is Italian.... Sicilian. So making sauce (they call it gravy) is an all day event. It's not bolognese like Provino's meat sauce. I appreciate Provino's because it's not acidic like some marinaras can be (no offense Nana!). He loves the eggplant parm because it's flavorful and they prepare as it should be. They dry the eggplant to keep it from being soggy. It's really beautifully done. The house merlot was delicious. A single glass was $7.50 but a bottle is $15. Nice!! Our server, Timothy, was attentive and chill. We'll be back because the Daniella is amazing and well, we just enjoy Provino's!

Today's dinner was a real…read moredisappointment. the salad and rolls were good. however, they must have a new cook that doesn't know how to cook Italian dishes. I ordered Chicken Marsala. i asked if it was floured before cooking and was told no. Well, it was. They served the Marsala on a salad size plate with the gravy almost overflowing the edges of the plate. The penne pasta was over cooked and served with Marinara sauce (was more like they opened a can of diced tomatoes), once again almost overflowing the small bread plate they served it on. absolutely no taste to either dish. Do they not have dinner plates to serve on? My husband ordered sausage and peppers over linguine. the peppers were raw, the sausage was served inside the green pepper, similar to a taco. The Marinara sauce barely covered the pasta. Not sure if we'll go back again.

With a heavy mound of onions and mushrooms on top, the grits ended up feeling dry and pulled all the moisture out of the bite. The flavor itself was fine, just lacking moisture and balance. We also ordered the scallops and risotto. The risotto was the standout. Bright, fresh finish, great texture, and not overpowering. The scallops, unfortunately, were the opposite. They had a noticeably strong smell right away, which usually means they're not as fresh as they should be, especially at a $40 price point. We took them home, but every time we opened the fridge the smell hit us, so they ultimately went in the trash. Despite this particular experience, we've always enjoyed this place. Service is consistently great, drinks are solid, and we usually leave happy. Hoping this was just an off evening, because we genuinely like coming here. Adding an additional * for the great service and because we haven't had a bad experience otherwise.
