I had to have a lunch event catered for work in Andover. I am not familiar with the area as I am not from around here but stumbled upon Amici's during my Yelp search. I called Leo to place an order for 9 pizzas and 3 large salads 2 days before the event. He said it wouldn't be a problem and he would be able to have everything ready and delivered by 11:45 on the date I specified. This was amazing because they usually do not open until 11:30. Leo helped me figure out how many pizzas would be appropriate for approximately 30 individuals. Additionally, I had ordered a large Chicken Caesar Salad and he separated the warm chicken from the salad so the lettuce wouldn't wilt. They also provided plates and utensils which was convenient and made my life easier. The food was absolutely delicious. Everyone enjoyed it and left full. There were leftovers but throughout the day people went back for extra and there was not one slice left by the end of the day! The salads were fresh and he also gave me a choice of how ever many dressings I wanted. The price was so great, extremely affordable. Everything from the initial phone call to the delivery went so smoothly. I would highly recommend Amici's and will definitely use them again! read more

I'm confused as to why anyone would give this place more than one star. Gross pizza. Worse than Ellio's or the worst frozen pizza out there. Cheap dough, cheap sauce, weird "plastic" super-cheap cheese. These people deserve to fail. And I feel a little crumby saying that, because they do seem like very nice people. But, then, how genuine can that be, when they obviously cut every corner to serve their customers the lowest-quality product they can possibly provide? read more

My boyfriend and I just moved to MA from New Jersey and were desperately searching for a pizzeria that made pizzas like they do back home. After trying 3 different places and being incredibly disappointed, we decided to try Amici's since they advertised thin crust pizza. We were SO happy with what we received. The pizza was fresh, tasty, and all we were looking for! We ordered an extra cheese pizza which didn't really seem like extra cheese. It looked like a pizza that we normally get in NJ but hey, if that's all it is then I'm all for it! From now on we will definitely be going to Amici's for our pizza cravings. read more

The food here is superb. This is the only pizza shop in the area that serves fresh authentic Italian food. The salads all come with homemade pita pockets made with the pizza dough. All their ingredients are fresh and good quality. My favorite thing is the REAL veal parm because if you get it anywhere else it is the patties. This is my second review of Amici's. Just want to reinforce the positive aspects of the first years ago now that Leo is in a different and MUCH better location. Generally I get the same pie repeatedly; Amici Deluxe. So damn good. This order will be my second in 2 days( hey it's the Holidays, ok, I should be indulgent) I have such a craving-but pizza is a weakness for me. i'm not much interested in the side offerings, subs etc. so I can't speak to those, though I would like to compare their steak sub with PF's sometime. I may have to change up my orders to the lower cal pizzas offered in the future but for now am being indulgent. Amici's now actually has a reasonably spacious eat-in area, if that's your thing as well. Really not much if anything to find fault with at this shop, other than the place needs to keep consistent with its experienced help and prevent the turnover. drove past the place the other week on commute home and though i live in another part of N. Andover and had been dissatisfied with a number of local pizzerias since i move here, didn't like the neighborhood convenience type appearance. I thought that alone would discount it for me but later looked at some reviews and got curious. Pizza is a highly subjective, individualized dish for most and i prefer nothing but thin crust, genuine italian. You get that here with fresh ingredients. Had the "ginormous" deluxe pizza and boy was it good an 18 inch orgy of italian ingredients. I can vouch for the owner's friendly demeanor, he's truly into good customer skills as well as making a good pie. Not the disappointing experiece i had after trying some other well reviewed and poorly reviewed shops in the area. Again this was just an endorsement for the pizza, i couldn't comment on the other menu items. coupons just good for pickup or eat in, i believe. read more
