I am extremely particular about Hot and Sour soup and this bowl was delicious with a subtly of flavors and a pleasant silky texture. I consumed every last drop and returned a clean bowl! I chose Yu Xiang Pork as my entree, which my waitress said was one of the top two favorites along with the pork belly. She said she would give the Yu Xiang Pork the edge. She was right because I loved this dish! I like heat and this offered heat. I like varied texture and this had a range of textures. I want flavor that makes you eat everything served and this delicious lunch offering succeeded. For the price I was so impressed with the variety of mushrooms!!
