After asking about my flavor preferences, she recommended that I try the Vietnamese coffee or the salted coffee. I decided to order the Vietnamese coffee along with a beef Spring roll. The coffee was excellent, strong and well-balanced. The spring roll was fresh and delicious. My only suggestions would be to include less ice in the drink and to use shaved beef instead of thinly sliced beef in the spring roll. I enjoyed my first experience so much that I returned for a second visit. This time, I tried the Peach Black Tea and a croffle with strawberry sauce. Based on T's recommendation, I adjusted the tea's sweetness, and it was very refreshing, with the sliced peaches being a great addition. The croffle was okay, I missed the sweet sugar crust typically found on them. The Strawberry sauce was also a miss for me. I found it to be very watery, more like a syrup made for a drink vs a dessert topping. Overall, I had a wonderful visit on both occasions and really appreciated T's excellent customer service and recommendations. I would 100% recommend stopping in and I look forward to returning again soon.

Following the meal my grandson gave our server the traditional Korean goodbye and bow. She responded with the same and a wonderful smile. Both my son and grandson, who regularly eats homemade Korean food, proclaimed Norfolk Garden the best Korean food in the area. We've put the restaurant on the list of spots where we'll dine every time they're in town. The restaurant is on the west side of N. Military Highway not too far north of the I-264 overpass. The parking lot and entrance faces north rather than towards N. Military Highway. So it looks rather dark from the highway itself. Hours are until 10pm on weekdays and 10:30pm on weekends.
