My favorite was the brisket, it's my first, I'm used to California bbqs Tri-tip, prime rib, filet mignon and T-bone steaks. Never realized what a real bbq brisket was, always saw it on TV, but this was the real deal. Naturally the other meats were great, but the brisket takes the cake. The sides we had were baked beans and mac n cheese. Customer service was excellent, can't wait to come back!

Luckily, the brisket and sausage stepped up -- my husband gave them two thumbs up (and he's picky, so that's saying something). The beans were simple, nothing fancy, but they did the trick.
