DON'T GO HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I ordered shirts for my school and they messed up, were late on the deadline, and BLAMED ME. First off, when I dropped off the design and everything, they told me the shirt with 3 colors is $10 each. I said ok that's cheap! They told me in in a couple days they will have one mock shirt and in a 1 week they'll finish it all if we are okay with the mock up . A week goes by and they did not have the mock up or even any of it. Another wee passes by and they said they have it ALL finish. They gave us the shirt on the right that I have attached to this review. NOTHING like my design. Not only did they mess up the design but it's late. Of course I complain because I did not pay for their design. They then say try to make excuses saying I agreed with their design through email but there are 0 emails that say that. Then they say $10 was just the shirt. If we want it remade we have to pay $35 for each color. So that is 3 colors we had to pay for. They also accused me of not designing the design, they said it was a work on someone else. But I definitely designed it on my own through photoshop. Anyone can search this design o the internet and not find one trace. This place has rude and not professional workers. Go somewhere else and save the hassle of their screw ups. This place is a joke coming up with millions of excuses to back up their mistakes. read more

Don't ask them to do important announcements, especially obituaries. Please don't take their free services out of compassion either. They'll forget. It's super last minute, like the day before the services. Or the day of. Take your pick. No reply to your emails or texts in regards to your orders, or "paid in advanced" orders. Super frustrating when they ask you to send your order 2 weeks in advance and still no reply. I thought I was getting a masterpiece by being patient and letting them "handle the order". I ended up asking a bereaved relative to do my deceased's obituary online, on a free pdf format! And they were printed at home;...sadly, 20 minutes into the funeral service. The process of death and funeral arrangements & trying to deal with it is shit. Big, Hard, Facts. So, the obituary should be the last detail to worry about, especially when you have provided your contractor with all of the context and formats for the obituary in emails and text. Sadly AMK Design could not handle and deliver in a 3 week period. I feel super disrespected in a job that was promised to be sacred to my family and my Deceased Loved one. It's 2022, get it together. I absolutely love this place! I live in Marina Del Rey and make the 20 min drive to this location happily! I've been to several embroider shops and I feel the most comfortable at this one. I took about 12 items of clothing to get branded and was given genuine input on what would look best. My clothes came out great! They have come through for me in last minute orders that were time sensitive and have always done it with a smile. They have handled orders as small as 10 shirts for us before to orders of over 100 shirts in emergency situations. The AMK team is my place to go for all my silkscreening needs!!!! read more

This place is a joke. I called in the morning to get a price estimate on two custom shirts, front and back, and the girl on the phone said $10 per shirt for both front and back designs. I also asked if they had greek letters which I needed on the shirts and they said yes. I was thrilled because the pricing sounded great, so I made a trip there. Here's where it goes downhill: I walk in and the place is a mess. There's the owner and about 5 teenagers who look like her kids just hanging out behind the counter... and they all stare at me. Feels like I just walked into someone's family room. Then the owner proceeds to tell me that she doesn't have her computer so she can't help me with the designs.. okay really? Is this even a real business? Then she says that the pricing is actually $20 per shirt instead of the $10 per shirt that I was told when I called. Complete misinformation. Plus they don't even have greek letters. They should just call this place a "custom herbalife designs" because it looked like thats all they do. So upset. read more

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! Do not waste your time going anywhere else because no one can top AMK Design prices, customer service, and quality of work. Every year my family and I take a family trip to Mexico and every year we all wear matching shirts for the day of the Banda. I was freaking out because I had less than a week to make 15 shirts with front and back design. I had called several places and they were all either rude or way over priced. Luckily I came across AMK Design. They were not only SUPER NICE, but they had the best prices and helped me with my dilemma. I had informed them I needed all 15 shirts done in less than a week and they had no issue with that (while every other place I called told me that it was not possible) they even put a rush on my order. I had even called 2 days before I was gonna pick up my shirts to add more to my order and they had no issues with that. These ladies that work there were so kind and made sure I was at ease. I'm not gonna lie i was a very tough customer to deal with, but they took there time with me and made sure I was happy in the end. There prices are AMAZING as well! You will not find better pricing anywhere else, every other place I called would charged me over $20 for just the design not including the shirts and were only able to do design on one side! Unlike AMK Design who charged me $12 for both shirt and design (front and back) and a one time design fee of $35! I can not thank these ladies enough for relieving me of my stress and creating amazing shirts for my family and I. My family absolutely loves there shirts and they can't wait to wear them! Thanks to AMK Design for the amazing shirts! We are now ready for our family vacation tomorrow. We will definitely ONLY be working with AMK Design for all our T-shirt designs in the future! read more

I called on Saturday morning to ask about pricing and was given great deals, and was told they had items in stock that I could choose from to place my logo on. I drive to the location and I am told that they did not have any blank items that I could place my logo on. So I went to the nearby Walmart and picked up some shirts, I go back and I am told different pricing and that I had to have a minimum of 12 (which I had clarified on the phone was not needed if I wanted heat press instead of screen print). I left my items there, as I was then told they'd do it but needed to email my logos. I did the next day (Sunday). On Monday I had not heard back and called twice until I reached the store manager. She said she got my email and was not going to be able to print my items because it was less than 12. I confirmed with her we spoke and said that was not needed for heat press. She said because my logo had more than just letters/text she would not be able to honor that! I am frustrated as I now have to go pick up my items I dropped off on Saturday and with no work done on them. My honest opinion is she lied about pricing and services thinking I wanted HERBALIFE gear! They will cater to Herbalife, as I have affiliates that get anything they want done there for $5.... but if you are not a part of Herbalife, they are not willing to work with you. I think that's terrible, and very biased and unprofessional! If they are going to have nothing but Herbalife to sell in their store, they should just advertise as an Herbalife printing company. I will never call again after I pick up my blank items. They do not have accurate information, including the manager, Marisol. read more
