Furthermore, the technicians have no pride in what they do. We got a new tire there before going on a vacation to Wisconsin. As we were driving, our new tire began to lose air. We had to stop and get help because the people here did not properly tighten the valve pin and the air came out. Another time, my wife called to get a patch or plug and they misled her on the telephone telling her she needed a new tire and wheel alignments. Recently, we made an appointment by telephone. The person we talked to did not annotate the appointment in their system. When they said there was no appointment and even after showing them our call log, they tried to make me come another day cause they were busy. I told them I should not pay for their mistake and so they made it sound like I would be taken care of during my original appointment time, but I waited for over 90 minutes for them to tell me that I needed a new tire, but it wasn't in stock. This was after they told my wife she needed a new tire and wheel alignments and the tire was in stock. This tire store is the absolute worst and the customer service is non-existent. Worse, the wait times, even after having appointment, is atrocious. The lack of care for customers was evident during each time I visited this place. No customer should have to deal with such lack of pride in one's job. Customers should not have to waste their valuable time waiting for a patch, plug or new tire for over 3 to 4 hours. I would gladly pay more money for a tire if the shop had respect for their customers time and overall value. If you expect to have a straightforward and caring experience for needing a tire fixed or replaced, DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I had many people try and nothing. The dealer wanted $175 to get it done as they said the bumper would have to be removed. I went to Warren's, and he personally got it off in under a minute and didn't charge me a dime for the service only $10 for the rust proof screws. Top that!! I won't go anywhere else to service my car. He also replaced my engine for a fraction of the price of others, and it is out on the road in great condition to this day as my kid's car. I was a little disappointed when they didn't replace 100% everything, and we weren't told it wouldn't be replaced until after we already finished the repairs and noticed the difference. That was pretty disappointing and I think should've been pointed out before deciding to have them fix the car, since we could've gone elsewhere that the insurance company provided. After a while I decided to order some food delivery and my car was repaired and ready to go before my food arrived. Phet and his crew have kept my family's '07 Kia minivan road-worthy and more 'til it finally gave up the ghost last month, and our little 2013 Mazda couldn't be in better hands. Just yesterday they practically steered me away from a national muffler chain (Midas Evanston) to a great choice. G&G doesnt do muffler work, so Phet right away recommended the superb little Mufflers4Less in Rogers Park. Midas written estimate: $1433.32 for every imaginable exhaust part + labor. Mufflers4Less: I paid $180 total to replace and secure the rusted-out pipe on both sides of a perfectly good resonator and muffler -- all that was needed and done in 30 minutes. So G&G aren't just the best. The know the best too!
