Thought I needed two tires. One was a flat and I wanted the second one for a full size spare. Since the car is old and we may be getting rid of it soon, we wanted used tires. Called ahead - they had 3 that would fit. So I went over to get them. The service guy looked at my other tires and saw one was splitting. I ended up with 3 tires, very reasonably priced and the most amazingly quick service. I've ever seen. These guys are wonderful - fast, careful and courteous. Been frequent customer for years until my last visit. The guy in shop cleaned the wheel due to leaking and he marked where the tire & wheel were before separating them. He failed to mark where the lead weights were and reassembled. Problem here that his failure to do so requires a rebalancing and it's was balanced prior to his working on it. They wanted to charge me $20 to rebalance and I said it was and he failed to mark the location of lead weight on rim. Angered me that he purposely failed to do that and was a front wheel location. The old lady with glasses at the front desk is extremely slow in her work and rude. She took 30 mins to just run my card and still couldn't read the charge. She out in $555 instead of $55. I was there over the weekend. I hate to bad mouth anyone but i dont want anyone to received the type of unsatisfactory treatment that I received. These folks are rude! The older lady and older man are just rude. unhelpful. And while I was there for over an hour i noticed these folks charge white people more and blacks less. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY COST MY MOTHER $1200 BECAUSE THEY BROKE HER RADIATOR AND FAN ON A TIRE CHANGE! On January 15, my mother had 2 back tires replaced here, and after she picked the car up it was running hot. She popped the hood and saw that the radiator was so bent that the fan was shattered. She went back to Majestic and they refused to fix it and said they didn't do it. Their argument was that it was only the back tires so there was no way they did it. However, she saw them using 3 jacks and there is no damage to the front of the car. (Look at the picture below) It is obvious that they bent it with a jack, and now my mother who doesn't have a lot of money is out for $1200 dollars worth of damage. Majestic has come through in a pinch for me twice now and I can't recommend them enough. They can remove a spare, patch a tire, mount it, and return the spare to your trunk in about two minutes flat and for $11. So happy to have them around the corner from my house. read more

I had a quickly leaking tire, so I pulled up to the back as instructed by the sign. After a few minutes the door comes flying open and a guy SCREAMS at me to move my car. A car goes rolling out and then down comes the door. That should have been my first clue to just move on. After knocking on the door they finally let me in. Dingy, no frills place--I'm fine with that. Rows and rows of used rims and stacks of grubby-looking tires. Fake-looking graffiti labeling the rims saying things like: "Polish Mafia," "Only God Can Judge Me," and stupid stuff like that. The guy maybe said three words to me the whole time. Jacked up my car and fixed the leak. He basically acted like I wasn't there. I tried to strike up a conversation, but he pretended like he didn't hear me. You entered this place from a back alley off of Cicero Avenue. WTF were you expecting? Got there at 7:50 am, 10 minutes before they opened. At 7:54 the guy opened the doors, moved some stuff, and waved me in. I went in to get a tire fixed and I was completely ignored. There were several guys working on a car but I was the only customer in there. After standing around for a while I asked someone if I could get my tire fixed. He said yes. I asked what to do and he turned his back on me. My back tires look better then the front and they haven't been replaced in over a year of having my car. Then I go to call the place to give them a heads up! What happens? Fantastic ! Had a tire that a 4 inch piece of bar stock sliced. I have a 2017 car with about 33000 miles on it. Not enough to get a new set of 4 tires, but I needed pretty close to an exact replacement. They had the exact size with about the same tread left as the other 3. Turns out it was the EXACT tire that was on the car, with no patches. Mounted, balanced and put back on the car in about 15 minutes. Excellent service, great price. Oh, and the lugs were tightened to just about where I would have torqued them myself. He did it all with an impact - when people use an impact I'm used to them being torqued to 500 ft. lbs True professional read more

About a year ago my husband was driving his car on Irving Park Rd going west and hit a huge pot hole and killed his rim and tire. We needed it fixed fast and at a good price. His old rims were very rare so there was no way of getting just one and ordering one would take forever and seemed very pricey so a friend recommended Majestic. We got 2 new tires 4 new rims and paid only a little more than what we would have to pay for one. Beside the other rims were pretty beat up as well. Agreed this is a no-frills place, but you can keep your uniforms and your bad coffee if all I'm paying is $32 to have a tire replaced on my Corolla and I'm in and out in 15 minutes. That's for a used tire. Be sure to check the tire because I've bought a couple duds from this place that developed a slow leak after a few months. Just make sure the treads are decent and the sidewalks aren't cracked. read more

Not much that I can say, they promised me they would be able to fix my daggers tire and or replace it with a used tire with the same about of of life as the other 3 they did try to sell me a tire pressure sensor for said flat tire for $80.00 i declined the offer and located the sensor on several web site for $15.00 or less. being mechanic myself i was aware the it only needed a shredder valve for the tire the service was fast and friendly the shop being opportunistic lost a lot of points with me as i thought of the hundreds of woman that have gotten got and i say that cause the offer of a 80.00 valve that i didn't need and a price quote for like 4-500.00 they gave this female that was at the shop at the same time and i advised her to go elsewhere as she could get all four tires new mounted and balanced for less that five hundred buck read more

That's the place to go get your tires! Used or new. I see some negative reviews because of used tires - if u buying a used tire, remember that that's a used tire, not new and with no warranty so don't judge them that they sold you bad tire and it blew after month or so. The second thing I've noticed in reviews are complains about service entrace in the back of the store - it's logical that if you need a service the place you should start from is OFFICE that is in front of the store. I'm their customer from years and they're doing great job and are honest with everything. I'll deffinitely reccomend that place to everyone! read more
