A little rustic atmosphere, but you can't beat their pit-stop speed at replacing tires. Same day service? No, more like same half hour. If you choose tires they have in stock. Talk to them, ask them what tires they have in stock, they'll give you a price and they'll put those tires on in less than 20 minutes. I'm not kidding! They come out to your car with portable jacks and they can be so quick. I've gone to them with replacement tires for two cars, and that totals to three different times. Very satisfied with their expertise, the speed of service and the quality of tires. I've never had to use any warranty service, and I didn't receive any warranty papers to go with my tires, but I'm confident they would take good care of me if I needed it. read more

I haven't written a review in 6yrs since caring for my parents 24/7 but this is worth it and long overdue: I cannot say enough good things about Franco and his tire shop, Oakton Tires. I had a blowout nearby and googled him, skimmed some stellar reviews and called. I was immediately blown away by his care and concern even offering to send his 'tire ambulance' (roadside service truck that is outfitted with tires and all the tools you need). Luckily I was close and able to drive to him and he was waiting in the street looking out for me. Although his lot is always packed w/customers, he employs an army of friendly, fast and savvy workers and before you know it, they are on it and you are done! Expert knowledge, honest, humble, reasonable and quality work every time. I have been back a few times and have referred him to many and each time it's consistently a positive "in and out" experience. Definitely a hidden gem off of Oakton behind the strip mall w/ Aldi and Home Depot. I removed my wheel with a slow leak. I quickly discovered a nail in the tire. I brought it over to Oakton tire and someone greeted me right away and asked how they could help. I showed the technician the nail and without one more word, he rolled the tire into the garage and immediately set to work expertly patching the tire from the inside. Don't let the outside stop you from going to this little gem. It is tucked away on a side street but very easy to get to . We had a tire sensor go off unexpectedly and since we don't live in the area we wanted to get it looked at just to be sure everything was okay. We called the shop on a Sunday and they said to come right over. We waited maybe 5 minutes, when other Big Brand Tire shops in the area told us it would be anywhere from a 1 to 3 hour wait. The owner helped us out, and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They found a nail in the tire and quickly and efficiently repaired it and we were on our way. They also sell new and used tires. We would highly recommend this business and would go out of our way to come back here if we needed anything in the future. read more

This place is a complete rip off! Depending on the day and gender they will overcharge you. I've frequented this establishment before in the past and it has definitely changed. If you come here as an inexperienced female, be prepared to be taken advantage of. The owner quoted me $192 for a used tire, then when called back and questioned from a completely different phone number- stated that the used tires are $50 and the new tires are $150. Which does explain the $192 amount previously given...so I mentioned that I just called and you quoted me a different amount, I was hung up on! Lol it sucks to be caught on dishonesty. Long story short, there are so many other honest and transparent companies that won't take advantage of you. Please be careful and aware when patronizing this establishment. read more
