(Makes the experience a total pleasure). I can't possibly recommend Marty enough! I have been going to Marty for 3.5 years now and I have only been thrilled with my hair. My haircuts last and so do the color jobs. (He is a color EXPERT!) More times than not, people ask me if I just got my hair done after two months of getting it done! His prices are VERY reasonable for the job he does. Moving on from hair - Marty is also a great person with a heart of gold. Scheduling with him is easy on his website, or of course the old fashion way on the phone :) and I have never had a problem getting an appointment when I need one. No one has ever asked me about my hair history before so you can tell how much care and thought she puts into her clients' hair. I told her about everything I'm experiencing with my hair. My hair is prone to breakage and gets damaged really easily. Lisa offered some suggestions about how I should be taking care of my hair, and recommended a shampoo and conditioner based on the information I gave to her and her thoughts on my hair after working on it. It's been 2 months and my hair still feels really healthy! This is the longest it has felt healthy, and some days it still feels like it was just cut. For the longest time I've been getting my hair cut and was always satisfied, but when Lisa cut it it was the first time in a long time where I actually LOVED it. Every cut is clean, balanced, and done with attention to detail. You can tell there's real experience behind it. What I appreciate the most is that there's no rush. At my haircut appointment, we discussed my color. He is such an artist. He envisioned and explained what he would do, which was exactly what I had been thinking I needed. I came back three weeks later and he did my color ......the most amazing blonde I have ever had done. I have been lots of shades of blonde but he truly knew what color would complement my skin tone and eyes. I am truly amazed. It wasn't like he just put foils in my hair and washed it out It was a complete art lesson watching him. He really cares and is happy to explain what he is doing. I learned a lot from him. He really knows his craft. Parking was easy and inexpensive. There is a CVS next-door. They'll let you park there for $10 for the whole day.
