This store is pricey compared to the other stores which sell similar merchandises. For parking, this store is located in the mall. I would suggest parking in the parking lot close to Bloomingdale's side since it's close.

I walked past her, and after several seconds, I said hello. Her response seemed forced and annoyed hello. Five or ten minutes later, her coworker came from the back to clock out. No acknowledgment from her either. It was just the two of us in the store. I perused the whole store looking at the outfits. Not once did this salesperson ask me if I needed help or acknowledge my existence. She ignored me the whole time. With employees like her, it is no surprise why retail stores shutter. She was a horrible representative for this store. I could have purchased many of the clothes, however, I chose to leave and made my purchases online. If I am treated in such disrespectful manner, why would I give this store and their horrible staff my hard earned money?

I had no intention to return the item only a price adjustment. I offered to repurchase the item back at which she refunded me the amount I paid and come back to repurchase it. I drove back to the store based on that information, only for the manager to refuse the return because the tag wasn't attached. So I wasted my time and gas because your employees gave me incorrect information, and instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, the manager simply turned me away. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The staff clearly aren't trained consistently, and the manager had no interest in helping resolve a problem that your own employee created. Customer service should be about finding solutions, not making customers pay for your team's mistakes. I won't be shopping here again, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
