The first two were sweet surprises for me, delivered by a hotel manager! Today, Saturday, February 21, 2026, I stopped by this location to purchase the new Banana Pudding Single serving size bundt cake. I have a mobility challenge (4 extra metal legs, being use of an assistive device). The young lady behind the counter just stared at me, unwilling to assist me with opening the door; she did NOT greet me; she did NOT ask if she could help me with anything; she did NOT even crack a smile. Another lady came from the back & assisted me with my purchase; she assisted me with leaving, opening the door & walking with me, carrying my purchase/bag. Upon expressing my displeasure with the young lady at the counter. This employee mentioned that there have been MANY COMPLAINTS about this young lady's behavior & this young lady is THE STORE MANGER OF THIS NOTHING BUNDT CAKES LOCATION! I am an executive healthcare leader. If it were up to me this young lady would be immediately removed from her position! They are full of flavor...and you can tell quality flavors! But not so stinking sweet you need to take a drink of water to wash it down. I love the wrapping the baker choose to bake these cupcakes in. Makes eating it so much easier. I have had 3 flavors so far. Carrot cake, Vanilla Bean with Mascarpone frosting and Caramel Macchiato. Although it was the best carrot cake I have had..........I still think the vanilla bean was my favorite cupcake from here (so far!). I doubt any of them are bad...can't wait for my next trip to cupcake heaven!

Note: smash cakes are usually for first birthday parties so the kiddo can destroy a cake and everyone else gets to actually eat cake, but they're also the perfect size to give to a person who lives alone! I don't think my grandma understands what smash cakes are, but she certainly wasn't aware that was the original intent of her cake--chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and salted caramel buttercream. I've been hearing about it every single time I talk to her. Next time we need a special dessert for a family event, I'm recommending Flour Girl. I've been telling my family who live in DC about it!
