Service is friendly and good, but efficient is questionable as they recently introduced a flag based system where you put your number card on your stand and when your server notices it, they come your way. My only issue is this takes the natural check-in's of service away and while the idea is good in theory, execution is still a bit clunky as we had to seek out our server twice after having our card displayed for several minutes. It was by far the winner--super light, fluffy, and perfectly done. Honestly one of the best pretzels I've had. Definitely worth ordering when you go!
