Been here twice before, and food was ok This time, it had gone down in quantity and quality. Ordered the Jam burger that came with Waffle fries. It was such a small portion, i thought they had mistakingly given me a kids plate instead of the $16 dollar entree. I was still so hungry after scarfing that down, I ordered Fried pickles & peppers. It wasn't tasty at all! That appetizer was very greasy and over fried. For $10, there wasn't much of it, But, I didn't care because I didn't like it anyway. The pickles were small, and the peppers were so tiny, I couldn't even taste them. They were served with house made Ranch that didn't taste like ranch, more like a glob of sour cream. Service was great! They were apologetic for food not being up to par and asked me to come back for another try. I will go back, but if I'm displeased again, that'll be the last time. Too many places in Franklin to choose from to settle on mediocre food! I'm thinking I may go at happy hour and try the 1/2 price chicken fingers next time. Another good addition to the franklin area! My boyfriend got the jam burger and he said "it was awesome!" I had the chicken tacos and they were also really good. Our service was good, nothing too crazy, but it wasn't bad by any means. Food wise everything was really good, however, we did not enjoy the honey mustard and we wished we got a couple more fries with our orders. Overall, we had a really great experience today! read more

Our first visit to this newer location in South Franklin! We came on a date night for Nerdy Talk Trivia (Thursdays 7:30). Thankfully got a cozy booth near the bar and a spot where we could watch Thursday night football. Ordered the Nashville Hot (Wisconsin cheese) cheese curds (absolutely a must) for an app to split and a flight of tap beers to try ($3/pour) and a can of Einstock Icelandic Toasted Porter. We prefer stouts/porters/ales and really enjoyed the Pot Belly Porter from a local TN brewery. We split a Sgt. Pepper burger - loved the spice/heat/flavor, burger cooked well, I personally was not a big fan of the bun/bread used, but appreciated the waffle fries! All in all our service was fantastic, the vibes and aesthetic are the so visually appealing with the moody amber lighting and pop culture decor. Rose sits at the busy intersection of Mack Hatcher and Columbia Avenue in Franklin, and is a stand alone location that has all the comforts and favorite vibes you are accustomed to at an M.L! This location is a tad off the beaten path from the area I frequent in Franklin/Cool Springs, but we make it point to pop in for lunch or dinner on occasion. We are big fans of ML Rose, and having one in Franklin now puts one near my house and my office...so win win! ML Rose is more than just burgers, but honestly that is one of my favorite things on the menu. My go-to is always the ANM.L. Style burger which features two patties, caramelized onions, cheese, veggies and house sauce...always delightfully tasty! We enjoy the chicken nachos and I have recently started getting wings here a bit more, as the Cajun dry rub is solid! Service is always great here, whether for lunch or dinner, or even bellied up to the bar. One of my favorite parts of this location is the "Rose" Garden, which is similar to the other locations, but has our most beloved "Rose's" on the wall! Overall, M.L. The ambiance is cute and clean. For the food, we have gone to the 8th Avenue location for years, always have loved it. This doesn't even feel come close to the same place. The buns were different and boring, the patty tasted frozen, were strangely seasoned and didn't even look appealing. Definitely preformed patties. Service was ok. Really love this new location! The waitress and hostess were super friendly and welcoming, the food was great (love their brunch option and 2 for 1 drink specials), and there is tons of seating inside and outside. So happy to see ML Rose on this side of town! The Franklin location is in the front of the shopping Center with the Target on Columbia. There is good parking but every time we've been there, it's been pretty crowded so thankfully there is parking all around too. Decor is great. They have a wonderful outside seating area, oriented so the setting sun never shines directly on the area. It's a great place to grab a brew and wait for your table (like we did) or just enjoy happy hour with your dog if you like to bring them. ML Rose has a great menu and this location delivers well on all the offerings. Draft beer selection is outstanding and the food is well prepared. I've actually been several times and enjoyed the GOAT Burger, Jam Burger and the CrunchWrap. The chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla is also very good! It's not a super big menu but everything is great. Note - this location has a good selection of spirits at the bar, some very nice Bourbons are being poured so if that's your thing, check it out! read more

After waiting awhile without anyone coming to take our drink order we went to find an employee who confirmed we were seated in a closed area without any servers so they found a server and assigned them to our table. We started with the cheese curds which were very good, had some heat but was well balanced with the cheese and ranch dipping sauce. We ordered the signature burger, ANM L. Burger with waffle fries. The presentation was a miss, the grilled onions and meat patties had slid off the bun so I put it back together. The burger was missing the tomato which was listed on the menu as part of the ingredients. Overall it was a good burger but nothing extraordinary. We are excited to have a new burger and beer place close to home. Stopped in for lunch today for the first time and the place was full of people. There was not a wait but almost all the tables were full and even a few at the bar. The beer selection is pretty wide with 36 on tap and another 44 in cans or bottles as well as several CBD/THC infused, alcohol free and even kombucha. Wife had the Truffle Shuffle burger and thought it was a little bland. She liked mine a lot better I had the ANM.L-STYLE BURGER and it was excellent. Now, I have to say that In-n-Out is my favorite burger on the planet and this is an obvious take on their Double Double served Animal Style and this was a nice rendition but not quite perfect. Still really good. Will be interesting to see if they change the name when the inspiration is literally down the road starting next year All in all, good job especially for a place only open for a couple of days. I had ordered extra on the side for the fries but after the second fry dipped In it I was done with it. Fries were tasty and crispy. Washed it all down with a TN cider - Rose Cider. Very tasty. Second time here and I'm telling you it isn't right here. We waited at the front of the hostess table for about 5 minutes with no one helping us. There were servers and bartenders that glanced over but nothing was said. Not even a "your hostess will be with you shortly. Finally the heavy set hostess made her way slowly from the back. Never made eye contact with us, actually was looking down and just said "how many" she grabbed the corresponding menus and started walking into the main part of restaurant.
