Which made the experience very enjoyable. I also loved the cabaret style seating. Some audience members were seated on the floor so they had a very different experience. When you arrive you'll take an escalator all the way down to the theater. The restooms are located further down. They also have merchandise, snacks, and refreshments available for purchase before the show and during intermission. One thing that I enjoyed doing was looking at all the pictures around the theater. It was so interesting to see celebrities who have performed there over the years. Overall, I would definitely go back for another show.

May 15th 2026 10:00 a.m. went to the box office of circle in the square theater to stand in line…read morewaiting for Rush tickets for tonight showing. About 20 people ahead of us by the time we got to the box office they were only $40 standing room only tickets for sale when I declined that offer they offered $99 Rush tickets. Theater is unique in that stage is horseshoe shaped. We got seats D107 and D109 in row D of orchestra section only four rows from the stage. Stadium seating so no difficulty seeing the performers. Later I found out that adjacent seats D111 and D113 cost $311 online. Tickets say no late seating but 20 minutes into the performance the empty seat next to me was filled by a large man who came in late with his partner seated in another area of the theater. I remember this because this guy was an armrest hog immediately putting his elbows over both armrests for the rest of the performance. Long lines at intermission for restrooms both men and women, as only eight women's toilets and eight men's urinals toilets for 776 people in the audience. Show was about Just in Time the Bobby Darin story including many of his major hits like Mack the knife, and melodies by his contemporaries such as Elvis Presley Connie Francis and Sandra Dee including his final performances in Las Vegas on a heavy schedule despite warnings from his doctor of his fragile health.

However, patrons consistently cite frustrating downsides, including exceptionally tight legroom, very steep balcony inclines, and obstructive side-orchestra sightlines. At the orchestra, while offering an up-close experience, extreme side orchestra seats often suffer from obstructed views. Legroom and seat widths throughout the venue are noticeably tight, so booking an aisle seat is highly recommended for taller patrons. The mezzanine has the best balance of price and view. However, the rear section can suffer from the balcony overhang, which cuts off the top of the stage. The balcony offers a surprisingly clear and affordable vantage point, but the steep pitch can feel precarious to those afraid of heights. Restrooms are famously tight and lines move slowly at intermission, making it best to plan ahead. Drinks are available for purchase, though lines can be long. Because food/drink policies can be strictly enforced by house staff, be prepared to consume any outside snacks before entering the auditorium. Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed watching " Hell's Kitchen"

And yes, once again an obvious head obstructed my view, but this review will be focused on the show. Getting back to the production. The clever premise of the show spans several years back in L.A. whereupon comedians join forces to literally stand up and read from celebrities memoirs/autobiographies---and it works. A 90 minute solo, mash up and dialogue being read by the comedians offers hilarious entertainment. The celebrity memoirs included those past and present. Granted some of the audience roared with laughter while I remained amused. I was never a stand up comic show kind of gal though I've seen plenty. In my opinion, what was really funny was the manner in which the memoirs were written. Some were so painfully bad. No disrespect to those who passed on, but it included Suzanne Somers, Bob Newart and Carol Channing. The contemporary autobiographies were equally bad, including Matthew McConaughey, Tiger Woods, Gwyneth Paltrow, Sylvester Stallone and so on. The roster of comedians will always be changing until it concludes its run in August. I saw Mario Cantone, Ralph Macchio, Brooke Adams to name a few. I didn't recognize some of the other comedians. If comedy with a twist is your thing, it's worth checking out. As the comedians emphasized, they can't make this stuff up as it was spoken in the words of the celebrity authors.

More recently "Stomp" had an unusually long run at the Orpheum. The theater is comfortable with good seats and ample leg room ... but if you sit behind someone tall, you're screwed. Luckily nobody was next to us, so we were able to slide over. As others pointed out, bathrooms are limited, with only two stalls in the lady's room. You have to climb a steep stairway to reach the restrooms, which is problematic for people with mobility issues. (One needs to temper expectations since the theater dates back to the early 1900s.) We saw a fabulous five-star dance production called "11 To Midnight" that had me smiling throughout. A friend said, "I only go to Broadway shows." I personally love the intimacy of off-Broadway and the promise of productions that may take more risks than what you'd see on B'way.

There is a sense of elegance when you're inside. After looking it up, it looks like it comes from the 18th-century Adam neoclassical style, and they opened the theater about 109 years ago in 1917. I saw the Notebook when it was playing here. Seats were in the front middle orchestra. You're close enough to see the decorative framing, stage props, the acting and the full panoramic view of the stage. These are definitely some of the better seats in the theater if you want to take in the full stage and still be close enough to the actors. It's a mid-sized Broadway Theatre, so most seats are at least reasonably connected to the stage. The Notebook was actually a great show, and I would highly recommend watching it if they ever put it back in rotation. I have not watched the movie yet, but I heard from the person I was watching with that this show is exactly the same as the movie, except that they skipped a few short parts.

Unfortunately, the show had to be canceled due to tech issues. I was super bummed. This time around, I went with my two older sisters. It was our treat to ourselves while in town. Let me tell you something, it was worth the wait. The cast was different, but dare I say better. I love this theater. There's truly no bad seat. We also got upgraded and ended up being seated on the second row. Going to the bathroom worked out for us. We were walking to our seat on the 8th row when a couple ushers stopped me and one asked if my party was 3 people. We fortunately were and when I told her that she asked if we wanted to be upgraded. Duh When I tell you, we were so close to the stage we could see the cast spit whenever they were reaching for high notes. Truly, the best show. My oldest sister was laughing the whole time. I loved all the current events references. Funtastic music and such a great cast. 10/10

I visited this theatre this past week to see TITANIQUE and it was AMAZING, PHENOMENAL, ENTERTAINING, UPLIFTING AND JUST A JOYOUS EXPERIENCE!!!! We sat in Orchestra - Right, seats 101-102 on the aisle, and we could see the entire stage and had great access to the exit and restrooms. ORCH. SEAT R101 IS RECOMMENDED FOR TALL PEOPLE, THERE'S NO SEAT IN FRONT OF IT. [You're welcome ;) ] The cast was amazing, and I plan to see it again before they close in September 2026. Sarah Gallo played Celine Dion in my show, alongside Layton Williams, Frankie Grande, Deborah Cox and Jim Parsons. They were all amazing and the entire car worked well together. The icing on the cake was that I forgot an item under my seat. Nothing expensive or particularly important, but it is sentimental to me. As soon as I left the city my heart dropped realizing I'd left it tucked under my seat. I immediately searched how to get items back from the theatre and contacted both the ticket vendor and the there company owner. But the next morning I had responses from both and later the next day received a reply that my item was being held at the box office!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!!! In a citi of 8+million plus it was a relief to get my item back. I thank the ATG Entertainment staff for their prompt response and ease of assistance. Like the show I feel that anything is possible, if you only imagine it!!!!
