After 10+ years, I went to pickup my glasses and asked to walk outside for a few min to make sure the prescription felt right. They called like 5 min after I was walking around to make sure I was coming back to pay them. That is terrible service. To top it off, they tried to over charge me. Dr. Amy is great - no complaints. Great manners and even remembers family members of mine after a year. The front desk staff - another story. What happened to Alfonso and Flor?! Bring them back! The current staff is rude and unattentive. We went in on a Wednesday to schedule and appointment and look at frames. The appt. was set up for the coming Monday (so like 3 business days?) and asked to see frames. New policy is no more than 3 frames out at a time (which adds to more time spent waiting on assistance) AND no holds for an appt 3 days out. We were quite disappointed with this treatment for customers that come every year and on each visit we buy new everything and spend over what our insurance covers. Not the first time I've felt slighted here by the new staff. We canceled our appointment and will be going elsewhere. Dr. Amy - you're great! Don't lose long term clients due to bad manners of your staff. read more

The positive reviews here aren't coincidences. I visited here because my current optometrist was too "busy" even though their office is always empty and even locked all the time. I was lucky as there was an appointment slot available as I walked in. Dr. Kim performed the most thorough check up I could imagine. The staff was friendly and capable, explaining lots of details on what I am paying for, which I deserved but never had anywhere in my decades of purchasing and wearing glasses. this is one of the first visit time , in a long time to the optometrist check up, and let me tell you all that this is one of the most amazing and nicest Doctor office to ever visit. The first time I went the staff was sooo nice and patience. especially when picking out the glasses that fit well for my face. They gave me feed back on how it looked on me and i'm soo thankful for that. I just went recently for annual check up and they had complementary snacks and drinks! they are soo thoughtful for their customers/patients.
