I'm very frustrated with this place. I brought in my Dita sunglasses to get black RX lenses made and installed. After 10 days they were ready for pick up...but when I came in to pick up they were not black lenses they were clear. They apologize and say they will get me the correct item I order and paid for. I was 5 more days and they call and say the came in but the look blue and they want me to come see them. I gave it a try but was not satisfied because everything I'm looking at now has a shade of blue to it. While I'm trying them for the 4 days I notice the left lens is loose so I bring that to the reps attention and she tells me we can't do anything you signed a waiver. So they can break your glasses and not be responsible great. She was like a broken record saying the same thing so I just asked them to please get the black lenses that I initially ordered and walked out. Now I'm waiting again. Anyway I would not advise anyone to go to this place. Do what you will with this review. read more
