Karimy was outstanding. I came in with my prescription because the other office's eyeglasses weren't what I wanted. Karimy was a huge help to me the entire time as I made an appointment to test on frames. She was truthful and considerate when I asked for her opinion. They accepted my VSP eye insurance, which made me very happy. Karimy followed up, so when I returned to pick up my frames, she remembered me and our talk! She's got a sharp memory! Karimy was great. Updated as of: 10/02/2021 These guys are professional cons and they conned me again. As they promised to fix this issue, I went in to the store with the glasses. He wanted to take a look at the glasses and I gave them. I didn't realize that he's going to swap the lens from it, such a foolish move. But that's what he did. He replaced the lens from my glasses with a similar powered lens (not my prescription) and took reading from that lens, also made the marks on the lens as it was with a similar white marker. He had two readings, one that is closer to my actual prescription and the other one from this swapped lens. Dr. Amy Kim then showed me that the readings are close to accurate and then started complaining about the prescription that the angle was incorrect. She then gave me a copy of the forged reading for my review. I am shocked to see that Dr. Amy Kim is in on this con. I don't know if this $250 is worth this disgrace. read more

They have a great selection of glasses and staff is very nice. The reason for 3 stars is they charge to order a pair of glasses that they sold out of. For example I see a pair of glasses but my insurance doesn't kick in for another 2 weeks to be able to order them, then 2 weeks later the pair has been sold and for them to order the ones they just had they charge the customer I believe $10 just to order the pair from their vendor. You're already making hundreds off my insurance you really can't order glasses without being greedy and charging the $10? I've moved on to another eye Dr who does NOT charge to order a pair of glasses that they don't have, so I know this doesn't apply to all Drs just Dr. amy. You should really reconsider the ridiculous fee of $10 when it's no sweat off your back to just order the glasses especially if it's a popular type of glasses. read more

My lens on my new glasses are scratched up so they must have been used lenses and I paid for scratch resistant lenses. They just used up all my insurance and didn't put half the stuff I paid for on my glasses including overcharging me for my frames. It's horrible what some people do to make money by being dishonest. read more
