I called ahead of time to see if they could fit me in for a gel manicure, it was 2 hours before…read moreclosing. They said "yes, come in" and I said I would be there in about 10-15 minutes. 8 minutes later, they called me asking where I was. This has never happened to me before so I was a little taken aback. I told them I was still on my way and I would be there shortly. I arrived a few minutes later and was directed to a nail table with Gloria. There was one other customer and 2 other employees there. Gloria didn't make eye contact with me and didn't speak to me the entire time. My manicure was very aggressive and rushed. The hand massage lasted all of 10 seconds per hand and she did a terrible job, clearly not enjoying herself at all. The color of the polish didn't at all match the color of the bottle (#408 OPI Dance Party Teal Dawn). I wanted a blue teal color and it is much more Kermit the Frog green. Each one of my nails is a different shape and length. The UV hand lamp was totally crusty with old sparkle nail polish and an unknown sticky substance. I paid $35 plus $10 tip. 4 days after getting this manicure, the polish is peeling and cracking. Really terrible quality. I wouldn't give this place another shot based on this singular experience.

I went yesterday and asked for my usual but this time I wanted a Chrome French tip and I had a photo. They tried to convince me to get a different yellow that's not what I wanted then when they attempted to do the tip it was messy so I said forget it just paint them. They painted them and that was also a horrible paint job. My cuticles were covered in paint. They were also flooded. I still for my pedicure. I did not tip because I wasn't happy. I decided to go somewhere else and I spent another $55 getting it corrected. I had to have my polish removed, not just for my nails, but also my skin and they had to cut my cuticles and cleanse my feet all over again. Up upon calling the manager she was trying to tell me that I only didn't like the color I picked the color so I definitely wanted that. I would've preferred if they just told me they couldn't do it rather than half and even do the basic part of it wrong.
