Before the appointment, I repeatedly requested a cost estimate, but none was ever provided to me. Because of this lack of information, I reasonably expected the charge for a simple ten-minute procedure to be in the range of approximately $250. I was therefore absolutely shocked by the amount ($523.00) you are now billing me. Had I been informed of the actual cost beforehand, I would have made a more informed decision about proceeding with the treatment. I DO NOT recommend this office.
