The price I discussed with the dermatologist for laser treatment was different from the amount I was later given in writing, which left me confused about what the actual cost would be. I was also unexpectedly charged a higher copay for what I understood to be a basic office visit. What disappointed me most is that I had enough confidence in this practice to recommend it to people close to me. I had planned on doing laser treatments alongside my mom and my partner, but after this experience, I think we'll be looking elsewhere. The service itself felt pretty basic, and the communication around pricing and billing wasn't what I expected. Transparency and consistency are important when patients are making decisions about treatments, and unfortunately that wasn't my experience here. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and improves communication for future patients.

She spoke to me for 30 mins over the phone to review photos of my mole, and after the phone consultation met with me to do a biopsy.
