She did a nice job on my hair but it's honestly not worth her expensive prices. $200 for cut and balayage I was better off going to a reputable salon in Providence. When she was done styling me, I stood up and the entire back of my shirt was bleached. She took zero responsibility and put the blame on me, extremely unprofessional. Didn't bother to offer me a discount even after I bought $100 worth of products to invest in my hair. To top it all off, immediately after I left she posted on her Instagram story about a sale the next day and all products would be 50% off. Thanks for the details considering we talked about how I work in the building and definitely would of popped in to save on some product and even grabbed extras. Definitely missed out on regular clientele in the building including myself because I will not be back.

The small salon has three chairs/stylists who have all have 25+ years experience!! No straight out of beauty school stylists here! They accept walk-ins but it's always been busy when I go so I'd definitely recommend an appointment. I have been seeing Diane regularly for cuts and color for almost a year and am never disappointed. She listens to what I want, gives her advise and has always delivered on what we decide on. I feel comfortable asking her to tweak the cut if it's not exactly what I envisioned and she takes the time to make sure I leave happy. When I first started going to Hair's 2 You I was the type who would get a hair cut every 5-6 months and usually kept my hair in a pony tail. So even though I wanted big changes (new color, new style...) I was scared! Over many visits Diane worked with me to make small changes I was comfortable with and as the trust grew so did my boldness! I love my hair every day! I also had an updo done for a wedding which came out great! While I have never used any of their other services they offer waxing and facials as well. They accept all major credit cards.

Her toenails were poorly shaped, and the Dazzle Dry polish was thick, chunky, uneven, and left on her cuticles. When I asked for it to be cleaned up, I was told "after." For her manicure, she was left sitting in the pedicure chair. It was extremely uncomfortable for her, and the manicure was just as rushed, with poor shaping and uneven polish. We were then hurried to the drying station, where one of her nails was smudged. Rather than redoing it, another employee tried to smooth it out with her fingertip. When I asked if it could simply be redone, I was told, "That will take longer." At checkout, they also refused to honor the 15% senior discount currently advertised on their website and charged me $5 more than the prices listed online. I had hoped to find a salon where I could bring my mom and have her feel genuinely pampered and cared for. Sadly, this was not it.
