We called AAA, and Gregg from Dick's Towing contacted us enroute. He initially said that he didn't have the tools for opening the trailer and that we would need a locksmith, but that he could at least open up our locked pickup so the two of us and our two dogs could wait inside while waiting for a locksmith to come up the mountain. Did I mention it was Memorial Day? Anyway, Gregg arrived about 7:15 p.m. after a one hour wait and was super enthusiastic. He had thought about how we could have locked ourselves out of an RV, and said he would try to open the door. Two minutes later, and the door was open! We had locked the door handle which stays locked if you shut the door from outside. But the deadbolt wasn't locked so he was able to jimmy it without any damage, something he had seen before. My wife and I gave him a huge hug. We would have probably had to spend the night in the truck before a locksmith could get there, and that could have cost several hundred dollars. No food, no heat, two dogs... Gregg was epic! Huge shout out to Dick's!

Ed talked me through the pros and cons of whether or not to pursue the auto work, and I really appreciated his insight and honesty. Insurance listed Fix Auto Santee as one of their partner vendors and Yelp reviews looked good. Overall our experience with Fix Auto Santee was a positive one. Our service representative, Ed, was a pleasant person. He took the time to patiently answer our questions. I'm sure he sees a lot people having to begrudgingly use his services so his welcoming personality helps ease the pain. He took the time to personally address minor scuffs and scratches that were not part of the accident just as part of their service, no additional charge. That was a plus. Ed kept us updated almost daily which I really liked. I hope you never need to get work done but if you do I recommend Fix Auto Santee.

This shop ripped us off for over $4000.00. Our truck 2003 7.3 was taken in for a check engine…read morelight. Cut to the chase they replaced all the injectors both valve cover wiring harness, fuel filter and miscellaneous. They never told us all after market parts would be installed. Upon picking up the truck the owners were made aware the truck was not running correctly. The replied "It only runs rough for a shot time Upon start up" Two more trips back including a $500.00 trip to ElCajon for for diagnostic showing bad injectors was completely ignored by this shop. (THE TRUCK RAN HORRIBLE!) with under 500 miles since their repair and several trips back to their shop We finally took it to a real Ford Certified diesel mechanic for repair. We replaced all part that Pine Valley "auto" repair installed and the truck runs like new. This outfit is very dishonest in my opinion, and does not stand behind their work! Stay far away from this shop. We will be filing in court and with the (B.A.R.) as well and social media sites.

Found this shop thru a list of preferred auto body shops from my insurance and when i checked all…read moreof them here in Yelp, Duggan's was the only one that's got a 5 star rating so since it's my first repair ever, i brought my car here. Estimate was just the right amount and the staff was great and really know what customer service is. I got my car earlier than the estimated finish date and i was glad i went to Duggan's for the repair because they made my car look like as if the dent and deep paint-off scratches wasn't there at all. I highly recommend this place and i'm so happy with the quality of their job. By the way, i'm not sure about this but my car looked clean when i picked it up....did they washed my car too? :-) LOL
