There are 20 minute parking spots across from brow and beauty threading, just enough time for a walk-in appointment today. There were two people being worked with prior to me, so I signed in on the iPad and waited my turn. I only waited five minutes. The waiting area and the whole studio is very clean, and bright, with comfortable seating, so it feels very hospitable. Poonam was very kind, and very quick to clean up my eyebrows, offering me aloe vera afterwards to soothe the sting. I am very pleased with the result. I had hairs here and there on my eyebrows even after I told her where they were at. They did attempt to do a better clean up but they didn't target the area I had mentioned to them where the hairs were. All she kept saying was that the thread isn't getting them... maybe tweezing would help. So I just had to simply do it myself at home which I don't mind but I am paying for a service.
