Ana has been doing my eyebrows for about 6 years already and she has never disappointed me. She always asks you what you want for your eyebrows and will stop along the way to ask if that is what you like or want. She is also doing her part in sanitizing her work space after every client and wears her mask/face guard during the service. Been here before never had an issue in fact she does threading great, my fault was to have her tint my eyebrows I mentioned I was going to get them tinted but wanted her to thread first so she tells me that she does tint as well just doesn't advertise well, I should have went with my gut feeling I was hesitant, but I figured I was already there, so might as well have it done instead of driving across town BIG mistake!! She ruined my eyebrows literally looked like I had double eyebrows. She kept saying that it was because I had light hairs towards the arch .then kept asking if I wanted it darker like I want to draw more attention!! NO I don't want them darker. I came home and started to scrub hoping I could get most of it off and I got alot off but I think the rest I'll have to fix with makeup. Then to top it off she spilled the dye on my eyelid!! She freaked out and asked if it was burning yet.. Then she smacked my son as she came in the door after she told him to sit on the stool blames him for sitting there she apologize for everything but even though I like her threading I won't go back to her anymore maybe she has too much going on she has her baby daughter in the playpin welnshe works. At this point I'm scared to try another place maybe I just shouldn't be lazy and pencil in my eyebrows when needed. read more

Before she started she took a quick look and advised me on the options I had and she made sure my eyebrows were the best and on point before I got up the chair. The cool thing about this place is everything. not only is customer service on point and very personal. They also offer waxing in case you don't want to do threading. Ana was so amazing! Before she started working on my brows, she took the time to ask what shape I wanted and gave me advice and tips to help me decide. She made sure that I was pleased with the way they were coming out before moving forward. The prices are super affordable and I was so happy with how they came out! She's terrible. Came in and was greeted with "what do you want?" is that how you greet new customers? Then she went to talk about how I have little brows and need a brow pencil due to empty patches on my brows. Uh .... I didn't have these patches before ?? My previous brow woman never had issues with my brows and made sure they looked full . She left empty patches on my brows, my tails are near gone and she left cuts under my left brow. I usually pay $4 to get this done and instead paid $10 for this bullshit. Take my word and don't come here. read more

I got my eyebrows done at Ana's a few days ago and I had a good experience. The lady who did my eyebrows asked if I was doing okay during and made sure I was satisfied with how they turned out. Even when I got up and said they looked fine she did one more look over and had me sit again to correct a couple places which I appreciated. Went in 30 minutes before closing and Ana still managed to do an amazing job :-) Ana is soo nice and i couldn't be any happier with how my brows and upper lip came out to be! My brows are almost symmetrical its almost insane. I highly recommend this place to anyone! She also provides a "stamp card" where with 10 stamps you can get your 10th session done for free. Ana was such a sweetheart! She took about 25 minutes shaping my eyebrows, teaching me how to fill them in correctly, and gave me a suggestion on what to use to help encourage regrowth in areas where another threader at Kaya (where she used to work) took a chunk off in March 2014 which still hasn't grown back. I'm always afraid to point out mistakes or things I don't like because I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings but Ana assured me that she wouldn't take it to heart and encouraged me to tell her if I wasn't 100% happy with something. Prices are great, shop is clean, and there's plenty of parking. I believe I saw a sign which said there is an 80¢ fee for using debit/credit cards so bring cash :) read more

She's a miracle worker!! I went in with one eyebrow way thicker and arched than the other. Ana pointed that out to me very kindly, and I told her I trusted her to do whatever she needed to fix them. Ana takes her time with you and she really cares about how she leaves your eyebrows. I'm so thankful I just let her do what she needed to fix them because she did an amazing job!!! I can't believe I have taken this long to write a review. I have been coming to Ana for about a year and half and I am truly happy with the services offered here. I was a loyal customer to a threading salon in Fullerton, but was unable to go any more because I moved. I was so nervous testing out new places but I am glad I found Ana because she is so amazing! I have very thick hair and natural uneven brows (I have a scar on one eyebrow). Ana is able to leave my brows thick and make them even every time! Her salon is clean and the prices are very reasonable. She also pays attention to detail and checks in with you to make sure you like the way your brows look. A great local find. Ana is so good at shaping your brows and keeping them looking their best that her shop is always busy. My only gripe is that she can be rough when threading, but I noticed as compared to other threaders, the hair stays away the longest. Her prices are also very reasonable and fair. Updated: Still going to Ana after having tried a couple other places that for some reason do not keep the hair away as long as Ana's threading. My only gripe is I wish Ana would sanitize her hands and tools in between customers. If she fixed that, she would be 100%. read more

I got my eyebrows threaded here a few months ago. The experience was okay. The lady who did my brows was nice, but what I didn't like is the fact that I saw her using the same eyebrow brush on every customer. I think this is very unhygienic due to the fact that when people get their eyebrows threaded, they will sometimes bleed. I never saw her disinfect the brush. What if a customer has a disease that's contagious? They should use disposable spoolie brushes instead. read more
