Most recent visit for Nostalgia Con.
    Bryan A.

Been going here an average a once a year for a convention of some sort. We always have a blast and the place is always clean. The staff is always pleasant, except a couple security personnel over the years but I think they are contracted out and not actual convention center staff. The restrooms are always clean and orderly. And if there is ever a line there is another restroom close by. My family and I are big fans of this convention center but that could be because we have so many fond memories attending Cons here.

Yes, it's big, and there are lots of places to set up activations inside and out. But, this convention center also features one of the more confusing layouts I've ever experienced. It felt like we were doing a lot of "walk up these stairs to get downstairs", or "cross this bridge to connect to the next section" or "step outside to get back inside" here. Staff was friendly, at least, and it was easy to enter and exit both days we were onsite for NAMM. I know parking can be a challenge - and expensive - but we were able to take advantage of my Disneyland Annual Pass benefit to park at the Toy Story lot and walk over, which saved money, and maybe a bit of time.

Writing a review strictly on Natural Products Expo West. The event is organized, but wow -- when I say it's busy, it's BUSY! Apparently if you come later in the afternoon it's not as hard to get into this expo. The convention center overall is huge. They have a number amount of halls, arena, and different levels. The convention center is centrally located to the Hilton and Marriott making it convenient for anyone who's staying there. Overall a pretty well kept convention center.

I only come to the Anaheim Convention Center during Premiere Anaheim. As an esthetician I can't miss these events. There's so much to learn, keep up with, and shop for! The parking is usually $25, sometimes you get lucky and get good parking, last year I had to walk soooooo far. This year I got dropped off since it was easier. There's about 4 food trucks outside during the event. It's a big location, the people working the event are nice and helpful. The restrooms are always clean, the rooms where the classes/demos are held are spacious. There are lots of restaurants and things to do near here.

I have been coming here for so many years and this year was not the best of all of them! The music is so loud and the booths are spread out and you can't really find anything unless you have a destination. I always have fun though. I got to see some old friends and boy are they old! I prefer the natural products expo in March which is better for your health, too many smokers at the Namm show. It is a really nice convention center and it's conveniently located with a lot of hotels nearby in Anaheim and you can go to Disneyland if you want. It's all fun and so easy to walk

    Thanks Avalanche!

+ Huge, classy events complex. - Exorbitant parking. $25 fixed-rate fee. I only needed to visit the Convention Center for about 30min. Coulda just been $5. - In Hall E, you don't find the public restrooms until the very end. . Glad they have many stalls though. But only 2 sinks. + Polite, helpful staff. Regarding the Avalanche event (Nov '25)... - Sale?? Virtually everything was extortionate! - The event webpage didn't specify which hall to find this event, only the general address of the whole Convention Center. - Wish the event webpage also gave tips on finding free parking alternatives. + Still, the staff were nice, patient, and helpful. Tip: to arrive *early* for the free ticket, get in line at least an hour before event start. ie, if the event starts at 9am, by 7:45am you should already be done with finding parking.

What a fantastic experience at the NAMM Show! The convention center was very easy to access, with convenient parking and multiple elevators and stairways throughout the parking structure. The venue itself was extremely clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to navigate between vendors and exhibitors. If you're hosting a large-scale event, this is an excellent venue choice. The facility offers multiple rooms in a variety of sizes, providing great flexibility for different event needs. The lighting throughout the venue is very good. As a vendor, I would recommend bringing your own accent lighting for added visual appeal, but overall the space is bright and well-presented.

This location is impressive in size and capacity, but the parking situation does not match the capacity of the venue. If you're parking at the convention center, it's $25 per entry (you can't leave and come back). However, if it's crowded they direct you towards other parking lots that vary in price. We were sent to the Disney Parks parking lot across the street which was $40 per vehicle. The majority of the parking is fairly far from each of the halls. I've been to the convention center for a wide variety of events and was most recently there for Hyrox. They do a good job of utilizing the space for whichever type of event that they have. The restrooms are limited and lines can get very long. They do a decent job keeping everything as clean as they can.

I remember my first anime convention was Anime Expo 2005 in this convention center. Had the opportunity to go to the Pokemon World Championship this year and got to meet up and hang out with friends! This is a great convention center with a lot of beautiful shading and scenery. The inside of the convention is simple but almost felt nostalgic. The parking is a bit of a hassle, they have all these street signs leading you to the convention center parking structure, only for it to be blocked and closed off. They end up rerouting you to the additional parking lot that is typically used by Disneyland and then you have to walk a few blocks. Other than that, they have really awesome events here and lots of food spots nearby! IG: @ammysalamii

Anaheim convention center is huge. The Pokémon convention was crazy packed here. Overall a great venue for huge events.

Great venue for having a convention. It is conveniently located next to Disneyland. There is parking at the convention center. It's usually $25 but well worth it. The NAMM convention is here annually every January, and it's worth the trip! The have expansive breakout rooms for the various seminars offered and demonstrations.

I've been here a few times over the years and always had a good experience. Here's some tips that may help others. Parking is currently $25 which is cheaper than all neighboring lots. There's a few lots on the property. Car park 1 is off katella and closest to the north hall, the arena and halls A-B. Car park 4 is off of West street and is closest to halls C-D. You can get to CP4 off of west street/transit plaza but if that entrance is closed, you can access it at the other west street entrance that says "staff parking". They still let you in there. Parking cashiers / attendants have good days and bad days but be patient with them. They deal with frustrated people all the time and just try to keep the traffic moving. Follow their directions and save your questions for the staff in the facility. You can get gps directions to each lot by typing in Carpark 1 or 4 into your app instead of typing Anaheim convention center only. I learned this the hard way. It's always best to know what lot you want to go to. And the lots fill up for busy events. If they push you to the Disney Toy Story lot and you tell them you're parking for the convention center, they might charge you $25 instead of $40 (it's hit or miss). It's not a bad walk to the cc from that lot. If you park in CP1, you'll exit the lot on the front side of the cc and it's pretty easy to navigate to the halls. There only one set of elevators so try to park near them if you can. On your way back to your car, make sure you enter CP1 and not the Hilton parking lot. They look a lot alike. My friend said she was lost in the Hilton parking lot for over an hour trying to find her car. She called guest services who connected with the parking office and a nice lady from parking dept came out on a golf cart and helped my friend find her car, drove her right to it. (That happened a few days ago and what prompted me to write this review). If you park in CP4, it puts you on the back side of the cc, near the loading docks for trucks so it's best to go right instead of left and walk around the building (near the side street, roundabout) to get to the front. Stay away from the loading dock because the public doors may not even be open there. There's a cat that lives in these parts. The arena is amazing. It's an older building with charm. It's huge. I got my Covid shot there, I've seen volleyball there and I've been to a Kpop concert. I've only been to the north hall to collect a badge but it's a very nice and new building. The halls A-E are all huge and the bathrooms are always clean. The snack bar food options are mid but it's what you'd expect. Well, maybe a little better than that. I prefer the food trucks of the lines aren't too long. There's a pretty fountain to sit by and eat your lunch. There's also a pizza place inside the Hilton that is like $10 a slice but it's reaaaaallly good. The workers all seem nice, retired folk. There is a huge security presence which makes you feel safe. If you're lucky to be there around 9:30pm you can experience Disney fireworks. There is a cvs and 7-eleven in walking distance and some restaurants. The property has a lot of palm trees and an atrium and it's just stunning overall. My only criticism is that the ac is blasting so it can get chilly in there. Oh the whole place is cashless, and you pay for parking on your way in, not out. Be prepared.

Anaheim Convention Center Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - Anaheim Convention Center

Is there a size limit on a bag you want to bring in?

    No limit!

Do they sell food inside the convention center?

It depends on what you're there for. They have some concessions for drinks and bites but when I was there last (OC Auto Show), the only options in the center were limited to outside the showroom and there was a food truck outside.

Can you bring food/cooler into convention center?

No, you can't bring your own food or cooler in the convention center.

Where can I find parking garage or space at Anaheim Convention Center?

There's plenty of parking at the convention center.

Does the Disney Expo close at 5pm?

    7pm

Is there any bike parking/lockers/racks here?

    Bike racks available. No lockers.

    How much is parking usually?

It's $15 and please be aware that someone is very misleading to say that there is parking nearby. All of the residential areas nearby have been marked as no parking since Disneyland is close and they are very strict on monitoring this. Be prepared…

What Hotels are nearby Anaheim Convention Center?

My favorite are the Grand Californian at Disney and the hilton

The only communication I received was asking where an item I rented (the projector/VIBE) was placed. I told them, they found it, and that was the end of it. Shortly after, Alex (the COO) emailed me stating that my security deposit would be returned by this weekend. It still hasn't been returned. About 4 days after receiving the email from Alex , Chloe texted me asking if I had received my deposit. I told her no and sent her Alex's email confirming the refund. 2.5 weeks after my event, she suddenly claimed that damages were found after my event. This raised immediate red flags. - The venue had cleaners come in right after my event, so they would've notified her of damages just like they did after her other events. So I don't see what's so difficult about showing me the cleaners claimed that the kitchen door was locked. Obviously, it wasn't if she can't provide proof. - Chloe herself said she would come in the following day to confirm the rented equipment was where I stated. So again, why weren't these issues brought up immediately if there was truly damages done to her venue during my event. - I had already contacted her the next day asking about camera footage, and she told me the cameras do not retain footage past a short period Despite all of this, 2.5 weeks after my event, I received this message: "After your event, our cleaning team reported a few issues... 1. The kitchen door was locked and a locksmith was called 2. A crack found on the wall 3. A broken door stopper" When I asked for video footage or proof, none was provided. Instead, I was sent a screen recording of text messages between Chloe and her cleaning staff. Her cleaning staff said these issues occurred at another event the following weekend after my event. Immediately, when I said thats not the date of my event she unsends the screen recorded message between her and her cleaners.... They are now claiming that I locked the kitchen door, requiring a locksmith, yet when I asked for proof, I received no response from Chloe and Alex. As of now, I am still waiting for my deposit. This entire experience feels like an attempt to retroactively justify withholding a deposit. The lack of transparency, delayed claims, and refusal to provide evidence is extremely concerning and unprofessional. If you value clear communication, integrity, and lawful business practices, I would strongly suggest booking elsewhere

Apparently, it used to be a club, but has now changed into a very high-end and cool venue for weddings or whatever type of event you want to have. One of the first thing you notice when you turn in is the amount of ample parking. There are two secured Gates that open up to a huge parking lot, definitely not cramped for sure. And it has plenty of handicap spaces which is very nice. Walking into the open air pavilion, is a real treat. What a great space! This would be a great place for outside dining, or having a band play out there and dancing, if you didn't want to be cooped up inside. Definitely tons of possibilities at this venue! Inside, there is a bar on one end and a stage on the other with a huge open area. This would be perfect for a wedding or something that's held inside, if you did not want to brave the elements outside. Company on site, and can pretty much do anything you need. Scramble time for us, fortunately the first call we made was to Casa Bella. The lady who helped us book a tour with Junior Rodriguez, was super helpful and nice. We then met Junior and from the instant we met him, his customer service was BAR NONE! Not only his customer service, but him going above and beyond for us. Made it absolutely easy for us to choose Casa Bella. Junior felt like he was part of our family, that's how detailed he was with us making sure we were going to be 100% satisfied with everything. Mari, his assistant is an amazing person, very helpful and made sure my wife didn't have to worry about anything during our event. She was on it!!! The entire staff, bar service, clean up crew were all amazing. Luis our bartender was on it with our guest, very classy and polite. Came to us with any questions about the serving amount and at the end he made sure to pack up any left over alcohol and offered to loaded for us. We had plenty of help, so we thanked him for everything instead. I will definitely recommend Casa Bella, Junior, Mari, Luis and the entire staff to my friends and family. Thank you Junior for helping me celebrate my 49th B-Day, you are absolutely the BEST!
