For VidCon there were tons of food trucks and options available for food. All of the security staff and event staff were super helpful, informative and very friendly. Came to the convention center 3 days in a row for a basketball tournament. The exterior grounds are pretty gorgeous but the interior could use some updating. Their bathrooms are pretty small for the size events they host. They also need to update their bathrooms, it looks like a high school bathroom. They also only had 1 food station open for the tournament which hosted 1000s of people. read more

Been going here an average a once a year for a convention of some sort. We always have a blast and the place is always clean. The staff is always pleasant, except a couple security personnel over the years but I think they are contracted out and not actual convention center staff. The restrooms are always clean and orderly. And if there is ever a line there is another restroom close by. My family and I are big fans of this convention center but that could be because we have so many fond memories attending Cons here. read more

Yes, it's big, and there are lots of places to set up activations inside and out. But, this convention center also features one of the more confusing layouts I've ever experienced. It felt like we were doing a lot of "walk up these stairs to get downstairs", or "cross this bridge to connect to the next section" or "step outside to get back inside" here. Staff was friendly, at least, and it was easy to enter and exit both days we were onsite for NAMM. I know parking can be a challenge - and expensive - but we were able to take advantage of my Disneyland Annual Pass benefit to park at the Toy Story lot and walk over, which saved money, and maybe a bit of time. read more

Writing a review strictly on Natural Products Expo West. The event is organized, but wow -- when I say it's busy, it's BUSY! Apparently if you come later in the afternoon it's not as hard to get into this expo. The convention center overall is huge. They have a number amount of halls, arena, and different levels. I only come to the Anaheim Convention Center during Premiere Anaheim. As an esthetician I can't miss these events. There's so much to learn, keep up with, and shop for! There's about 4 food trucks outside during the event. It's a big location, the people working the event are nice and helpful. What a fantastic experience at the NAMM Show! The convention center was very easy to access, with convenient parking and multiple elevators and stairways throughout the parking structure. The venue itself was extremely clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to navigate between vendors and exhibitors. If you're hosting a large-scale event, this is an excellent venue choice. The facility offers multiple rooms in a variety of sizes, providing great flexibility for different event needs. The lighting throughout the venue is very good. This location is impressive in size and capacity, but the parking situation does not match the capacity of the venue. If you're parking at the convention center, it's $25 per entry (you can't leave and come back). However, if it's crowded they direct you towards other parking lots that vary in price. We were sent to the Disney Parks parking lot across the street which was $40 per vehicle. The majority of the parking is fairly far from each of the halls. I've been to the convention center for a wide variety of events and was most recently there for Hyrox. They do a good job of utilizing the space for whichever type of event that they have. I remember my first anime convention was Anime Expo 2005 in this convention center. Had the opportunity to go to the Pokemon World Championship this year and got to meet up and hang out with friends! This is a great convention center with a lot of beautiful shading and scenery. The inside of the convention is simple but almost felt nostalgic. The parking is a bit of a hassle, they have all these street signs leading you to the convention center parking structure, only for it to be blocked and closed off. They end up rerouting you to the additional parking lot that is typically used by Disneyland and then you have to walk a few blocks. Came here to watch my niece's competition and I've been here at least a dozen times before. Unfortunately, the parking situation is still atrocious...long lines, $25 to park, and no in-and-out privileges. If you're here for a competition that stretches over several hours (or even all day), you're basically stuck unless you're willing to walk off-site for food. The property itself is also pretty confusing to navigate, with very little clear signage, which only adds to the frustration. read more

I've been here a few times over the years and always had a good experience. Here's some tips that may help others. Parking is currently $25 which is cheaper than all neighboring lots. There's a few lots on the property. Car park 1 is off katella and closest to the north hall, the arena and halls A-B. Car park 4 is off of West street and is closest to halls C-D. You can get to CP4 off of west street/transit plaza but if that entrance is closed, you can access it at the other west street entrance that says "staff parking". They still let you in there. Parking cashiers / attendants have good days and bad days but be patient with them. They deal with frustrated people all the time and just try to keep the traffic moving. Follow their directions and save your questions for the staff in the facility. You can get gps directions to each lot by typing in Carpark 1 or 4 into your app instead of typing Anaheim convention center only. I learned this the hard way. It's always best to know what lot you want to go to. And the lots fill up for busy events. If they push you to the Disney Toy Story lot and you tell them you're parking for the convention center, they might charge you $25 instead of $40 (it's hit or miss). It's not a bad walk to the cc from that lot. If you park in CP1, you'll exit the lot on the front side of the cc and it's pretty easy to navigate to the halls. There only one set of elevators so try to park near them if you can. On your way back to your car, make sure you enter CP1 and not the Hilton parking lot. They look a lot alike. My friend said she was lost in the Hilton parking lot for over an hour trying to find her car. She called guest services who connected with the parking office and a nice lady from parking dept came out on a golf cart and helped my friend find her car, drove her right to it. (That happened a few days ago and what prompted me to write this review). If you park in CP4, it puts you on the back side of the cc, near the loading docks for trucks so it's best to go right instead of left and walk around the building (near the side street, roundabout) to get to the front. Stay away from the loading dock because the public doors may not even be open there. There's a cat that lives in these parts. The arena is amazing. It's an older building with charm. It's huge. I got my Covid shot there, I've seen volleyball there and I've been to a Kpop concert. I've only been to the north hall to collect a badge but it's a very nice and new building. The halls A-E are all huge and the bathrooms are always clean. The snack bar food options are mid but it's what you'd expect. Well, maybe a little better than that. I prefer the food trucks of the lines aren't too long. There's a pretty fountain to sit by and eat your lunch. There's also a pizza place inside the Hilton that is like $10 a slice but it's reaaaaallly good. The workers all seem nice, retired folk. There is a huge security presence which makes you feel safe. If you're lucky to be there around 9:30pm you can experience Disney fireworks. There is a cvs and 7-eleven in walking distance and some restaurants. The property has a lot of palm trees and an atrium and it's just stunning overall. My only criticism is that the ac is blasting so it can get chilly in there. Oh the whole place is cashless, and you pay for parking on your way in, not out. Be prepared. read more

I came here twice now for WonderCon on 2 separate years. WonderCon itself is linked to SDCC in terms of staffing and management though it remains a smaller more local style convention. ACC remains a clean and tidy local place that I will keep coming back to. They definitely focus on ensuring their bathrooms as clean and I love their large staffing that for the most part is quick to start lines when they are warranted or move people to where they need to go if an obstruction is taking place. I do think they should have some more security to perhaps screen bags? but I think this might cause huge lines so perhaps the metal detectors are enough. read more

I've been here so many times for several events over the years. This facility has a lot of history and geographical significance. Just learned from my most recent visit, this is the largest exhibit facility in California. Also, that the wrestling matches during the 1984 Olympics Games were held here. There are several hotels in walking distance including Disneyland Resort. The place is huge, definitely will get your steps in. Regularly scheduled host for Disney's D23 Expo, NAMM music trade show, Blizcon and the Anime are some of the larger events. With several meeting spaces, conference rooms and exhibit halls, it's a venue for any occasion or size. read more

I've been to many events and shows at the Anaheim Convention Center, and overall it's a solid venue. The place is huge, spacious, and well air-conditioned; a lifesaver during the summer. Parking is also fairly convenient and not too far of a walk from the main entrances of the halls. That said, there are some downsides. Parking is expensive at $25 per day and there are no in-and-out privileges, which makes it tough if you want to leave and come back. The food inside isn't impressive either. On my last visit, I ordered a Nashville Chicken Sandwich from Roost, and the hot sauce was terrible--definitely not worth the $16. They do sometimes have food trucks outside during big events, but those tend to be overpriced as well, and the food is hit-or-miss. If you're here for a convention, the space itself is great and well run, but I'd recommend eating before you come or checking out restaurants nearby instead of relying on the venue food. read more

Wow, you gotta love the Anaheim Convention Center. It is not the largest Convention Center, but it can fit some of the most amazing events I have been to in the past. I recently attended their Wondercon 2026 with my girlfriend. She love those events as well. I kind of met her at one of these events. I also like Blizzcon, they have been gone since 2019. I hope they return this year. Parking is never a problem here. They are conveniently located next to Disneyland. Plenty of nearby places to eat. You can eat inside the Hotels nearby as well. Came here for the first time for the California Open International Taekwondo Championship. This is a large venue so definitely arrive early and save extra time for walking over from the parking lot and finding the entrance. The staff at the ticket booth and entrance were professional and friendly. There's a little cafe inside that serves basics including hot coffee. Credit card payments only. The actual hall was massive and there was stadium seating on multiple levels to view the tournament. Great experience! read more

LOVE THE EXPO WEST! I have no missed a single Natural Products Expo West at the Anaheim Convention Center since 2015. You get so many products, meet so many great brands, and the amount of value you get in the space is AMAZING! I don't think it's grown back to the pre-covid booth numbers, but that may not be a bad thing! Parking is always the worst, so I do recommend parking at the Bubba Gump Shrimp parking garage and walking to the convention center. The different types of floors/halls the convention center provides makes for a fun and diverse experience each year. There is no way we'd be able to stay engaged at the convention if each layout was the same. The convention workers are always super friendly, and the place is always clean. I enjoyed my first time attending the Pokémon World Championships (Worlds) at the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC). I used Car Park 1 and paid $25 for the whole day. Getting to the venue was straightforward with law enforcement and event staff pointing you to right direction on Karelia Ave. The parking attendants were nice. Arriving early, I easily found parking close to the elevators and stairwell on level P4. I picked up my badge inside ACC North. Halls A through D are gigantic and hosted most of the activities. There were merchants, exhibits, tournaments, panels, Pokémon meet-and-greets, and more. The 2025 Worlds event staff were approachable and kind, especially those at the photograph spots. The halls seemed large enough that they didn't feel too crowded in the morning. Lines for the photograph spots were long but manageable. The merchant areas were crowded with a lot of people looking at trading cards, plushies, and other items. There was a Q&A panel featuring trading card game illustrators from Japan. For some reason, this part of Hall C was chilly. Getting out of the venue was easy as well. The halls are close to Car Park 1. If driving, I think it's worth parking at the ACC for the convenience. There are also multiple bus stops nearby on Katella Ave. and Harbor Blvd. read more

This convention center is one of the largest in the area and it can be a trek walking from one side to the other! The arena and North Hall add even more steps! The convention center itself is well maintained and transforms easily to whatever the show/conference is. The outside space is just as inviting, with a lovely exterior and patio space on the Plaza that's sandwiched between the Marriott and Hilton. It's a great space for both inside and outside events and I've attended many concerts on the Plaza. Parking has steadily increased throughout the years and used to be $15 but now is $25. read more

Came here for AIMExpo and was honestly impressed by how massive and well kept this place is. The space is very clean, open, and welcoming, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, which made the experience even better. I really liked how many vendors there were. It gave me a lot to explore throughout the day. Since it's such a big venue, you definitely work up an appetite, so I appreciated the small food area for drinks, snacks, and meals. I tried the loaded nachos, which were good, though I wish they had some meat on them. The food is a bit pricey, but that's to be expected at a place like this. It would've been nice to see more tables near the food area so people could sit and enjoy their meals. The nearby bathrooms were clean and well maintained, which I always appreciate. I also loved being able to step outside for a short walk because the surrounding area was really nice. Overall, I had a great time and definitely enjoyed my visit. read more

Huge center, one main buildings plus a smaller one and arena. Bring an extra layer for air conditioned meeting rooms. Chairs were comfortable. While bathrooms were clean, there should have been more. I suggest CLEAR signs for Parking Structure 1 and for the conference rooms on the second floor of the smaller building. Another complaint is the terrible selection at the so-called Food Court in the main exhibition hall. Two registers open for long slow-moving lines, and for what, pretzels, fries and hot dogs? Very disappointing when you don't have a lot of time for lunch. Wish the $25 daily parking had in and out privileges so I could buy a decent meal nearby. I settled for sandwiches from a 7-11 a few blocks away. There are enough benches on the center ground to eat. The service from the convention employees ranged from average to very good. read more

Huge convention center and I like the outdoor label ABCD exhibit halls. This makes it easy to navigate and find your booth or find a vendor. Staff here were excellent. Super helpful. **March 2025: Weekend Visits** I've attended several conventions at the Anaheim Convention Center and can say that it's one of my favorite. It's nested right in the heart of Disney-heim and the space is very clean and spacious. The bathrooms are always spotless and the AC works well in the large spaces and there's an auditorium style space for movie screenings, large panels etc. I've done Disney D23 here, the Natural Products Expo, CSU Counselor Conference and come here annually for Wondercon and always look forward to coming here. They have two parking structures or depending on the type of conference they also use part of the Disneyland Toy Story parking lot for guests. Overall, I really like this venue. read more

This is our first time visiting Anaheim Convention Center because we attended a college fair with my daughter. It's a huge Convention center but it was easy to find parking in their parking lot. However, the parking fee was expensive ($25) and there was no re-entry. So I've been to Anaheim convention center for many events, and this past Saturday, I went to sneakercon and had an amazing time. Furthermore , I do like how this convention center is modern and have really good decent size for the exhibits. it was actually larger than I thought it would be with many vendors. I do recommend here if you want to come to event that is that are held here because it's not too congested in the parking is not a hassle at all. $25 per parking but hey that's everywhere now all the prices are hiking up literally everywhere. However, the parking can be confusing. If you are not paying attention, you may go to another parking area that's designated for the convention center but you actually have to go through the parking lots entrance that's located on Katella. Also, they should have more signs of where you actually enter for General admission , because sometimes it's hard to find where you actually enter or what door you have to go through. Overall, but I do come here. I do have a great time and it's never long lines and you can purchase tickets most of the time through Eventbrite! I'm a dental assistant and our dentist bought our office tickets for the CDA dental convention at the Anaheim convention center. Parking was $25. It's huge inside and have around 4 levels I believe. On the Lower level there was hundreds of vendors with lots of dental related goodies. There were food trucks outside and also a few inside food choices as well. For dental credit we took two classes on level 3 in ballroom C. The staff throughout was helpful. Plenty of parking for our dental convention. Huge place! Close to Disney which is a plus! read more

Been here many times especially for WonderCon Yes I'm a geek Yes I'm a nerd Yes I'm awesome Convention center is located literally next to Disneyland So yeah it can get intense and am become a hot mess when big events happen here especially during holiday weekends or what not which means parking can get pretty crazy and the waits to get into one is insane but I guess that's not entirely their fault but still I wish they had more dedicated spots for the convention center and make it easier for pedestrians to get by without having the lights last forever or be short short at times it would help congestion. It definitely needs to be updated but it's not as old feeling as LAs convention center for sure Staff that works here always seems in good moods so that's nice to see read more
