We called the office and explained the situation and they were willing to work with us, at least to get a downstairs unit because there are no elevators in this resort. We eventually got a downstairs mobility unit and we were really appreciative of the staff who were so supportive and accommodating. Although this resort is kinda dated, this mobility unit was very nice and well thought out. The bathroom, kitchen, dining table, etc. were designed with a person in wheelchair in mind. The front porch was really close to the three handicap parking spaces for this building. And there is a beautiful courtyard with miniature golf available. I did not have a chance to check out the swimming pool area. This resort is also close to Disneyland and not far from a lot of different restaurants. With the friendly and accommodating staff, I think they deserve five stars.

We didn't buy, but thought everyone was nice. Where were we deceived? With the gifts we were promised when we were done. My wife, when signing us up for the presentation, was promised a $100 gift card for dining and a 2/3 night vacation package to various cities. Upon getting the gift card we discovered it wasn't a gift card at all........it is basically a discount card through some random company that has an agreement with Restaurant.com to give discounts on restaurants. This is not what we were promised. We were promised a gift card for $100, which means we have $100 to spend at a restaurant. Instead, the gift card allows you to purchase discount prices on restaurant.com. If you know about that site, you get to buy, for example, a $25 discount coupon for $10 as long as you spend a pre-determined amount ($75) at the restaurant you choose. That is not what I signed up for. That is not what I sat in a 2 hour presentation for. Totally lied to by the representative from WorldMark. Here is the kicker. I decided to buy one and see if it would work. I used my supposed $100 for a $25 discount at a restaurant in Pasadena but I must spend $75 at the restaurant. The scam?? If I bought that directly from restaurant.com it would cost me $10. However, with this scam of an offer, they take off the full value and my supposed gift card from WorldMark now has a balance of $75......even though I really only spent what would have been $10 through the site! Are you serious? I basically spent $10 at restaurant.com but they charge the card $25? That basically makes the supposed gift card worth in total $40. Totally scammed and I am glad that I didn't buy at WorldMark knowing that this is the way a million dollar company works. WorldMark should be embarrassed that they are deceiving people to get them in the salesroom.

However, after I entered this unit, it is TOTALLY different as the photos and apparently it is a really small unit with tiny full size bed and tiny sink, however, the photos show double large sinks. The photos are the only information for me to decide which listing to rent. If I knew this listing is FRAUD/FALSE advertisement, I will definitely not rent here and rent other places. And then I found out that this house is a 1bedroom but host put 2 bedrooms photos to disguise and cheat customers. 2. Another evidence is that the layout photo is from 1 bedroom but the photos are all from 2 bedrooms. There is NOT ANY SINGLE photo for 1 bedroom. 3. This unit is really dirty and full of dust,. Sometimes the parking in the front fills up but they have another huge parking lot in the back. Parking is $15/night and they give you a placard you put on your dash. The front desk workers were so pleasant. It was a nice quick stay!
