This place is excellent for events! Baby showers, bridal showers weddings you name it! My bridal was thrown here and was absolutely beautiful!! The staff and services were exceptional as always. I haven't had the pleasure of staying the night there but I'm hoping to in the near future.

They appear to be out of business. Their website is not operational and the phone just rings.

I went to disneyland for my 30th birthday, I needed to print out the tickets and I was able to do it on the guest computer. I enjoyed my stay and it was a nice clean room. I liked that the motel was walking distance to the university and Bruxie. It was about a 15 minute walk and there are small coffee shops around as well as restaurants. My mom and I wanted to stay here again for my brother's graduation the following month, but it was sold out the weekend of the Chapman graduations.

Was able to get a AAA discount at almost the last minute. The staff was terrific, although when the housekeepers saw anyone coming, they ducked away. That wasn't cool. I wasn't even looking for them, just crossing over to the stairs to get to my room & they scurried like cockroaches in the light as soon as they saw me heading their way. (There is no elevator, btw, so if you cannot do stairs ask for the 1st floor.) The staff attendant at the breakfast was so fabulous. She was really interested in ensuring guests knew what was available and making recommendations when asked. I expected packaged bagels and Costco muffins, but it was a full, freshly cooked buffet breakfast with scrambled eggs, toast, potatoes, etc. Or cereal, if you prefer. Very well done. The room was very clean & they even had a bedbug cover for the mattress, always nice to see. The only problem I had with the room was that the a/c needed to be kept at 66 & on 24/7 to cool the room to a reasonable temperature, but when I did that it worked. Part of the problem, I think, is that there is NO SHADE AT ALL, so the sun was blaring onto the a/c. Bring sunscreens for your car because it WILL get very hot. The parking lot is very well lit and felt completely safe. In the morning, I was transferring to a hotel on the Disneyland property, so I left the BW at about 7:30 a.m. -- rush hour and the drive was less than 20 minutes, no freeways necessary. So, great price, excellent location, terrific staff. Also it was an easy check-in and check-out & the manager who assisted was pretty much perfect. Would stay here again.

My favorite items from the breakfast were oatmeal, banana, pound cake, hard boiled eggs, and the cheese cubes. The shower had what looked like 2 faucet types...the lower one had water that was too strong at times. Parking spaces were ok the narrow side but thankfully there were a good number of spaces open. Only 1-2 blocks from Disneyland and dca, which was very nice.

Parking in the area usually runs $25-$45 a night, and we got free parking. We also had breakfast both days, which I'd easily value around $40 for a family of four. That's already close to $100 in savings, so you're really looking at about $180 for the room itself. You also get a trolley/shuttle to Disneyland, which adds even more convenience. We arrived early in the morning before check-in and were still able to grab breakfast. Even though the room wasn't ready yet, the staff let us check in smoothly, and we got the room later in the afternoon without any issues. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Not luxury, but well-maintained and exactly what you need after a long Disney day. Location is a big plus -- close enough to walk to Disneyland, which is huge when you have kids and don't want to deal with parking or long shuttles. Breakfast is one of the better continental options. Not a fancy buffet, but solid and convenient before heading out. Service was friendly and efficient. Staff handled early arrival well and made everything easy. Only downside -- I didn't notice an elevator, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. You can also hear the trolley at times, especially at night, but it wasn't a big issue for me. I saw this mentioned in earlier reviews and it matched my experience. Overall, once you factor in free parking, breakfast, and the shuttle, it's actually a great value for Disneyland. Clean, easy, and family-friendly. I would come back.

I appreciated the Included breakfast. All the staff were super nice and friendly. I will say there was some issues with the elevators, one of them broke down so the wait time was LONG. We got a double queen because it was more affordable instead of the king room. Overall I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a nice and affordable place to stay in the area. You're also next to a lot of eatery's and the hospital is across the street! I will be back!

The woman at the front desk with long red hair and long fingernails was far from welcoming and came across as harsh and snappy. As a first-time guest, it was an immediate turnoff. After getting through the uncomfortable check-in process, we headed to the bar for a glass of wine. The staff was already mopping the bar area since the restaurant closes at 9:00 p.m. We ordered two glasses of wine, which came to $29. Thankfully, the wine itself was enjoyable. The rooms are generously sized and nicely appointed. However, the linens had an odd smell, almost like inexpensive laundry detergent. Our room was located across from an electrical room, which created noticeable noise. The bathroom fan runs continuously, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed while sleeping. Based on the reviews, this property seemed promising, but I want to provide an honest account of my experience. One positive is that the windows open slightly, allowing for some fresh air. However, the air conditioning does not stay on consistently, which would make me hesitant to stay here during the summer months.

The rooms are immaculate, and the entire property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The grounds are gorgeous, the staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and every part of the hotel feels thoughtfully designed. One of my favorite things to do is simply relax in the lobby by the fireplace and listen to the piano player. The ambiance is incredible and makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the moment. The pools are beautiful, clean, and comfortably warm year-round. The waterslide is a lot of fun, and the pool area is a great place to relax after a long day in the parks. Craftsman Grill is another highlight. The food and drinks are consistently delicious, and I love trying the seasonal specialties whenever we visit. And if you only take one food recommendation from this review, make it the arugula pizza. It is SOOOOOOOOO good and something I look forward to every trip. Of course, one of the biggest perks is the location. Having a private entrance directly into California Adventure is incredibly convenient, and you're just a short walk from Disneyland as well. Being able to return to the hotel in the middle of the day to rest, enjoy the pool, grab a meal, or simply recharge before heading back into the parks is absolutely unbeatable. The Grand Californian perfectly captures the magic of staying in the Disney bubble. Once you're there, you never really have to leave the Disney experience, and that convenience adds so much to a vacation. Between the beautiful atmosphere, exceptional staff, immaculate rooms, fantastic dining, gorgeous pools, and unbeatable proximity to both parks, the Grand Californian remains one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. All that said...it is VERY expensive Sso its definitely a once in a while splurge.

My only criticism was that I would have preferred the sink being in the restroom with the toilet and shower rather than outside the sliding door.

The biggest perk is being completely immersed in the Disney bubble. From the moment you arrive until the moment you reluctantly check out, the magic never stops. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, with beautifully maintained landscaping, relaxing outdoor spaces, and Disney touches everywhere you look. The pools are fantastic and heated to perfection. During one stay, my son convinced me to go swimming in the rain, and to my surprise, the water was so warm and comfortable that we stayed in much longer than I expected. It's one of those memories that still makes me smile. The slides and poolside food and drinks and def a great perk too! The food options are excellent. Trader Sam's is always a must-do for us, with amazing food and a fun atmosphere. The coffee shop is another favorite--I had the chia pudding every single morning for breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious. And of course, being able to grab a Dole Whip without leaving the hotel area is a huge bonus. The cleanliness here is on another level. In fact, I find myself comparing every other hotel I stay at to the Disneyland Hotel, and they don't come close. The rooms are spotless, the common areas are immaculate, and everything feels well cared for. The staff consistently provide exceptional service, room service is reliable and delicious, and the overall guest experience is outstanding. The hotel also has two fantastic shops that make it easy to pick up Disney merchandise, snacks, or anything you may have forgotten. It's little conveniences like this that make the stay even more enjoyable. Yes, it's expensive, but for me, the Disneyland Hotel is more than just a place to sleep--it's part of the vacation experience. The combination of Disney magic, incredible service, beautiful grounds, amazing food, and unmatched cleanliness makes every stay feel special. I absolutely love it and can't wait for my next visit.

You couldn't give me a better for longer duration night period? I was just expecting a normal king or queen bed, not this. Excellent waterfall like showerhead with fantastic water pressure and hot water. Yes, the hotel is a 10 minute walk to either park, a 4 minute walk to Downtown Disney, monorail access, nice pools, lush landscapes and the general layout is far better compared to most Disney World hotels... But the thing that Disney is known for, MAGIC... and none of that was shown to any of us. Instead DVC was shown at every second. No magic? Given that I booked this hotel with a third party so that they can inform the hotel of our events. We just got married that Saturday, 2 weeks ago my wife graduated and got her Dr's degree and my birthday was this upcoming Wednesday. You would THINK that Disney would put out some towel art, a custom card saying congratulations or even some chocolates on the bed. No.... Just a few buttons and a congratulations at the front desk. The keyword that Disney uses on every advertisement, Magic is gone from this company it's truly a disappointment. The only Magic that was shown was Marco at Pixar Pier, he saw our buttons and allowed us to skip the line at Pal-A-Round Wheel. That man, made our entire week. Everyone else, non-existent.

I did not eat breakfast but it was well appointed. And the guests seemed to like it. I grab some hot coffee and it was good. My room was a king room on the end, 3rd floor. It was VERY quiet the first 2 nights. VERY. I got 2 great nights of sleep. The AC worked great (it was not a wall unit but a unit by the window). This is a super easy walk to the Toy Story parking lot. My room overlooked that lot. You can walk to the lot, go through security and hop on the Disney bus that lets you out right at the gate. Super convenient. CON-The 3rd night....there were maybe 3 teens staying in the room that connected to my assigned room. There was door connecting. They attempted to enter my room a few times. I was pretty upset as it cut out 1-2 hours out of Disney since we had to pack our stuff and move...I ended up filing an incident report as it was recommended by Jeovanni to have it documented. Huge props to Jeovanni for his professionalism and assistance with the matter. Mishaps aside, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Comfortable beds (aside from the bed bugs...), decent free breakfast, and I loved the convienence to Disney. The Toy Story parking lot is around the corner so we took the shuttle from there to get to the park.
