My shower was absolutely beautiful at this location
    Irene L.

This place is excellent for events! Baby showers, bridal showers weddings you name it! My bridal was thrown here and was absolutely beautiful!! The staff and services were exceptional as always. I haven't had the pleasure of staying the night there but I'm hoping to in the near future.

They appear to be out of business. Their website is not operational and the phone just rings.

First off the location is great for the parks, it's a doable walk when your feet are still fresh but if you're too tired they have their cute little trolley that drops you off and picks you up from the parks once an hour. It's a very quiet hotel, i've never had any noise issues staying there. The rooms are always clean and the beds are super comfy. Another plus is the A/C's always work great and since they renovated they're in the ceiling so it cools a lot more evenly. They've got a pool and hot tub plus a small wading pool for the little tykes! They've really stepped up their continental breakfast as well. Lots of choices and great things to grab for snacks later inside the park. The staff is always phenomenal and friendly. From front desk, to maids, to groundskeepers and security guards everyone smiles and greets you when walking by. We like a specific area of the hotel and they almost always honor that and are very personable. The price is pretty comparable to other ones in the surrounding area when you factor in parking fees for them. My family is usually willing to pay a little extra for that Candy Cane Inn charm. More affordable than any Disney branded hotel but still that great Disney level customer service.

My favorite items from the breakfast were oatmeal, banana, pound cake, hard boiled eggs, and the cheese cubes. The shower had what looked like 2 faucet types...the lower one had water that was too strong at times. Parking spaces were ok the narrow side but thankfully there were a good number of spaces open. Only 1-2 blocks from Disneyland and dca, which was very nice.

I had the correct date online when I purchased, but when it saved I don't know if I hit refresh or what, but it changed the date to that same night as I was making the booking-not several weeks in the future when the game was. I explained the situation to the front desk and the manager working and they wouldn't refund or change the dates since it was day of, so I had to pay for 2 nights when nobody checked in and used the rooms plus two rooms at an even higher costs the night we actually checked in and used them. It was pretty frustrating and being a single teacher from Arizona-the worst paying teacher salaries in the nation-money is kind of tight and this trip was a treat and a birthday gift for my friend and her family. It ended up costing a lot more than I had planned, which definitely put a damper on things. But I didn't argue and paid the four room bills, although only 2 were used and not even a future voucher for two rooms was offered instead of a refund on the two unused rooms. Not very good customer service, and not a hotel I will ever use again after that experience.

Her touch was healing and incredibly skilled; the scrub, honey treatment, and soaps left my feet feeling completely renewed. She was also warm, attentive, and just a genuinely kind person to be around. Chris made the day even more special -- it was my birthday, and he went out of his way to bring me treats and check in on me, all with such a thoughtful, attentive attitude. I actually ran into him again about two hours later, working hard in the security area, which just showed how dedicated and hands-on he is across the property. Between Ashley's incredible skill and Chris's genuine warmth, this was easily one of the best hospitality experiences I've had. Highly recommend requesting Ashley for a treatment if you're visiting!

The lobby is absolutely beautiful with all the touches of flowers, floral arrangements, fireplaces, and super-high ceilings. The woodsy environment had me feeling like I was in a Disney storybook. Well we were on a "treat yo'self day" and we went ahead and grabbed some champagne and beers to start the morning right with a breakfast for champions. We allowed ourselves to hangout here throughout the day and it was absolutely amazing. Now to make sure we stay here next time.

Our focus was always on getting to downtown Disney, so we could walk to the parks. Our tower was all the way in the back and the furthest removed. Annoying. Then the rooms were smaller than I thought they would be. They weren't small, but they weren't that large, either. However, they were clean, and the beds were comfortable, so there's that. As it happens, the main benefits of staying there... being able to get into the parks earlier than others, as well as utilizing the monorail, were not available to us. They closed down the monorail for refurbishment, I guess, but the real annoyance is that in Jan. 2026, they actually did away with (!!!) the early entrance to the parks for staying at this hotel. That's actually gone forever, and that part is really annoying. We stayed at this hotel with my two adult daughters, my son-in-law, and two young grandchildren. I was hoping and thinking there'd be a lot more children's activities in and around the hotel, but there weren't really any. There are a couple of pools and a very small play area, but nothing that impressive. There's Goofy's Kitchen where the characters will do a meet and greet for an early breakfast, but so what... I could get that inside Disneyland or at the Grand Californian. That isn't an essential enough reason to stay here. When I walk through the entrance turnstiles at Disneyland, I feel a magical presence. I am transported to a very special place where EVERY STEP I take is something spectacular and amazing. I should feel the same way when I set foot in the Disneyland Hotel, and I simply didn't. Aside from a twinkling panorama of Sleeping Beauty's Castle with fireworks above the beds in the rooms, or Mickey's gloved hands holding bathroom lighting and showers fixtures, or fireworks designed carpeting, there was nothing magical about this hotel. It's a Disney production, so I expected MUCH more. Considering how much they charge per day for a room, not to mention, per day to park the car, I expected MUCH more. Especially for the children. Probably the best thing about the Disneyland Hotel was the 70th birthday decor, and that's about to disappear in August 2026. When that is removed, this hotel will become, I fear, ordinary, nothing remotely special. Frankly, underneath all the 70th birthday decor is an old, tired, and outdated hotel. I know my daughter really wanted to stay here and give her children that extra special experience, but now that we've stayed here, I think we got ripped off for what we paid.

I did not eat breakfast but it was well appointed. And the guests seemed to like it. I grab some hot coffee and it was good. My room was a king room on the end, 3rd floor. It was VERY quiet the first 2 nights. VERY. I got 2 great nights of sleep. The AC worked great (it was not a wall unit but a unit by the window). This is a super easy walk to the Toy Story parking lot. My room overlooked that lot. You can walk to the lot, go through security and hop on the Disney bus that lets you out right at the gate. Super convenient. CON-The 3rd night....there were maybe 3 teens staying in the room that connected to my assigned room. There was door connecting. They attempted to enter my room a few times. Which isn't super comfortable for a single, female traveler. Then they returned late (maybe they'd been at grad night?). They woke me up bc I could hear them. Is this the hotels fault? No. But it may cause me to pause when booking in the future. PRO-William and Jovani are the stars at the hotel. They were super friendly Everytime I saw them and asked if I needed anything.
