The manicure was also disappointing -- the application wasn't very even and I noticed visible brush strokes and some bubbling in the polish. When I asked them to retouch it, the manicurist blamed my nail? LOL. Overall, neither service had the level of attention to detail I would expect, especially in the finish. The overall atmosphere of the salon also felt very cramped and a bit claustrophobic, which made the experience less comfortable overall. It could also be much cleaner. I was really put off when I saw my manicurist go from doing someone else's pedicure to doing my manicure without washing or sanitizing her hands ... gross. Then, the manicurist pointed the fan at my face for "my nails to dry," even when I mentioned to her just to turn it off and I'll leave my hands flat to air-dry. Overall, it didn't meet expectations in terms of quality or comfort. It may be okay for a basic, quick service, but not ideal if you're looking for consistent, detailed nail work or a more relaxed environment.

I have never been able to commit to a nail technician until her and now, I can proudly admit that doing my nails is part of monthly spending plan I've been seeing her since 2022 and she's done my nails for events and every season between -- she's done my wedding nails, bachelorette nails, baby shower nails -- name an event, she's done it for me. I've gone through square nails, oval nails, coffin nails, almond nails with her. She never pushes anything on you and always has the integrity of your nails in mind. She is meticulous and artistic, and her shop is clean, cozy, and easy to find. I'm so proud of what she's accomplished! I started off with chewed off, uneven, thin nails but now I'm thriving. I am SO happy with Ivanka that I followed her as she opened up her own shop. The only reason my nails have broken is because I waited too long to see Ivanka and they needed to be restructured, but my nails LAST forever. I can push to go about six weeks between sets but don't be like me She's probably done more than a dozen sets for me and I wish i had taken pictures of all of them but she really can do almost everything-- from florals to abstract to geometric designs. The prices were SUDDENLY very high, higher than last time. The nail polish cracked after a few days, meaning that their colors were quite old. However, against our better judgement we still decided to go a third (and last) time to this place. To start off, all of the nail techs always seem to be in a hurry. They don't spend enough time on the manicure/pedicure and the clean out. They rush, even though there are no clients to rush to. In this rush, they have cut my mom's cuticles, to the point of bleeding. During the clean out of the cuticles and gel removal, my nail tech wasn't really focused, and went too rough on my nails. Had to tell him several times to be more GENTLE PLEASE. With the rush, once again, the color job itself turned out to be terrible. Not only, have they BLOBBED the polish so much that it ended up in layers under the nails, but they also managed to leave uncolored spots on the nails. The prices skyrocketed, even though we just got a regular color. It sucked. P.S- Oh and to people with fur allergies. They have a dog wandering around the salon and sitting EVERYWHERE. I love dogs, a lot, but this dog was shedding a ton and was quite stinky. Now I'm itching from the fur.

My husband & my daughters have joined in on the appointments as well! Lilit & the entire staff are very kind and sweet. Lilit always gives my little babies hugs, she's so funny too! They offer Armenian coffee or some tea with a sweet treat. Their salon is clean, spacious, bright and inviting! I love everything about the inside decor, from top to bottom Appointments are always so responsive, especially for the many questions I always have & changes I make to my appointments sometimes (sorry ) I personally get the Russian Manicure & Russian Pedicures every time. Lilit and the staff never fail me. I tend to come in with a few broken nails, they always fix it & make them pretty again! I've tried Gel x to grow my nails out, that was awesome too! Hard gel is my go to, since I always break my nails we're back on the journey to grow them back again. Love the music, everyone's energy & vibes. I have been here few times in the past, but not in a very long time. They have variety of colors & brands to choose from. Great bright salon with nice decor everywhere. Went in to get a regular manicure, pedicure done on Thursday 1/15/26. One was working on my feet, while the other one was working on my hands. They both did an exceptional, clean job and I was on cloud nine. Great place to indulge yourself and do some pampering. They also give a good rub on your feet. Just the way that I like it! Wonderful people, clean salon and they will even offer you some water if you want something to drink. They have parking, restroom, and 2 entrances. One on Laurel Canyon, and the other one you can enter from their parking lot. I did my toes burgundy cherry red, and opted a light cappuccino color for my hands. Total was $50 w/out tip.
