I don't understand the negative reviews. We went on a Saturday night, lane worked great, lots of good music and a very nice vibe. We had a blast! The chicken quesadillas are home made and delicious, best thing on the menu.

We last visited Anastasia Bowl a couple of years ago thus our expectations weren't unrealistically high. With that said, there has to be a point at which a business owner has to see the writing on the wall and pull the plug. As the only patrons on a Sunday afternoon, we mistakenly thought we would get a lane in good working order. The ball return jammed on multiple occasions, balls stuck in the return, pins did not reset correctly and the house balls were ancient and badly chipped, like something out of a Flintstones cartoon. We paid for an hour and when our balls wouldn't return for the third time decided it was time to call it a day....after 30 minutes use of our purchased one hour. No offer to refund, just that "we'll make a note of it! I realize that maintaining old equipment is expensive and finding someone who still does it is not easy however, the prices are above both of the nearest bowling centers we frequent. This facility is well past its serviceable life

This place is truly the epitome of a bowling alley. The outside is honestly a bit scary, but I will say... it wasn't bad when we went inside. Theres 24 lanes which is a bit small, but didn't have a problem with it being busy midday on a Saturday. Probably not a chance I would order something from the snack bar. Also a bit unfortunate that the lanes had issues quite a few times in two games. There are two big redeeming qualities. One is the price. Found a Groupon for 2 people which was 20 dollars and included 2 games and shoe rental for each person. Also got to enjoy some pretty unhinged animations as pictured. Service was as good as it could be with the state of everything else. Final score 3.0

Anastasia Bowling Lanes is where we decided to spend a few hours on a hot Saturday afternoon. From 5-8pm, you can reserve a lane for 2 hours for $59.99 for a total of 6 people. This includes the shoe rental. The center itself is outdated but it truly served the purpose of the day. For 2 hours we were able to unwind, laugh and enjoy family time together. We hadn't actually bowled in over 2 years I believe. So we really made the most of our time together. The staff here is both generous and friendly. They have a food court abs well as a full bar. There's also a small game area near the bathrooms. They center has 23 lanes. The bowling balls were difficult to gauge. They were all extremely heavy. At least Ayden was able to get an 8lb kiddy ball. He had so much fun. We'll visit them again in the future.

Talk about a throwback experience. I haven't been bowling in over 10 years. This place reminds me so much of every Midwest bowling alley I've been too. The automated scoring system is a nice innovation. Let's be honest, there's not much you need from a bowling alley. This place provides most of it. Service and shoe rental was efficient and smooth. I brought my own ball, but there seemed to be lots of balls available. They have lanes with bumpers for the younger crowd. They also have a contraption that allows a person with limited abilities to roll their ball down the lane. You move the device to the foul line, set the ball on the top and it rolls down the incline onto the lane. Very cool. Some minor things that could use updating are a less than reliable ball return (on our lane anyway), and the air hand dryers on the side of the ball holding unit didn't work. The balls always came back eventually, and drying your hands is not critical. They have leagues from what I can see when passing the sign on a regular basis. Kids bowl free, but there's a sign up process that I didn't investigate. It can be done at the desk but do it ahead of time to save the aggravation.

First of all, if you love craft beer, video games/pinball - this place is for you! BUT also.... Grilled Cheese!!!! WOW, literally the best grilled cheese I've ever had. Walking in, the place was packed and you can tell that people loved to hang out there. The bar was easy to access and we were able to get beers pretty quickly. The bartender was super nice and friendly. We got our beers and explored the games. We played a little bit of pinball and basketball. We came back to the bar and were able to sit and order a couple more beers, and of course - try one of their grilled cheeses. They had SO many different combinations. They had an option to create your own but there was no way I'd be able to create something that they hadn't already. We landed on the Philly Grilly..... it was FANTASTIC!!!! The next day when we came back... we just had to order it again lol!! It's on sourdough and it was nice and soft, plenty of meat and cheese inside... and it comes with a bag of potato chips. Just amazing... a MUST place to go if you're in town! Definitely will be back and try some other grilled cheese when we are back in town!

Our highlights include: - The ability to create customized grilled cheese sandwiches with tons of options to choose from. (And they were quite delicious) - The atmosphere and environment. - The firm stance in letting people know that ALL are welcome, and hatred of any kind would not be tolerated. No excuses. - Many gaming options in multiple rooms. - Being open late enough for us to return for a second visit after an evening concert at the ampitheatre.

The woman who checked us in asked if we had summer passes - we did not - then informed us of 15.99 for two hours of bowling. This was a surprise. There was no mention of a time limit outside of the 11-3pm timeframe. We were told we could not bring in our water bottles. (Good to see that Bowlero doesn't care about the environment) We asked for water at the concession. Free but no lids for the cups. (That clearly is the smartest move for a 3 year old when if that is spilled it threatens the safety of all bowlers because wet bowling shoes don't slide) because that wasn't a concern of the facility we did asked for a pitcher of ice water and were told 'no i can give you all the water you can carry' which may have been an attempt to be funny but it wasn't. What gets me is this company it's not only one of the reasons that the bowling industry is a whole is failing due to their aggressive 'no leagues in our house attitude' from a few years ago. But they are literally out pricing families. Without this 'deal' One game of bowling nine dollars per person, not including shoe rental. A family of three? Over $40 with shoes for two. Absolutely atrocious. I have so many amazing memories from youth bowling, and this house when it was Bowl America. Im sad to say my kiddo wont have the same memories here. Add to it the gouge my ball took really left a sour experience.

They do offer half off a third game when two are purchased, but due to injuries and time frame restrictions, could not participate in that discount. We did purchase the Alley Sampler from the snack bar, along with three drinks which cost more than $16 on their own. The place was clean and the staff courteous; however, the prices were too high and I do not appreciate being prompted to pay for the employee's wages by leaving a tip. We are sticking to the Pinz and Spinz from here on out.
