After I saw Toni shape a girlfriend's eyebrows, I decided to get mine done. If you like your eyebrows to look more natural, you'll like how Anastasia's eyebrow-specialists (aestheicians) shape them. They use a stencil so it's always uniform and you'd get advise about how not to over pluck your eyebrows like I do my right brow lol. i like my brows thicker (not bushy but wider as oppose to a bloody thin line drawn across your lower forehead with a bloody brow pencil)) so this services totally matches what I like. If you're obsessive about your brows and want it ONLY to look a certain way, this might not be a good place for you... you know who ladies are out there :) Nothing wrong with that - I'm like that with my laundry LOL! it's expensive. No qualms about that; especially if you're used to getting your facial waxing done at your local nail salon. I personally think it's money well spent. I decided to see Toni after my normal brow lady went on vacation for a month. Typically I get my brows threaded, not waxed. I shy away from waxing due to the pain -- as well as the fact that it makes my skin break out. Today? Not so much. She did an amazing job shaping my brows. Yes, they use stencils so if you are looking for a specific type of brow then this isn't where you want to go. I did end up with thicker eyebrows than I am accustomed to, but I think that is a good thing. She took great care in making sure that every little stray hair was plucked and gone. So yay! I have never found it necessary to make an appt. Not sure why no one mentioned this, but this eyebrow pro is inside the downtown Nordstrom's. Perfect brows every time and tons of products to maintain them in between visits. Completely perfect and predictable albeit at more l.a pricing then my other frugal beauty providers. read more

Located in the Nordstrom Beauty department and super convenient. They did a great job giving my brows a natural look and the waxing was pain free. My esthetician advised me on how much to let my brows grow in and showed me what they should look like. I am very happy with the shaping and convenience and will be back. $30 for a brow wax. read more

Eyebrows can make or break your face people! Leave it up to the professionals! I've never been more pleased with my eyebrows and I am picky! Toni does an amazing job and she is so fun and sweet! She even gave me a mini eyebrow massage after! Call in your appointment in advance because she is always booked! Grow your brows out for quite a few weeks to get the best results. My face is beautifully framed with my new brows and my eyeshadow couldn't look any better! It makes a world of difference to have your brows done right. $30? Consider it a deal. This is a review for Anastasia at Bellevue Square location (not on yelp). I used to go to Brow Arc to get my brows threaded years ago... after a few mishaps (made my brows too thin + terrible shape) I stopped getting my brows done all together. Fast forward to years later... my friend told me to go to Anastasia at Nordstrom and it would change my "brow game". Holy COW was she right!!! I have never had such amazing brows. The lady showed me how to fill them in properly and I now have stencils to make sure I keep the beautiful shape and fill them in correctly. I have never really loved my brows until now! Went to several different nordstrom's for the past 6 years and have always love my brows from Anastasia. Before I went to Anastasia brows mine were awful and took a year to grow back. I refuse to go anywhere else and have always thought it was worth the money.. Today I went in to get my brows done for the first time in a few months. Looked in the mirror and one of my brows had clearly been waxed too much and is not the same length as the other.... Embarrassed, I paid not mentioning anything and went to my car and cried when I looked in the mirror.. Just hair I know it will grow back but brows take a long time to grow for me at least. I'm glad I have brow filler but now i am scarred from this experience...don't know if the girl was new but I know I will not go back to this Anastasia. :( read more

Awful service! I had leslie, and was disappointed. Unfriendly, and had attitude. I came in, laid on the chair, and she didn't say a word to me. As I was laying there she said these exact words, " uh your hair is all on my lap, do you wanna move it?". No conversation after that. I just thought it was rude, and that wasn't the way I wanted to be treated. When I was done getting them waxed, all she could go on about was how I walked in and they looked uneven, and how they really were messed up before. I felt judged and uncomfortable. There was NO thank you, just goodbye. I'll never go back to her again, let alone, I may never go back to anastasia. read more

Best brow wax around! I am a licensed esthetician and can be very picky when it comes to my brows! I never worry that I am going to get a great service at Anastasia! The girls are all great and use stencils and brow pencils to perfect your brow shape! I am hooked, and won't go anywhere else for my brows!! read more

If you want to actually get your brows done.... Normally I would give a second chance, but as a second chance was given, this is the LAST time I will try and make an appointment with this counter. For my first appointment, my eyebrow specialist left early without calling or informing me... Now, six months later, a DIFFERENT specialist was not at work. She was out sick and there was no call to her appointments that she would be in, nor was there anyone else at the counter with the correct licensing to perform her duties. The only good that came out of this was free services at the spa upstairs, but I am sick of this counter and their unprofessionalism. Do NOT use this counter if you want consistent service. read more

If you want Beautiful Brows go see Toni!!! I went to her over three years ago, my eyebrow tails were nonexistent. Within a year of using the Anastasia method and going to see Toni every 4 weeks I had tails again. Now my eyebrows are full, arched, and perfectly groomed. I don't know about the one bad review I read. My experience with Toni and her Anastasia team has been nothing but wonderful. Let's get some things established first. If you are sick I don't want you breathing on me, so please stay at home. The counter is located inside of a department store that sometimes has silly people working there, but that IS NOT A REFLECTION ON ANASTASIA, Downtown Seattle. Stumbled into Anastacia looking for a new brow powder. I met Brandy by pure serendipity, and my brows have never looked better! I am 60 and losing my brow hair. She shaped them, cleaned them up, and helped me pick a powder and awesome little brow tool with two ends, one of which, the spool, can actually lift and direct my existing brow hair, and the other, a brush, which can fill them out with the powder. The color is so natural. I didn't realize what I had been missing until after I put myself into Brandy's talented hands. read more

They are borderline impossible to schedule an appointment with. When you do have a scheduled appointment they usually cancel it/ attempt to reschedule but never have openings to actually re-schedule. Pretty poor customer service, not really up to Nordstrom standards. read more
