I made an appointment at 12:30, the website says 30 min., when I drop her off I'm told it will be 2 hours and they will call me. 2 hours go by, 2 1/2 hours go by and no call. I call the phone number provided but no one answers. At the 3 hours mark, still no phone call, I go to pick up my dog. She is having her bath but still needs a hair cut, they need 45 more min. I don't think 4 hours is a reasonable amount of time with an appointment. read more

I will be moving out of the area next week. I took my pups in today for the last time, and I realized I am going to have to seek out another groomer as AMAZING as these guys. They have been so wonderful to us. I have a terrier/pom mix (so aloof) but very hyperactive. He loves grooming and has no issues. I also have a chihuahua/corgi mix -- quite the opposite. He hates the groomer. I have always just had his nails done ---- which all staff are great at, but specifically Allen has always made it quick and easy, considering. They also have allowed me to assist in securing him and holding him while doing the nails, which just makes it easier for everyone. This "tough" guy got sprayed by a skunk last night and so, for the first time ever, I requested a bath on top of the nail trim. The pup revolted. The staff graciously texted me and asked for my assistance - at least just to get the nails done. They even offered to still try the bath situation, but at that point, I figured it was better for everyone if I did it at home. They were very understanding and I so I appreciate them! I also love that I can just book online and they confirm super quick! Thank you NoNo! If I can't find a groomer as great as you in the new area, I will make the drive! read more

I took my dog in for a haircut. He was perfectly healthy. He is well taken care of. Nono acknowledges that my dog did not have any injuries prior to his haircut. I will post the screen shots to this conversation later . This is how I received my dog after his haircut. I strongly advice to not support this business. This is how they treat your loved ones. I was charged full price for this haircut. Please do not go here. They did not tell me my dog was cut multiple times during his haircut. I became aware of his extensive injuries after he had gotten wet. read more

I called in around 12 last week since I couldn't make an appointment online due to the conflicting schedule. They said they were able to take me in within the next 40 minutes which I took the opportunity to get my dog groomed. I arrived around 1 and informed them that I had called earlier. During this time, I had explained about my dog's current skin issue and what kind of services I would like for my dog. The kind worker had brought out several fur types and numbers to show me how short I would like my dogs fur to be, which to my shock was very useful to have a visual presentation of the length size. I ended up choosing size #4 or #3 I believe, since it's going to be a hot summer, I would like my dogs coat to be short. The worker then informed me that it will take 2-3 hours and they will call me when they finished. By the time it was 3-4PM, I received a phone call that my dog is ready for pick up. When I picked up my dog, he was exceptionally cute that even my grandma was happy :'). Disappointed with the grooming of my cat. Upon arrival the check was easy, the front desk informed me that grooming would take 2-3 hours. About 2.5 hours in I called to check on the status of my cat (I live about 20 mins away so I wanted to see if I should start heading over). They said my cat would be done around the 3 hour mark "ish" (her words). I waited 3.5 hours and still no call/text on the status so I decided to drive over. When I arrived to pick up my cat the front desk said he was ready & waiting in his carrier - I'm not sure why they didn't contact me. I checked out and paid and tipped 20%. I inspected my cat and noticed he was cut very short (I provided pictures from my previous groomer which the front desk took my picture as reference - it was not this short) but I figured oh well it is summer time and my cat has thick fur. The next day I realized my cat had a large cut - they should have brought this up when I picked him up, instead they said nothing. I wish they would have just informed me so I could have known to care for it right away. I could have overlooked the poor communication on when my cat was done with their service, because this groomer is about $75 cheaper than what I was previously paying. But unfortunately not communicating about a cut is very alarming! Not to mention I brought my cat's vaccines with me so I could show them at check in - the groomer never asked for this information. I should have known then that was a red flag. I am even more worried about infection if we don't know if these pets are up to date on their vaccines. read more
