She was very helpful and right on time with her refreshing personality, especially since we had just come from a hospital visit from hell at Mobil Infirmary. The place in there is hectic but she kept everything at a nice pace. I only had hashbrowns and sausage but they were good. The only negative part was that the person paying for our party left a small tip. (We found out after we had left and were miles away. All four of us said that if we are ever in the area again we would dine there if we pull up and see her working. I'll make sure to leave the tip myself next time.

We arrived around 10:30 on a Wednesday morning and we were wrong to think that the place would be empty after an early breakfast rush. We were seating upon entering by Brooke who also was our server. The menu is varied and we found out that you can order anything at anytime. We had ordered the Spicy Pulled Pork omelette and Shrimp and Grits. Next time, we're thinking a Grouper sandwich as they were being enjoyed at two tables next to us and looked delicious. Our breakfast entrees arrived quickly. The omelette came with a choice of side and I chose the potatoes. They were seasoned but a bit cold and hard. Brooke offered to swap them out when checking on us, but by that time, I was filling up from the large packed omelette. It was filled with pork, peppers, onions and cheese with more spicy, sweet pork on top. I wish the entrees came with toast. The shrimp and grits were served over gouda grits as requested and the dish was spicy and filling. Definitely one of the best we tried in a while. Drinks were refilled promptly and Brooke took care of her guests quickly and with a smile.
