My brother was staying at our house with our two dogs. Two days after we left for our two-week vacation, on July 4th, the air conditioner in our house broke. On a holiday and with a 7-hour time difference, we had to make other arrangements for our dogs. Happy Tails not only answered my texts first thing in the morning Dallas-time but they allowed my brother to drop off our dogs, even though they were closed. I had no idea how long my dogs would be there but they assured me the dogs could stay as long as we needed them to. We were in communication throughout the week as the repair status for our AC changed and Happy Tails was so responsive and accommodating.
