I asked him what that meant, he said it was like an air purifier. He was told we would be only paying for the air duct clean and the product itself. He was originally quoted $800 for the cleaning and the air scrubber for a $1600 package deal. We have an Aerus Air Scrubber cut in and installed into our HVAC system. As I walked in the door that night from work, I said, "why does it smell like an ozonator in here?" He asked me what that was. I explained that it was something that sucks the oxygen out of room to remove strong orders quickly. Companies that do Bio-hazard clean-up and restoration commonly use these machines. I am very familiar with this smell, as I have been in property management for 15 years. In fact, I own a small one for vacant homes. Ozone machines can make people very ill. My husband immediately notified Jim, the owner, that my son and I were smelling this odor and were getting headaches and our eyes were watering. It's important to note: we experienced NONE of these symptoms before AirCare USA. Jim claimed that they do not use ozone as they tried that once and he knows its bad. He had no idea what we could be smelling. Maybe it was the "sanitizer" they spray in the machine. He asked us to give it a little while longer. A week passed and still the smell was there and we were even more sick. I got on a step stool and unplugged the machine. When we called to ask them to remove it "100% Customer Guarantee" they pushed us out weeks. The day before the appointment I called Jim and asked how we would be reimbursed. He told me it would be up to Alex and he wasn't sure how much but he would cut us a check. Late that evening I received a text telling me we were not receiving anything back. During the appointment, Alex told my husband we would only see a refund had they been able to get their money back from the company. My husband asked why we should be on the hook for $1600 for something that was making us sick, Alex asked why HE should be on the hook for it. They buy these units in bulk and can't return them. He also said there was nothing in the unit and he has no idea what we would smell. As Alex was leaving my husband had to ask for our piece of equipment back that makes us sick, that they were going to take and not refund us any money. We have a patch in our HVAC system, you cannot find this model number of air scrubber on the internet anywhere and we are still out money. This was our experience with AirCare USA.

I needed same day service and called everyone highly rated on Yelp. Nobody could do it. Searched the Googlez for emergency washer repair seattle, and these guys came up. No Yelp reviews, but I was desperate. Called and a human answered the phone on the second ring. Said someone could be out here in a thirty minutes. THIRTY MINUTES!! They showed up 30 minutes later...really. Totally professional. Diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Needed to get a part from their warehouse in Kent...but could have it back in a few hours! A FEW HOURS!! It was $50 for the visit/diagnosis - which they deducted from the work total after the job was done. He said he would be back by 2p. He was early. EARLY. Fixed the problem, ran my card through his modern google tablet. I got a digital receipt instantly with a perfectly running washer. total bill was around $150. We had a blocked drain line that a contracted (wasn't a direct employee of Appliance ER) technician came out to fix. He was very rough trying to get the lower drawers out of our fridge, Marring the interior of our top of the line Kitchen aid. Not to mention he was much more expensive than another repair we had used this same company for which took much much more time and more parts. we were happy with the care and cost of the previous repair (done by an actual appliance ER employee). Trying to get a fix is like pulling teeth and even when getting insurance information for a claim we are getting incorrect information and "not enough" or not correct information per the insurance company. Several months later I give up and am writing reviews of our bad experience. With all of this said, make sure you have documentation of your condition of appliance before time and ask for an estimate ahead of time being that apparently it can vary WILDLY!

According to Brian and many others, it's the best on the market. So, after the descaling we had low water pressure and we were still getting intermittent hot water and our unit was flashing a code 63. Code 63 means the water flow is low and a few things could be wrong. The number one issue was after descaling the line needed to be cleared from the little catch baskets. They did their part but more gunk from the descaling needed to clear the pipes. So, Brian turned the water off and pulled the little catch baskets again but only one had stuff in it and may have been the problem. But what really was the problem was our shower heads. Brian and Eric recommended we pull the pressure plug from the shower head. While Brian was here he gave great advice on codes for our Rinnai and the quality of water in our area. Our water pressure was much better but we were still getting intermittent hot water. So, following Eric, Brian and YouTunes advice and we pulled the pressure plugs from the shower heard. Now the water flows like the Snoquaimie Falls, hold smokes! But you know what, the water stays hot with no issues!!! So, if you're having this problem pull the shower head first plus and that should fix the problem. The cost for this was $0.00!

I hired All-Purpose Plumbing to clear an emergency main sewer backup at my rental property in Tacoma. I manage the property remotely, so I specifically requested documentation of the work and the condition of the line. The technician spent approximately two hours on site and charged me $1,741.01. According to the invoice, the service was to clear the main sewer drain. However, the technician ultimately documented that he was "unable to clear clog." I was told the blockage involved baby wipes and was referred for a costly excavation/repair project. Because the sewer backup remained unresolved, I immediately called another licensed plumbing company for a second opinion. They restored flow shortly afterward and then performed a sewer camera inspection. Based on that inspection, they identified root intrusion as the issue. This differed from what I had been told during the original service call. I contacted All-Purpose Plumbing's management and provided the invoices and the subsequent findings. Rather than resolving my concerns, the discussion focused on defending the original service. I was offered partial refunds, but we were unable to reach an agreement. I ultimately disputed the charge with my credit card issuer. I did not dispute the entire amount because I recognized there was value in the technician traveling to the property and attempting the work. I disputed everything above approximately $165, which I believed was a reasonable amount for the service attempt. After reviewing the documentation I submitted, including invoices and supporting evidence, my credit card issuer ruled in my favor on the disputed amount. Every homeowner can draw their own conclusions, but my experience left me with three recommendations: 1. Ask for photos or video documenting the condition of your line before authorizing expensive repairs whenever possible. 2. Get a second opinion before agreeing to major excavation work. 3. If the initial diagnosis doesn't match later findings, keep all documentation and invoices. Based on my experience, I would not use All-Purpose Plumbing again.

Although they were unable to fix my oven due to a center panel part needing to be repaired which would cost more then getting a new oven, as well as my dishwasher same thing the memory board was shot and since the dishwasher was foreign it would take several weeks to get the part.
