ARS was " Johnny on the spot". Customer service was great, they scheduled a tech right away. When the tech (Arsen) arrived I knew this guy knew his stuff. He answered all my questions, and was able to trouble shoot the problem with precise skill. After the part arrived, Arsen was back immediately to install the part and get the washer back up and running as promised, without any BS. What a true professional. IF you have any appliance issues, ARS is the way to go.

Not only did Stanislav come out within 24 hours, on a weekend with no upcharge, but after 30 minutes of test cycles he discovered that there weren't any issues and explained how we probably needed to change soap, use less, and not pack as much laundry into the washer (we've had this washer for six years and this was the first time this ever happened). He gave us some things to watch out for (error codes, etc) and some tips to avoid this again, while mentioning he had some parts in his truck to replace a pump, but he didn't think it would do anything and didn't want us to spend unneeded money. While a little embarrassed and out the $99 service call out fee, I appreciate a company that didn't take advantage of us and install unneeded parts just to make a quick buck. Called after a recommendation from a neighbor for a relatively new Samsung washer that showed some signs of leaking. They came same day though was later than given window.
