    AFTER

Anderson Reconstruction is nothing short of AMAZING! You will not regret reaching out and hiring them as your contractors. We first contacted them because we had a huge kitchen faucet leak, and we needed help the water damage estimate from our insurance company. After meeting and talking to Shannon and Greg and going over the details of re-doing the kitchen, it quickly evolved into an entire interior house remodel because we love the team and their work SO much. Their work is very neat, clean, and thorough - trust me when I say that their attention to detail and craftsmanship is really second-to-none! There were so many times we would come home completely in shock and amazed at how beautiful the house was becoming every single day. Everyone was so kind and patient with all of our requests and ideas - and if we were unsure or unclear about materials or anything about the process, they were communicative about the feasibility of the project, offered suggestions/recommendations, and were transparent about cost. The quality is apparent. Shannon, Greg, and the entire team are have been so thoughtful and considerate of our belongings throughout the entire process. In the midst of the remodel where boxes are constantly being shifted around, you could easily get lost in the chaos - HOWEVER, what I love most about Anderson Reconstruction is that you can tell they really care about their clients. They are cognizant about how remodeling can affect your daily living, and the entire Anderson team do what they can to provide some level of normality. We would often times come home to find they set up a neat little area for us to dine with our plates and utensils easily accessible. It's the little things like that which sets them apart from others. We absolutely love our new kitchen (and entire home), and we get so many compliments about their work. We highly, HIGHLY recommend you contact Greg, Shannon, and the Anderson Reconstruction team for your household upgrades and remodels! We always tell our friends and family how fortunate we were to find a company we TRUST wholeheartedly with rebuilding our home. They really know how to make your visions come to life! Thank you, Anderson Reconstruction, for such a wonderful experience and for helping us build our dream kitchen and home!

I have been very fortunate in my life to have the opportunity to own several Buildings in California. Anderson Reconstruction was fantastic on being responsive and caring in their workmanship at one of our houses they worked on located in Claremont. Most of the work is done by Anderson Reconstruction with a few tasks subcontracted out to other professionals that they have developed long relationships. Their staff and subcontractors are long-term folks with the company. Greg who has been doing this work for Decades is a Master at planning and executing the plan, design, and at times doing the work. Shannon is creative and innovative and will always go the extra mile. What a sweet person to deal with and has a very artistic gift to help make things look beautiful. We had a huge amount of mechanical work to be done relating to our heating and air conditioning system as part of the remodel. With the issue of climate change, the temperatures are seemingly ever-increasing in Claremont and the surrounding region. What I am so pleased about is the system they designed and engineered for our home, works like a charm. On the hottest days, it is like living by the beach with the windows open. The old system was undersized, but they ensured that was corrected to properly size the correct system for our building. As with any remodel, there are always construction challenges that come up that need to be worked through. They have decades of knowledge to work through those details with success. They work hard to avoid problems in the first place. When the project is done, well if happiness is your goal, then this is the right company for you. If you do have a problem, don't hesitate to call them, as they are responsive and will absolutely identify, fix, and resolve any issue that might come up, but that is unlikely going to be needed because of their great work. Before this experience, I had planned on writing a book called, "They are All Nice Guys." What the book was about is they are nice guys (Contractors) when you are handing out the money but when it comes to doing the job it is a horrible nightmare where can wait for them to leave. This company cured me of believing that all contractors are horrible and unethical. So, I am not going to write that book as they proved that to be wrong with this experience. They are nice, wonderful people from the start to the finish. If you have a question and need something after the job, give them a call, they are happy to help. Good luck with your project. You will not go wrong with Anderson Reconstruction. They deserve my 5-star rating.

I had a flood under my kitchen sink and State Farm referred me to Anderson to rebuild my cabinets and redo my kitchen floor. We were debating doing a completely new kitchen with new cabinets and all, but this was the more economical for us at the time as State Farm was only going to give us $7k. I met Greg the owner after I met with a couple other restoration companies and decided to go with Anderson because they promised to be finished with everything within 3 weeks instead of 6 weeks. Mistake. They didn't do a very good job on our cabinet rebuild and refinishing at all. Actually it's an awful job. They took our whole bottom cabinet to their shop to rebuild the insides but 2 of the drawers that were initially water damaged are now broken again and the drawers don't open or close correctly. Tons of dings, dents and scratches all over all if the cabinets after their terrible stain job. You would think they would sand down our old cabinets more than just 4 hours but I guess not. I brought the issue up to Greg so they rectify the problem before they added on anymore layers of paint, but I guess he told his guys to ignore most of my post-it's that I put on the problem areas. It sucked that Greg never once came to our home to visually see the problems we were expressing about the cabinet job. He obviously didn't really care about our satisfaction and just wanted his $9,600 paycheck. The paint job on my walls was even shotty. There was green paint splotches all over my refrigerator and dining room hardwood floor that wasn't getting redone. Thanks for that. I will say that the tile job on my kitchen floor was decent, except for the upgrade we paid to have our bathroom floor done. There was a leak under our toilet because the tile wasn't laid flat and my husband had to pull up the tile and redo it. The best part of our kitchen is the granite. Their granite guy did a very good job and it looks really good. The worst part was the plumbing job or lack thereof that they were supposed to complete on their "final day" at my house. Their last day ended up being on a Friday and we were supposed to have a friends birthday party at our house that evening but apparently around 3:30pm they decided it was too late to hook up our plumbing and seriously left without hooking up our sink. Can you believe they were going to leave their customers without water until Monday! What a Joke! I text Greg about my disappointment that they couldn't stay at least another 2 hours to at least give us water but he ended up scolding me via text like he was my father and told me I was being ungrateful. Good thing my husbands a very handy man and was able too hook up our sink on Friday evening before our guests arrived. That would've been an awful party with no kitchen sink available. I don't think they ever had any intention of coming back to finish up all the loose ends. He ended up mailing me his final bill and I never saw one person again. I ended up deducting all the unfinished items from his final bill. Yes, he actually tried to charge me for the items my husband finished for them. Ridiculous! All in all I'm pretty disappointed with how my "new" kitchen turned out. I've had several people, including a home appraiser tell me how terrible our cabinets look. I'm pretty upset that I spent over $2500 of my own money to get an ugly kitchen. I wish we would've had the funds at the time to just get new cabinets and go with a better construction company. Now I'm out $10,000 and I gotta redo it anyway. Live and learn I guess. Last thing I wanna say, his assistant is very sweet, she left me a nice voicemail after they received my letter and final payment and she expressed that they were sorry that I was unhappy and wanted to rectify the problem so we wouldn't have a bad taste in our mouth about their services. She told me that Greg would be calling me the next day to go over my itemized list of issues. I never heard from him again.

I would strongly discourage anyone from hiring Servpro of North Pomona/La Verne…read more After my home suffered fire damage, I trusted this company to help restore it. Instead, I was left with unfinished work and thousands of dollars in damage, and the expense of hiring other contractors to repair and complete what they failed to do. Among the problems I experienced: My hardwood floors were severely damaged during their work. The exterior of my home was damaged and left needing additional repairs. Every TV they removed from the walls was improperly reinstalled and no longer worked. They failed to complete the painting of my wrought iron fencing and railings, forcing me to hire another contractor to finish the job. I had to pay out of pocket to correct and complete work that should have been done properly the first time. This has been an incredibly stressful experience following an already devastating fire. Rather than helping us recover, Servpro created additional financial hardship, delays, and frustration. I have extensive documentation, including photographs of the damage and unfinished work, to support everything I've described. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Servpro of North Pomona/La Verne. I hope others carefully research their options before hiring this franchise. To add insult to injury they've now placed a lien on my home. They lied, cancelled more times than they showed up. If I can help anyone please do not hire this particular Servpro. You will regret it.

He took the time to thoroughly assess every detail, asking insightful questions that ensured nothing was overlooked. Mike was responsive, patient, and proactive throughout the process, offering cost-saving suggestions without compromising quality. His deep knowledge of current market prices and building codes gave me complete confidence that I chose the correct individual. They took the time to explain everything, completed the remediation within the timeframe they gave us, and immediately followed up with the reconstruction of the room. They also went above and beyond by doing a complete wipe-down of our bathroom and taking care of several touch-ups. Our bathroom and back room look amazing compared to how they looked before! We would definitely recommend ARG Restoration and Construction to anyone in need of restoration or construction services. Gabriel took the time to walk me through several options based on my budget, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each one. He told me the project would take a little over a week after the mold treatment, but the team finished everything in just four days. The workers were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They also gave me style options for how the room would be put back together. Best of all, the total price ARG charged to tear out the affected areas, treat the mold, and fully restore my bedroom was the same amount another company quoted me just for mold treatment. I was extremely satisfied with their work and would definitely use ARG Restoration again.

Highly Recommend Inland Restoration!…read more I was referred to Inland Restoration by a friend after my washing machine leaked and caused water damage to my wood laminate floors. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Juan, the owner, came out the very next day to assess the damage. He took his time to thoroughly inspect everything, explained the situation in detail, and by that evening, he had a clear and fair quote ready for me. I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was throughout the entire process. We scheduled the work in two parts--first the downstairs, then the stairs and upstairs. The job involved removing the damaged laminate and old carpet, and replacing everything with luxury premium vinyl. Juan's team showed up on time, carefully moved all my furniture and belongings, and got right to work. They kept me abreast of the work and schedule along the way. They cleaned up every night and meticulous with their work. Along the way, they discovered some issues from previous installations--an uneven kitchen floor and a bedroom floor that didn't meet the walls properly. Instead of just covering it up, they took the time to fix the problems before installing the new flooring. The result is absolutely beautiful and feels like a huge upgrade from what was there before. Juan and his crew were professional, detail-oriented, and truly went above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with the results and would recommend Inland Restoration to anyone in need of quality restoration or flooring work. Thank you again for a job well done!
