    Strawberry banana custard

We came here for the cone crawl on national ice cream day. The line was long and wrapped in a circle around the seating area, but it moved quickly. They had a good system of one person taking orders and another person getting the ice cream. They were very efficient and also nice! I got the strawberry banana custard, and it was really good! It had a good balance of the 2 flavors.

I just love Anderson's custard! They have what they call a "custard calendar" that shows the specialty flavors at each location as it changes on a regular basis. Pistachio and latte/jamocha are top-notch. In their freezer they have a variety of homemade novelties and ice cream cakes/pies. Love that you can even grab just a slice of ice cream pie. There's also decent food offerings. My crew likes their kids menu because the meals come with an ice cream token to cash in then or later. Definitely stop for their custard! So creamy and satisfying.

Back in the '90s, when we used to drive to Buffalo on a fairly regular basis, we always made time to stop into Anderson's for some frozen custard. So when we were planning a day trip to Buffalo, we knew we had to pop in to Anderson's to see if it was as good as we remembered. It was better. We kept things simple and ordered a small cup of the vanilla frozen custard each. And one bite told me I was eating something really special. Imagine the creamiest soft serve ice cream you've ever had and then multiply that by about a thousand, and you'll have some idea of how delicious Anderson's product is. It's just so damn good. I wish I'd had more than just a tiny cup, but honestly I don't know if I'd have had the willpower to stop. Please come to Toronto, Anderson's.

Child's size chocolate shake with coffee cup lid for scale

Went on a Thursday night around 7, no wait time and it took only a couple of minutes for my order. I got a child's chocolate shake. It tasted great and was the perfect size since I didn't want too much. Would definitely return. There is seating both inside and outside. The parking lot is large so lots of space. There is also a drive through which I did not use. When leaving if you're heading towards the highway and need to cross traffic it can take a few minutes since Niagara Falls Blvd is a very busy street and there is no light at this part.

Is their ice cream delicious or what? Staffs are friendly as well, and it is a great place for a group of people. I would recommend the sponge candy and the oreo on a waffle. Update: I really like the way they are handling this covid situation. It is bery comforting. Also, make sure you give the Arctic Swirls (with M&M) a try.

A warm weather staple in our book! Whether we crave a cone, sundae, or milkshake, Anderson's is there for us. We haven't had their warm food, only their ice cream treats. The drive-thru is a pretty slow so we usually go in to order because they are much quicker. We treated ourselves last night, and my sundae was so good! Would definitely recommend!

    Arctic swirls

Our family frequents this place for ice cream treats - mainly Arctic swirls. We both eat in and take from the drive thru, depending on how busy it is. We rarely order food. The only thing I would like to see change is some sort of identification for the different orders. When 3 different styles are ordered, it is not at all apparent which ones are which. My favorite sundae is the Chico- peanut butter passion but it is hefty!

Luckily it wasn't busy... couldn't/wouldn't stand in line under the hot sun.. We ordered, go to sit down and relax, opened the umbrella for shade because EVERY table was soaking in bright hot sun in the asphalt area only to be told by the workers to put the umbrella down because it was "too windy ". I checked the weather on my phone and it was 14mph. They expected us to sit baking in the sun eating their ice cream??? Eff that. Changed our order "to go" drove down the street, pulled over under a tree and ate it in the car. That really put a smush on the whole new experience... The ice cream you ask, yeah it was good, but not good enough to go back again. Guess you can only go there when there's no breeze and bake in the sun. No thanks.

Think I found that one shady spot to enjoy some really great strawberry ice cream. Noted the place was clean - absent the usual ice cream mess on tables and pavement. Perhaps this is why they so freely ask everyone if you'd like a dish with your cone? Located in the same section of the plaza as Spot Coffee, Crumbl, and next to AutoZone. I signed up for the rewards program, sampled the graham central station, and ordered the turtle sundae! First things first: excellent customer service! That always stands out to me, as I feel it is really lacking at a lot of places. Thank you to the gentleman that took my order! Next up, they have a rewards program! Signing up gave me $3 off my order. You earn 1 point per dollar and get $5 off per 50 points. There are many picnic tables to sit at but it is order at the window only so no where to sit inside FYI. The graham central station sample I tried was delicious. I tried it to possibly replace the vanilla icecream with in my sundae but felt it packed enough flavor, that I didn't need to have it with a sundae with all the toppings (better on its own). The turtle sundae was absolutely rich and decadent and everything I wanted. Even the cherry on top was more rich and plump than the average maraschino cherry. It was extremely filling and took me an entire hour to finish .. still had fudge in the cup when I tapped out. The vanilla was so so creamy and delicious! Now THIS is real ice cream! As far as prices go, I find them pretty on point and to be expected in this area. Competitors are charging about the same and the quality is way better here. I don't mind paying for premium anyway and being absolutely satisfied. Quality always wins for me. I'm not the biggest ice cream fanatic, but this is definitely the place I'm going to go when I have a craving from now on. Sorry for the lack of picture - received an unexpected phone call right as my order came out.

Ice cream for dinner? Yes, please!…read more Condrell's has been a neighborhood staple since my childhood and the quality has never wavered. You simply cannot beat the sundaes here. The sauces are all homemade and in my opinion, they're really the star of the show. If you want to go all out you can get the "king's portion" double scoop sundae, but I appreciate that they also serve single scoop "queen's portions" for a slightly lower cost. The staff are always friendly and efficient, willing to make modifications so that you can craft the ice cream of your dreams. Worth noting is the very silly water station near the front door. Condrell's has always served tiny glasses of water, which is now offered in Dixie cups that you fill yourself. If you're trying to stay super hydrated these baby sized cups aren't going to meet your needs, but I have come to expect them and think they add to the charm of the venue.
