We ate at the restaurant yesterday afternoon around 4pm. I've had food from Andolini's before so I know the quality of food is very good. However, I must say in person was EVEN BETTER! The food came out piping hot, which is expected, of course. All was cooked to perfection. Our server explained everything in detail of what we were going to be getting as our food choices. Brett was an attentive server who also went above & beyond by offering Gelato samples before our meal came out. He shared info about the origin of some of the ingredients in the dishes which was very informative. Definitely recommend!! read more

Was in town for a wrestling camp at the Oklahoma Regional Training Center ( Tulsa Facility), and noticed all the little restaurants nearby. We stopped at Andolini's since we have been to the one in Downtown Tulsa. This restaurant is bigger and looks more elegant. The service was ok. Found out pizza slices only sold during the week,not weekends. So we had to purchase a large pizza. Also, the STG Gelato shop is not connected, it is across the street. But we received a coupon to use after lunch. We had a pepperoni and sausage pizza, it was delicious. We had to remind our waiter of utensils and napkins and refill for our drink. The wait time was about 20 min for the pizza. The place was not busy. All in all, we enjoyed it and would definitely come again. read more

That crust on the Roman SoHo is just spectacular! The flavor, thickness, texture and crunch is just amazing. I really hate complaining- but this was so frustrating. I went to pick up my online order. No one seemed to want to help me as I stood there and looked at my food for 10 minutes. People either ignored me or said "I dunno" when I asked about picking up my order. My family ordered a pizza online at 4pm on 1/11/2022 as part of the anniversary special. Receipt indicated that it would be ready by 4:55pm. I received my order at 7:20pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 4:55. When I got there, there was a line out the door of about a dozen people also waiting for online orders. There were two more dozen in line inside in queue at the take out counter. Additionally, those in line and I watched as other guests walked into the restaurant, ordered pizza at the bar, and then walked out with their order to go in under 20 minutes. Staff provided those waiting contradictory information about what we were supposed to do or what we could expect in regard to wait time and how to receive our orders that we already paid for. Multiple individuals were told by staff that despite the long wait no orders would be cancelled or refunded. After nearly an hour of waiting, a staff member (not masked) also proceeded to offer garlic knots to those waiting, one by one, allowing all interested in line to touch the plate/food (during a COVID surge). She did this again 20 minutes later. To be clear, I think the staff were doing their best and don't blame them (outside of the garlic knot thing). They were quite nice. I think management is the source of these continued problems. I've had bad experiences with this location in the past (e.g., being given multiple salads with old/decomposing lettuce) and was willing to let it slide because I love Andolinis pizza. But I think at this point this is the straw that broke the camel's back. I'll make sure to only order from downtown or brookside from now on. Cheers, Jordan read more

We placed a to go order online, I really appreciate how user friendly the website is and accurate the order was once received. Im a vegetarian so this order was for my family, I could tell immediately fresh ingredients were used; even the cheese (HUGE WIN). My guys devoured the meatballs in minht, and ate pizza until they couldn't eat anymore Anytime we have guest over we always want them to experience really well crafted pizza. I usually place and pay for the order online, it's extremely easy and convenient. My husband usually picks the order up, he said the customer service is always pleasant. I also really appreciate the team finding ways to ensure every customer is pleased with their purchase, we received an additional 16in Vegetarian after a slice on our 20in was torn after baking. Perhaps last Friday was an off night or they've got new personnel prepping pizzas but it took a loooong time to get our pizzas out and then they were very bland. Perhaps it was the varieties we chose which contained ricotta cheese (Chelsea and S.P.Q.R) but the Maui Waui wasn't much more tasty. The "Italian" sausage on the S.P.Q.R. is apparently made in-house but lacked any distinctive fennel seasoning which marks a good Italian sausage. Salt from table helped most of the pizzas but surely they could refine these pizzas to coach out more flavor! The spicy honey sauce was also helpful but I expect a restaurant pizza to have more pizzazz than these did! The wait person was very attentive and did apologize for the slow kitchen which seemed to be hammered by in house and to go orders. read more
