Before finding a new dentist for my adult son, I finally looked into why the local small-town family dentistry feel of this office was off? We had come for years without issue! This place is under new ownership, as of a few years ago, It was bought out by a young neurotic dentist named Dr. Sangani. This place can't keep any dentists or cleaning staff. You will not get the same hygienist. No consistency! One visit you need this, next is that , and of course the price went up! This micro manager dentist hops from room to room and totally interrupts whatever conversation or treatment you are undergoing. The owner has little manners or etiquette and you can truly see the frustration on the employees face. That's why you don't see the same employees 6 months later. You can overhear the pressure his employees are under to over-charge and over diagnose treatments. "What about this, what about that, did you suggest this." All to milk money out of scared patients. Likely there is shady billing happening but I didn't stick around to find out. I sat and witnessed his odd antics (and he wouldn't stop talking- Sir, we have lives!, stop the chit chat so we can get our treatment done and be about our day). Enough is enough and we are now going to another dentist in town. Avoid this narcotic, self absorbed, narcissistic owner. Bad vibes! read more

I had a terrible experience with a dentist. I grind my teeth at night, so I asked if I could buy a night guard online for $100. The dentist recommended their night guards, which used a laser to scan my teeth for a precise fit. I bought the $400 night guard and wore it for six months, which helped prevent grinding. However, I noticed my bite was changing. When I returned to the dentist, they checked the night guard and realized my teeth weren't touching it, only my molars. I trusted their claim of precision. They shaved off the night guard to make it fit, but my bite had changed, and my teeth no longer touch when I close my mouth. Both dentists are unattentive. The staff keeps changing, likely because they don't like working there. They also overcharged my family and made them pay out of pocket instead of waiting a month to use insurance. read more

I have lived in the area for a year now. I'm very consistent with 6 month cleanings and I am so glad I found this place!! I needed a filling last year, I've always been highly anxious with fillings. Dr. Ash was incredibly quick and painless with it, I will never be anxious about it again and that's huge for me! I've had 3 different hygienists, Danielle today! Every experience has been great! I have an utter fear of a dentist and no more with this office! The level of service and care far exceeds any other dentist I have seen in my life! The really crazy thing is that everyone in that office works at standards far above anything else in the area! There are a ton of dentists in my area and this one by far raised the bar above anyone else I think he also knows how to assemble a team. Most functions in our world rise and fall based on the competence, character, and overall example of leadership -- and Clean Smile Dental demonstrates that principle quite convincingly. Dr. Sangani's is a supremely capable dentist and his approach to patient care has produced an exemplary culture at every staff position within CSD. I have admit. I have some major issues due to years of neglect. I was nervous going to Dr. Sangani's practice. He took his time and did all the necessary checks. Gave me a game plan to get my dental issues fixed. He was patient, courteous, easy to speak with, and gave me practical advise. I appreciate his honestly on what I need to do and what we can wait on. I went to another dental place down the street and they tried to sell me $5,000 with of dental work. Dr. Sangani told me that some items I can do at home to save cost. He was a very refreshing and honest with me. I would recommend him to any friends and family. read more

Yesterday was my second year going to this establishment! Just like the first day I came in for my appointment; I was greeted by the more than professionalism's from all of the staff! I wasn't treated like a number. As I walked into the office, it was nice and clean. Debbie was my hygienist and she was pleasant, attentive, and gentle. Put off going to the dentist due to Covid, happy to say they were very clean! Friendly staff, very knowledgeable as well. I have baby teeth still well into my adulthood, and he was the first dentist to discuss what the future would look like due to these baby teeth (implants in the future but he would leave them for now) every other dentists just tells me I have baby teeth and moves on. If I can give this place a rating higher than 5 stars, I definitely would. Unlike other dentists, Dr. Sangani cares for his patients and delivers the best care possible. Not only is he kind, but very knowledgeable as well. He took his time to answer all my questions and made me feel as comfortable as possible without hurting me. I was greeted by his staff when I first walked into the office and didn't have to wait long at all, which was nice. It's only been 4 months, since my last review, but I can't help it, I have to add more. Clean Smile Dental is the best. I had some work done. Deep cleaning and getting a crown made. I cannot say it enough, how much I like this dental office. No pain, including getting the novacaine, to be numbed. The staff also asked about my husband and daughter. Who does that??? I have been going to clean smile since they took over for Doctor Baker; I have very sensitive gums and they always take the time to make sure I am comfortable and nothing hurts; the office staff is polite and genuinely care about you: I have expats once a year and cleaning every 6 months; they are proactive with my care and the dentist was great with explaining what was happening with my teeth. read more

Loved Dr. Baker-a very very good dentist. I believe he hand picked the dentists who would replace him when he retired. The group of dentist and their support he chose are just wonder too! I don't even want to give 1 star!! The WORST EVER!! Went in for dentures. Dr Baker had my teeth pulled and was to replace upper dentures and new lowers. Billed insurance company before the end of the year and didn't even get dentures until the middle of January. Then they came back looking like fake bubble gum colored gums. Just handed me the dentures without bringing me in to try the uppers. When the uppers didn't fit correctly he ground down the inside of the denture nearly putting a hole all the way thru it right in front of my face - nurse had to take me to the eyewash station to wash my eyes out. Went back to try to rectify and he finally showed me gum colors to chose from and then got into an argument with me! I would NEVER recommend this dentist! read more
