Wouldn't recommend this place. Came in February for a consultation for my wedding dress, after my first fitting I notice a little hole in the lace and one of the flowers embroidered falling off. I was very understanding as the material is very delicate. At my second fitting they mentioned that they will charge me for the damage done to the dress and that it was my fault and the dress was brought in like that.Not to mention I paid $400 to get a little bit of material taken in the chest area, to be honest after the second fitting couldn't even tell the difference between my first and second appointment and if anything was done. You're on your own trying to figure out what alterations your dress needs, expected a lot more from a "professional" place that deals with wedding dresses. I took my dress and left the place with it unfinished. Best part - they called me the next day to ask about my experience. Absolute joke! Andrea's Bridal Alterations did such a great job on my wedding dress! I got married out of state but wanted to do my fittings here where I live. My dress was primarily lace and three layers and they made sure to do three fittings starting with the bottom layer to ensure the fit was perfect. We had all of the fittings scheduled after the initial consultation so that I knew what to expect. In terms of pricing it was definitely fair considering all of the lace on my dress. They had to take it in, make it shorter and add a bustle. Since none of my bridesmaids live near me they made a video of how to bustle the dress. I used them for my wedding dress alterations and the staff were very easy to work with. My dress looked perfect and felt great on my wedding day. I chose Andrea's Bridal first because the location was convenient and close to where I live, but the women in the salon were very comforting so I felt comfortable using their services. They worked with my timeline although it was a little shorter than typical. I had the sides taken in, added a bustle and they hemmed it! I also brought a belt with me to one of my fittings and they changed the ribbon color to match my dress which was a nice surprise, I wasn't expecting! read more

Andreas did such a great job with my wedding dress! I called them last minute and I needed my dress lengthened, the sleeves tightened, and a zipper fixed and they called me back in one day to try it on after alterations were made! They were all so nice and made sure I felt comfortable with all the alterations before I took the dress home (and it was done in the span of 2 days!) Had a really bad experience with this place. Beware. They charge $50 for consultation. Once you're in for that you hate to go somewhere else because you're already invested. They did a bridesmaids dress for us. They rushed through the measurements. All that was required was taking in the hem and the bodice. The alterations cost about $260 which was significantly more than the dress. The dress was still too loose when that was done but we were out of time. To add insult to injury, they then wanted to charge $35 to steam it when it was picked up. I understand wanting to make a profit, but this was just way over the top. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. After my first appointment I should have known they would completely ruin my dress. I showed up for the fitting after for the first time and they completely forgot about my dress and quickly folded the sleeves and ripped lace off the bottom to make it look like they did something and in turn messed up the bottom. I paid a fortune to have lace removed off the bodice and they didn't do it and refused to refund me. Against my better judgement I let them "finish" my dress and they lady was so rude to me for their mistake of taking the dress in further than they had it pinned. Completely bitched me out for it and just so happened to be able to let it out to the right size before I arrived to try it on Saturday to pick it up. Oh and they installed the wrong "boning" they put plastic on the side seem. ON IT. and didn't insert the steel boning I paid for. Thank goodness I made them make me another appointment before I had to pick it up. When I went the steel was 6 inches from the top. Not installed correctly. And now my dress is ruined and I paid more for their expert alterations than I did for my dress. Do not trust them for your most important dress of your life. Rude. Terrible humans. read more

Words can not express the gratitude that I have for Andrea's Bridal Alterations. I bought my dress off-the-shelf. The boutique where I purchased the dress and my bridal consultant were awesome; however, their in-house seamstress/alteration specialist was mean, cold, unprofessional and over-priced. Totally hysterical, I started looking for alteration specialists online. I wanted a location close to my home and a place with great credibility. I kept getting led back to Andrea's Bridal Alterations. I called and they were very pleasant. I was able to get an appointment for later that day. When I walked in it was such a beautiful atmosphere and I was greeted with a smile. I felt welcomed. I felt like a bride! They were helpful in getting me into my dress and fitting it to my curves. I explained that my plan was to drop a few pounds that may reflect in my next fitting. They provided me with a reasonable quote and dates for my next fittings. (The truth is because of their excellent customer service I would have selected them anyway regardless of price). I returned for my next fitting and significant changes had to be made because of my weight loss. The changes were made in only a few days. I went for the final fitting and it was just perfect. They were so happy for me. We celebrated by taking pictures and toasting champagne. It was such an awesome experience. I highly recommend Andrea's Bridal Alterations. I want to give my honest opinions on this location so this might be long but it's 100% the truth. I was referred to Andreas from the boutique in which I bought my dress from. The dress itself was a mermaid style dress, however it wasn't hugging my curves the way I wanted it to. The top of the dress was lace and the bottom was satin with a lace train. The first day, I was welcomed so openly and they made me feel so confident about my dress; however it was just a tad bit over my budget which made me hesitant. I voiced my concerns and they were so open about working with me and ensuring I got what I wanted from the alterations while staying on budget. So after that I had two more appointments. That's right; a total of 3 appointments and each one no more than 20 minutes.(keep in mind I didn't take my dress to them till July and the wedding was a month away) I was able to tell them what I wanted but I had so much trust in them that I just let them do there thang and WOW! My dress exceeded my expectations; it hugged every curve and the added sleeves made it so modest. I was in complete awe and all thanks to Andreas bridal alterations. I don't think anyone could've done what they did for my dress with my budget. Everyone who works there is so welcoming and kind. I HIGHLY recommend them to any bride or just anyone really! read more
