Random Greek/Italian/Indian (hmm) restaurant near the E tip of Lulu Island (Richmond/New Westminster). This is pretty much the only restaurant in the area. Parking is available but limited in front. If the lot is full, I don't know where else to park. The side streets there are all too narrow for street parking. The place is big and spacious with high ceilings. Layout is a bit strange, with a long ramp upon entering the restaurant. There is a bar area, and some booths. Staff are friendly. Food portions here are on the small side. My lamb souvlaki only came with 1 skewer instead of 2 (additional charge), and there is less meat than other similar restaurants. Knock 1 star off. Food quality was decent. I left hungry. Quality is decent though. Maybe I'll try another dish next time. But for the time being I think I'm looking at other restauants closer to Queensborough Landing or on Ewen. read more

I want to love this place but I think the food is just ok. The place was quiet when we were there on a weeknight. There was only one other table occupied. My friends are regulars here as they live within walking distance and come here at least once a week. The happy hour from 8 pm to close has decent prices on the food and drinks. I had been craving the roast beef ever since I saw the take out promotion online. 10% off for take out. Unfortunately the discount code didn't go through when ordering online. We also noticed the websites were different when viewed on a computer and phone. Luckily they will give the discount when ordering through the phone. In the end we decided to dine in. The pizza was decent. The server recognized my friend so the service was great. The roast lamb was not what I expected. Not like those served in Greek restaurants. The potato was definitely not lemony at all. The lamb was tender. The portion was quite big and I could not finish it. Always nice to have leftovers for lunch the next day. The restaurant is very spacious and would be great for parties and functions. The menu is very varied, with Greek, Italian and Indian dishes. I have been a patron since 2016 and appreciated the food service and quality during the pandemic. They were always consistent. Sadly, under the new ownership, there is no food quality. Service also is very novice except for the long time hostess. The cook(s) do not seem to know anything about food preparation. There was only myself and my friend there during the lunchtime. I could not eat the food as it was tasteless, vegetables were hard and under cooked. The salmon piece was un-eatable. Any deep fried "fish" as in fish & chips is not specified on the menu and if you ask it is all "basa", not cod, sole or halibut. I wish them good luck as they have a lot of learning. read more

My wife and I decided to check out Rozzini,s last night, Wow what a mistake. We ordered spaghetti with meat sause and a greek saled to share. The service was good, fast and friendly. We were feeling good, a new place to go we thought. When the food was served right away we got this fowl smell from the sause, we decided to soldier on and taste the meat sause, with out exaggeration this was the worst tasting sause ever. The meat was like nothing I have ever tasted, Fowl, Rotton. I let the server know right away, she seemed a little shocked at my comments. (I was polite to her as this was not her fault) I asked for the cheque as we were not wasting any more time there. What a waste of $37. Total rip off. I had the Neptune plate and was pleasantly surprised- even the vegetables were perfectly cooked. Large place can accommodate 150 people for a buffet style gathering or weddings. Worth a look. The butter chicken and roast lamb were the most popular amongst my guests. The staff did an 'out of this world' service, always on top of things, making sure the buffet trays were all topped up with food. Words cannot utter how thankful I am to them for making my 50th birthday a memorable one. Yelp doesn't allow me to give zero stars so here's 1 star for the poor quality of food. Don't be tricked by the falsely written 5 star reviews on Google by friends and family of the restaurant. Restaurants like Rozzini's could have so much potential in a newly developed area of Queensborough where there's a lot of customers nearby. I never understood why this place was dead until I had ordered take out this evening. I had gotten a Hawaiian pizza and also a chicken souvlaki dinner. The Hawaiian pizza was like your run of the mill 3 for 1 kind of quality pizza. Edible but overly greasy and salty - make sure you have Tums afterwards to avoid heart burn. The chicken souvlaki was beyond bad. Dry, bland chicken and the rice wasn't even Greek pilaf rice...it was Indian basmati rice - super bland once again with a few frozen peas and cut up onions. The best part of the meal was the store bought tzatziki. The Greek salad was edible but sad excuse for a Greek salad. I'm embarrassed to say that I've had better chicken souvlaki at Opa's at Queensborough landing. I don't understand restaurant owners who are ok with serving bland, subpar food to cut corners for the almighty dollar. Take integrity in the food you serve and you will earn more money in providing delicious cuisine than serving subpar food for one time customers that will never return. read more

Been coming here since we moved into the area a couple of months ago. Have done both take out & dine in. I've never seen it busy. We've had the pasta, deluxe pizza, mushroom caps, wings, & calamari. It's listed as a Greek resto but they sell Indian food & pasta........... It's just a mishmash of food and it's a fairly big menu. The food we've had so far is good, but nothing insanely delicious or that I would go out of my way for. They're Better than Frankie G's IMO in terms of food. The deluxe pizza is our go-to at this moment because it's just topped with a many toppings, and it's cheaper & more filling than 2 medium pizzas at Queensborough Pizza. (The doughs are similar.) Unfortunately, our most recent order wasn't up to par- it was a takeout deluxe pizza and a huge chunk of dough in the center of the pizza was still raw. I've NEVER had this happen before in my life and I eat pizza A. LOT. It wasn't busy so why wasn't it cooked thoroughly?!?! The customer service was good though- the call taker immediately apologized and asked if we'd prefer a credit or if we wanted to come by to pick one up because they didn't have a delivery person. Would've preferred to have it delivered since it was their error but We were starving and it's @ 6 minute walk over so we picked up a fully cooked pizza. The staff are very friendly. When we dined in, the service was fairly slow & not very attentive which is odd for a restaurant that isn't very busy, but the staff are pleasant enough. I'll still order from them just because it's convenient and the pizza (when fully cooked) is good. read more

I was impressed at how good the food tasted. I ordered the butter chicken and BBQ chicken pizza. The butter chicken was nice and creamy, and came with more chicken than I thought. The pizza was slightly sloppy with the cheese and the toppings but the taste was spot on! Service was very prompt. My water was almost never empty. The waitress seemed very nice and accommodating. We had visited from Seattle to celebrate our cousin's 50th birthday. Of course being out of towners (and country for that matter) we relied on GPS to show us the way. Turns out that our trust in Google Maps was a good thing because the locals even got lost. The location is remote and in the midst of a very rural area, but of course not before you leave where one would think it would be then drive through what seemed to be a more industrial railroad vicinity. Nevertheless we found it with its name lit up in bright lights thank goodness. The parking was minimal although good if just serving a restaurant population. We were there for an 80+ people party so extremely thankful to have gotten there first. Once inside, we were welcomed by very friendly hosts and servers. As I had mentioned we were the first to arrive. If it wasn't for their sign outside and the personal decorations we would have questioned if we were in the right place. Later we found out that the owners were very accommodating allowing for the family and friends to come earlier and decorate to their hearts' content. They were even able to set up the DJ equipment. It was a very cool set up with access to screens for a personal video and a hook up to turn up the music at the end of the night. The food, to our surprise because of the ethnic mix, turned out delicious. It was Greek, Italian and Indian flavors with a lil bit of Filipino that they allowed yo he brought in for the special occasion. Overall it was a great success. The circular bar in the middle of the room was pretty cool too. We had a great time and more importantly so did our special celebrant. read more

Ugh. I am having a hard time writing this review, mainly because I don't like saying negative things but also because I was hoping for another restaurant to be in this area. Fact is, they have no idea what they are doing. Period. That's the story. The reason? They are too diverse in the food and can't get any of it right. My steak came out over cooked. It was bland and tough. The menu stated that the steak came with a Greek sauce (sorry spelling of tzatziki eludes me), but it didn't. When I asked I was told "no it doesn't". The vegetables were mushy and overcooked. Potato dry. Wife ordered the roast lamb. Dry. Tough. Tasteless. Yuck. I guarantee, this will not be an experience I have again. I will not be back. The food was lukewarm, and everything tasted unbelievably bland with the texture of cardboard, varying from boiled (I think it was supposed to be lasagna?) to stale (pizza). I came here when it used to be under a different name and most recently. It is in a primary residential area that is newly developed. I came here on a dinner date with a long time friend. The food was okay, nothing to write home about, however, it was closer to his hood. Although the name change it is the same owner. The food wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. As for the service I agree that we weren't checked on once the meal arrived or offered dessert but I wouldn't go as far as saying that it was terrible. Menu is all over the map, therefore, it was confusing to narrow down the demographic or genre intention. We just had a date here and can't say enough good things - I had the chili stir fry with prawns and my wife had ham and pineapple pizza. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious! I arrived in an empty antique-vibe restaurant for dinner, it wasn't a good sign. "Like a virgin" remix was playing in the background, I sat down and waited to be served with water after atleast 5 minutes- pretty slow for an empty house. I ordered their Calamari and 1/2 Back ribs with rice. The calamari looked dry and appeared to have been fried in old oil. It didn't taste good- the calamari at OPA is waaay better. My ribs arrived, served on a cold plate. The rice tasted like the instant/microwaved ones from the supermarket. The ribs doesn't taste like the price I paid for. The steamed carrots and beans tasted the best lol. I was halfway done when a spider crawled on my table to the window. I finished my iced tea and paid immediately. This place just opened up in our neighborhood. We went there for a big family dinner yesterday. We were all very happy with the experience at the end of the night. The space is quite large and simply decorated, but leaves a cozy feeling. There is a large bar area in the middle, but no bar stools? There are also 3 TVs, one of which is large projection screen, so you can have dinner and watch your favourite sports. They offer three different cuisines - Greek, Italian and Indian. Most of us went Greek last night - we ordered Kalamari dinner, Roast Lamb and Prawns. The portions are large and the food was very good. My father-in-law went Italian with Fettucini Alfredo served with garlic bread and he was very happy with his dish as well. Went back with a large party of 20. Food still good, but staff not prepared to handle large groups. We had a reso, so water glasses should have be put out on the table prior to our arrival. Server brought out drinks one at a time. I asked for a glass of water 3 times before i got one. Rule of thumb. If one person asks for water, bring it out for everyone. Food again was excellent. The stars are for the food. I do recommend this place for a smaller dinner party. Not good for large groups, even though they have the space.
