I had my car fixed at this body shop back in december and I had to pick a body shop that worked with my insurance due to an accident. This body shop wasn't the closest to where I live but I chose this one based on how it had better reviews that the ones closer to me. Thankfully I did choose this one because they did an amazing job! My front bumper fell apart and a few more damages with my lights and hood had all been fixed! We got the parts required, came back and the car was maybe in there for only an hour or two before they finished the job and gave us a call. These guys are quick! I have been to this shop twice and by far the best work I have ever received both times. When I first arrived to drop off my car Andres Jr. was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond by asking me if I needed a ride after I dropped off my car but I already had the rental company picking me up. He gave me a fair deadline as to when it would be done however it was completed way ahead of time then expected! I received a call once my car was completed and it was waiting for me in the front of the shop when I arrived good as new and with a fresh wash. I wouldn't get body work anywhere else! When I backed up into a sharp structure in a basement parking lot, someone recommended this place to me and they did such an amazing job for a fair price. When our neighbor swiped the front of my husbands truck, we didn't hesitate to take it to this shop despite the distance from our home. JR who runs the place is absolutely wonderful, honest and super easy to communicate with. When my mom was in a car accident that needed significant body work, we reached out to JR again to help us out. He handled everything for us, including someone to tow the car and was super communicative with us and with the insurance agents. This place is amazing! Not only did they do an exceptional job on my bumper and rear panel, but they washed and waxed my car, AND fixed other things that had nothing to do with why I was there. I rarely write reviews but will when it's earned. I made a rookie driving mistake and hit a parking lot pole on the side passenger fender in my new Chevy Silverado. After getting quotes from bout 3-4 body shops I decided to get one more from this location since I live bout a mile away from here. I was greeted by Andres JR. I immediately felt comfortable with this shop as he was curtious and patient to my needs and was able to meet my time frame when I needed my truck back since I use it for work. Some body shops are either very shady, and greedy but not this shop. He quoted me a fair price right off the bat, more competitive then most the other bids and came in very close to my best quote and he agreed to match it. His dad drove me home which was nice and 3-4 days later my truck was complete looking like nothing had ever happened to it. They even buffed out a blemish on the hood of my truck that I thought I would not be able to get out after trying on my own several times. They truly go above and beyond and highly recommend this body shop. Keep up the great work and customer service that is so hard to come by these days. read more
