I got an accident and went to Andres Auto Body and Paint for the repairs on my 2013 Mini Cooper. The front was smashed, i got it back yesterday and the work is impeccable. It s like brand new! I have been to this shop twice and by far the best work I have ever received both times. When I first arrived to drop off my car Andres Jr. was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond by asking me if I needed a ride after I dropped off my car but I already had the rental company picking me up. He gave me a fair deadline as to when it would be done however it was completed way ahead of time then expected! I received a call once my car was completed and it was waiting for me in the front of the shop when I arrived good as new and with a fresh wash. Overall it was a very stress free and an amazing experience. Thank you!

I had my car fixed at this body shop back in december and I had to pick a body shop that worked with my insurance due to an accident. This body shop wasn't the closest to where I live but I chose this one based on how it had better reviews that the ones closer to me. Thankfully I did choose this one because they did an amazing job! My front bumper fell apart and a few more damages with my lights and hood had all been fixed! Thank you to Shirley for all the help and updates during the process of my car getting fixed she was super helpful and made sure that most of the parts being replaced were mostly new and not used! My car did take about 2 weeks to get repaired and customer service was great I really do recommend this place! read more

If I could give this place - stars I would , my ex took our car here when she was in an accident and they did terrible work , eventually had to have stuff redone by the dealer . I took the car back here years later and it was a complete disaster , there straight up cons and liars . Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. read more

My car looks BRAND new! I scratched up the side of my bumper on a wall and was so upset! I reached out to three different people for quotes and Andres was the only one to really took the time to answer my questions and help me understand my options. I love this place. The service is great, they do good work, and they deliver when they say they're going to deliver. The wife drove up a curb and her front bumper popped half-way off. She almost dragged her undercarriage liner under her car so we had to fix it. Got a few quotes in the area but most were sky-high for putting a bumper back on. - Andres' auto body and paint were super nice when we came in to see about an on-the-spot estimate and were the fairest in costs to get the job done. We got the parts required, came back and the car was maybe in there for only an hour or two before they finished the job and gave us a call. These guys are quick! I guess all jobs have various degrees of difficulty, so it could depend on the job, nevertheless- they are fast, helpful and very approachable. I talked to Jr. and he was super helpful & nice. I would recommend these guys to any of my friends in a heartbeat. read more

I got an estimate from Andres JR and he guided me through the process and helped with my insurance and rental questions as well, my car was finished in about a week when it was a 2 week estimate since there was internal damage as well, he even waxed and polished my car!! 5 stars all around, very knowledge, customer oriented and the shop is quick on the repairs, I don't normally do reviews but JR and the shop deserve it! read more

I had some damage to the front end of my Nissan and needed a new grill, bumper, fender and headlight. A friend of mine recommended Andres Auto Body & Paint. So I called and spoke to Andres. After inspecting the vehicle and giving me an estimate, I decided to have my car fixed with him. He estimated that the repairs would take 4 days but it was complete in 3! That and the car looked brand new. Andres made the process so easy. I will not only use him again but I will also recommend him to any of my friends who need repairs. Thank you Andres! read more

Jr. was super helpful providing me with an estimate to repair my car following an accident. My bumper and back tail light needed to be replaced and painted and they did an excellent job! Best part was that they only needed my car for two days and kept in contact via text with me! The other body shops I went to said they would need my car 7-12 days. I cannot express how SATISFIED I am with the level of service I received at Andres Body Shop. They went above and beyond and returned my car washed, waxed, and as if nothing had ever happened to it. Unfortunately my Lexus was hit and needed repairs done to the two passenger doors. Andres and his team did an amazing job with the repairs and paint job. Had some bad front end damage to my 2010 Camry and my insurance company sent me to a horrible auto body place in El Segundo. Way over priced and very rude agent names B. Alexander. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. I pulled my car out of that "shit show" and went home to Hawthorne where I found Andres Body Shop! Met Jr. at the desk and he was so very helpful and honest. Great quote on the work and had it all done only a week later for less the half the price of the other place. Telling others to go see Jr. at Andres and I will be coming back if I have anymore issues with my car. Thank you! read more

I wouldn't get body work anywhere else! When I backed up into a sharp structure in a basement parking lot, someone recommended this place to me and they did such an amazing job for a fair price. When our neighbor swiped the front of my husbands truck, we didn't hesitate to take it to this shop despite the distance from our home. JR who runs the place is absolutely wonderful, honest and super easy to communicate with. When my mom was in a car accident that needed significant body work, we reached out to JR again to help us out. He handled everything for us, including someone to tow the car and was super communicative with us and with the insurance agents. Even though he isn't a preferred body shop for our insurance, we decided to go with this shop because we knew we would be well taken care of. Thank you to JR and his team at Andres Body Shop! This auto body and paint shop is hands down the best I've been too ! I came in for an estimate to get my front bumper re painted and they gave me an amazing price and really fast turn around time. I dropped the car off Monday morning and they were able to get it done by today. The staff are friendly and accommodated every single of my needs. Strongly recommend them ! Their work is immaculate. What an amazing place with great people. I had an accident where a young college student rear ended me on the 5 Fwy. He wanted to pay for it himself and keep costs to a minimum. Junior, at Andres, helped out a great deal. He kept the price low for this student and at the same time did an amazing job. I found Andres through Yelp and the good reviews. This place is amazing! Not only did they do an exceptional job on my bumper and rear panel, but they washed and waxed my car, AND fixed other things that had nothing to do with why I was there. Andres went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They even picked me up and brought me to the shop to pick up my car when it was ready. Oh and they cleaned the inside of my car. I'm totally satisfied. As an African American woman, it can sometimes feel uncomfortable going into auto shops without much knowledge about vehicles. However, if you're looking for a reliable body shop where you won't feel intimidated or pressured, this is the place. The team is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Ask for Mark--you won't regret it. I originally found Aramex Body Shop during heavy rain in Los Angeles when my Tesla needed repairs, and that experience alone made me a customer. Since then, I've now been back a total of three times, including twice last year after two separate accidents involving my Tesla Model Y. The first accident last year I was rear-end on the freeway by a speeding driver and the second involved a rear end by a drunk driver while I was a passenger. Both accidents were not my fault, which made the situation even more stressful, but Mark handled everything smoothly. During the second repair, there was some back-and-forth with my insurance (State Farm), and the adjuster was giving pushback. Mark handled everything professionally and made sure my vehicle was repaired properly with the correct Tesla parts. That level of attention and advocacy really stood out. At one point, I was even out of the country, and Mark kept me updated the entire time through text (which I prefer), along with phone calls when needed. Communication was always clear, consistent, and convenient. He handled the follow-ups and made sure everything stayed on track, which took a lot of stress off me. Every time I've picked up my car, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor--honestly even better than when I brought it in. Mark is professional, thorough, reliable, and truly cares about his customers. He even followed up after pickup to make sure everything was good. This review is definitely long overdue, but I can confidently say I highly recommend Aramex Body Shop. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Instead of overlooking it, he worked with my insurance company to make sure the car was repaired the right way. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Ace's had me in a rental car the same day I reported the claim, and about a week and a half later my car was ready. I honestly think it looks better than when I bought it. The paint is flawless, the headlights are crystal clear, the alignment is perfect, and the overall finish makes it feel like a brand-new car. We highly recommend Pro Handyman Service!…read more I wanted to write this review because we had a request that, while not unique, wasn't that easily categorized under a common household repair category, so we decided we would look for a general handyman that would be able to do it all. We have a sliding barn door for a guest bathroom, and because there was a bit of a gap from the wall to the door, it wasn't very private for our guests, and there was also no latch on the barn door. It's a strange choice for a bathroom, but we also didn't have the budget to change the entire door. I reached out to a few pros to get their assessments, and Pro Handyman Service was not the cheapest option for this job, but they had great reviews and I appreciated that they gave me an upfront quote. The quote actually helped me to budget accordingly, and I didn't feel like there were going to be a bunch of hidden charges that I wouldn't be able to plan for. I also felt that Pro Handyman Service was easy to communicate with and they responded to my questions very quickly over Yelp messages. They are busy, by the way, so try to schedule early so you can get a time slot. Denis arrived at our home promptly and on time, and was very careful to keep the home clean by wearing booties to cover his shoes. He listened and reviewed the situation, then gave us several options based on his opinions and experience. For example, he said he could use either wood or plastic paneling to add a "privacy edge" to the sliding door, and we ultimately settled on wood for the sides and plastic for the top of the door. He had everything needed for the job and just needed to leave to purchase the wood paneling and returned promptly to do the install. He also painted and caulked the new wooden privacy edge on each side of the door. We had already purchased a latch, which he also installed while accommodating the added privacy edge to the door. Denis worked very quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess behind. As you can see from the photos, the installation looks quite neat and clean, and almost looks as if the door came that way. It was nice that he was able to cut the privacy edge to accommodate the baseboard, too. Overall, this was a very positive experience with Pro Handyman Service and we think you'll be pleased with them as well! Hopefully this review will be helpful to anyone else who is looking for someone who needs a handyman (and especially if they have a specific request that might be similar to ours)!

Denis his colleague showed up to move the washer/dryer and inspect the floor, and determined it was not level (it was VERY uneven). Denis gave me several options for how to proceed. They took the time to show me the support frame under the floor and explain why it wasn't level, and what they could do to level it as much as possible. I had hired Pro Handyman Service to address the floor only, but after they were finished and placed everything back the way it was, Denis asked to see a wash cycle on the washing machine to see if the floor fixed the machine as well - it worked great, no more intense shaking! Highly recommend, and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

This is one of the best auto and paint places around. I live in a neighborhood with a lot of kids and one day they were throwing rocks I have seen them before and asked them to stop but one of their parents told me to not say anything to them anymore because they weren't doing any harm. One day I walk out and I see glass on the floor they had broken the front glass piece of my car I was so upset. I didn't know what to do until I asked my neigherbor what's the most cost efficient way to look at this situation. I didnt have a lot of money i barely started working again .He then refered me to this place he told me they will take care of me. So next day i called and asked for a quote and they told me to come in and in 5 mintues they gave me a price and it was not as expensive as I thought it would be. In 5 days the window was fixed.
